Desa wisata merupakan aset kepariwisataan pada potensi pedesaan yang diberdayakan dan dikembangkan dengan segala keunikan dan daya tariknya untuk menarik kunjungan wisatawan ke lokasi desa tersebut. Pengembangan Desa Wisata dilatar belakangi oleh beberapa tujuan salah satunya yakni setiap desa harus memiliki produk unggulan sehingga kebutuhan akan konsep destinasi wisata yang berbeda antara desa satu dengan desa lainnya akan terwujud. Desa Pulosari hanya memiliki satu wisata yang masih aktif yaitu Candi Arimbi. Pihak BUMDes Sari Artha Pulosari Bareng saat ini sedang memikirkan bagaimana cara melakukan pemasaran untuk pengembangan wisata yang ada di Desa Pulosari dengan metode pemberian pelatihan yang sederhana guna mengenalkan cara promosi yang baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan desa wisata. Pelatihan tersebut dilaksanakan dan ditujukan untuk pemuda karang taruna di Desa Pulosari. Pelatihan ini berupa pembuatan desain promosi sehingga akan mengakomodasi kebutuhan pemuda karang taruna dalam meningkatkan promosi desa Wisata sehingga dapat menjadi solusi mengatasi permasalah di desa tersebut.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai-nilai kerja karyawan konstruksi terhadap kinerja kreatif dan menguji peran mediasi berbagi pengetahuan di antara variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini melibatkan 315 responden dari berbagai perusahaan konstruksi di Jakarta untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Berbagi pengetahuan berperan sebagai mediator antara dimensi kenyamanan dan dimensi status dari nilai-nilai kerja terhadap kinerja kreatif. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi pengaruh nilai-nilai kerja terhadap kinerja kreatif dari industri konstruksi dan mengkonfirmasi peran berbagi pengetahuan dalam memediasi dimensi nilai-nilai kerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengungkapan Sosial, Diversifikasi Perusahaan dan Kompensasi Bonus baik secara bersama sama (Simultan) maupun individu (Parsial) terhadap terhadap Manajemen Laba pada perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2014. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan Laporan Tahunan perusahaan dalam Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Populasi dalam peneltian ini yaitu perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2012â€“ 2014 yaitu sebanyak 141 tiap tahunnya dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 33 perusahaan tiap tahunnya. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda guna menguji hipotesis yang ada dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 16. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Manajemen LabaThis study aims to determine the effect of Social Disclosure, Corporate Diversification and Compensation Bonuses both together (simultaneous) or individually (Partial) against the Earnings Management in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. The data in this research is secondary data obtained from the financial statements and the Annual Report of companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2012-2014 as many as 141 each year with sampling purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 33 companies each year. Methods of data analysis used in this study were using multiple linear regression analysis to test hypotheses using SPSS version 16. The results showed that not all independent variables used in this study had a significant influence on Earnings Management.

The development and growth of tourist villages spread to all provinces in Indonesia, one of which is East Java Province, especially in Jombang Regency. Tourism development aims to provide benefits for both tourists and the host community. With the development of tourism is expected to be able to improve the standard of living of the community through the economic benefits brought to the area. The Wonosalam Village and BUMDes are currently thinking about how to develop the Banyu mili Wonosalam Jombang Tourism Village which is still experiencing problems such as the lack of variety of tourism activities and tourism support facilities such as easy access to tourist sites and the unavailability of public transportation that can directly reach tourist sites. , this causes the low interest of tourists to visit.

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility, profitability and leverage on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2020. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study amounted to 181 companies and after going through the purposive sampling method, the number of samples used in this study became 30 companies for 4 years with a total of 120 samples. The type of data used in this research is quantitative by using online document collection techniques in the form of annual reports that have been officially published by the IDX in 2017-2020. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). The results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability, and Leverage had a significant effect on firm value.

This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability, and Capital Structure on Company Value in the current Covid 19 pandemic era. The problem sttement in this study are as follows: 1) Does Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have a positive effect on Pharmaceutical Companies Value registered on IDX for the period 2017-2021, 2. Does profotability has positife influence to Pharmaceutical Companies value registered on BEI on periode 2017-2021, 3) Does Capital Structure have a positive effect on Pharmaceutical Companies Value registered on IDX for the period 2017-2021, 4) Does Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Profitability, and Capital Structure have a positive effect on Company Value in Pharmaceutical companies registered on IDX for the period 2017-2021.This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The population and sample in this study are pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. The data used is secondary data on annual financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses data analysis techniques such as multiple regression analysis and SPSS as a tool to process and test data. The results of this study indicate that partially CSR has no significant effect, ROE has a significant effect and DER has no significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, simultaneously CSR, ROE, and DER have a significant effect on firm value.

This study aims to analyze the impact of corporate social responsibility on the company's financial results. For this reason, quantitative research methods are used in this study. The subject of this research is monetary results, where the results of the budget may or may not affect CSR. The display used in this study is all cement companies that publish financial statements for 2017-2021 on the IDX by choosing a location that meets the criteria of www.idx.co.id. The monetary crisis that occurred in Indonesia in 1998 this crisis occurred due to the fall in the exchange rate of the rupiah against the dollar and liquidity problems, as a result of the occurrence of this monetary crisis caused huge state losses. With this incident, Bank Indonesia, as the bank that oversees bank regulations in Indonesia, stipulates that companies mus be able to assess the health level of their own companies using the RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, dan Caiptal) methods. This study uses as purposive sampling method with 13 (thirteen) companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ini 2018 – 2020. In this study found 2 (two) companies that were categorized as very healthy during 2018 – 2020. Companies that were ranked very healthy were the National Pension Savings Bank Company. The Bank (BTPN) and the Bank MEGA Company. The Bank MEGA both companies reflected the company who is very healthy and able to deal with problems in the future. The performance of all companies must maintain and improve the performance of their companies ini order to overcome the problems that will occur in the future

This study hopes to check the resultant liquidity and leverage on profitability. The analytical method used is a quantitative regulation which is found to be additionally investigated by non-participation or indirectly, in particular by collecting, presenting and researching secondary evidence in the form of financial complaints of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk 2016 - 2020. The results of the uniformity check of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov checks that were carried out showed that the causes used in the analysis were based on a basic distribution plus a perception period of 0.079 (more designs sourced 0.05). In this unit, the profit of PT Gudang Garam Tbk in 2016 - 2020 is influenced by the constituents of liquidity and leverage.
