Abstract

Kesehatan mental dan kesehatan fisik sama pentingnya. Namun, untuk mengobati dan merawat kesehatan mental khususnya post traumatic stress disorder, yang umum dialami oleh penderita gangguan kesehatan mental, seringkali menggunakan obat obatan. Psychomotor therapy berupaya untuk mencapai kesehatan fisik dan mental dengan secara sistematis menggunakan pengalaman tubuh yang disesuaikan dan kegiatan fisik, gerakan, kesadaran indrawi dan kegiatan olahraga yang diturunkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh psychomotor therapy terhadap penderita post traumatic stress disorder. Melalui metode penelitian systematic literature review, 30 jurnal dianalisis melewati tahap database, queries, review phases, quality assessment, tracebility, dan write result sehingga psychomotor therapy merupakan salah satu cara perawatan dan atau pengobatan yang membantu penderita post-traumatic stress disorder dengan memanfaatkan kesadaran kesatuan tubuh dan fikiran melalui pengembangan kemampuan mental dan fisik

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the extent of distance, heart rate, and loss of body fluids in various positions in Indonesian professional soccer players as the basic material for planning an exercise program Method: this study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sample of this study is the 11-player BUFC team in the 2019 Presidential Cup match against SPFC using a purposive sampling technique approach. The results of this study show the distance covered the most reached External Midfielder 10.421 m, the highest Heart Rate Maximum reached Central Midfielder 200 bpm, Average heart highest rate External Defender 165 bpm, the biggest loss of body fluids Central Midfielder 0.9 %. The conclusion of the research based on the results of data analysis shows that Central Midfielder, External Midfielder, and External Defender are the positions that do the most distance (Distance Covered), maximum maximum heart rate, highest average heart rate, and the most loss of body fluids.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of exercise in open spaces with exposure to pollution and activity in green open areas on lung inflammation. The true experimental method and The Randomized Posttest-Only Control Group Design were used in this study. Twenty-four adult male Wistar white rats weighing 200-250 grams aged 8-9 weeks were randomly divided using simple random sampling technique into four groups, NE (Non-Exercise) as control, NE+Pol (Non Exercise + Pollution Particulate Matter 2.5 >75 ppm, and Carbon Monoxide Meter <100 ppm), Ex (Exercise 5 times/week for four weeks), Ex+Pol (Exercise + pollution). The inflammatory marker Interleukin 6 (IL-6) was analyzed using Western Blotting. To determine the significant differences between groups, one-way ANOVA analysis and Post Hoc test were used. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that there is an effect of exercise in an open space with exposure to pollution on lung inflammation. And other results show that there is no effect of exercise in green open spaces on lung inflammation.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of providing a health-related fitness model on the physical improvement and physical activity of SMK students. The method used in this study was experimental with a randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The sample used a random cluster sampling technique by selecting the experimental group and the control group, consisting of 33 students aged 16-17 years. The instruments used in this study were physical fitness test instruments, namely the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). The results showed this study indicates a change in students' understanding of the HRF model before and after treatment; there is an effect of using the HRF model on physical fitness tests and active lifestyles. There is a significant relationship between understanding HRF, physical fitness, and an active lifestyle of 0.457, which is sufficient. There was an effect of Health-related fitness on physical fitness and students' busy lifestyles. A good Health Related Fitness can have a significant impact both on yourself and on fellow friends, relatives, family, and other general public.

Abstract

Athletes have a high need to maintain their performance to stay fit while performing a high training intensity and frequent exercise. It makes athletes have a high need for supplements. However, athletes are prohibited from taking supplements included in the doping category. The lowest risk of doping is herbal-based supplements. This study used a systematic review method. The screening employed the PRISMA method as the preferred reporting item for systematic review and meta-analyses. The articles were obtained from Scopus and Dimensions databases using “cinnamon” as the keyword. Furthermore, the words "cinnamon" and "athlete" were added so that the data were obtained more specific. The exclusion criteria of this study involved original article documents, while the inclusion criteria included not more than 5-year publications. In the article selecting process, there were four articles that fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion criteria stating that cinnamon was effective for preventing inflammation that had an impact on accelerating recovery in athletes. Cinnamomum zylanicum is the most effective type of cinnamon for athlete recovery. It is because Cinnamomum zylanicum contains the most Cinnamaldehyde to help speed up recovery, which is most suitable for athletes. Thus, cinnamon is expected to be an alternative supplement for athletes to improve their performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh pemberian dosis kafein terhadap hockey skill performance pada atlet hoki saat kondisi lelah. Metode eksperimen dengan desain repeated measure dilakukan terhadap 10 atlet putra UKM Hoki UPI. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur hockey skill performance terdiri dari dua, yaitu Hockey Slalom Sprint Dribble Test dan Chapman Ball Handling Test. Perlakuan berupa pemberian kafein dosis rendah, dosis tinggi dan placebo serta latihan hoki diberikan kepada sampel. Uji ANOVA digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian kafein dosis rendah, dosis tinggi, dan placebo terhadap hockey skill performance pada atlet hoki saat kondisi lelah. Ketiga perlakuan tersebut memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda-beda, namun kafein dosis rendah dengan placebo dapat dinyatakan memberikan pengaruh yang serupa. Selain itu juga, kafein dosis tinggi memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pada kafein dosis rendah dan placebo terhadap hockey skill performance pada atlet hoki saat kondisi lelah.Copyright © The Author (s) 2022Journal of Sport Education (JOPE) is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether physical activity and dietary habits on dysmenorrhea in Kabupaten Bandung. The type of this research is quantitative. The population of this study is teenage girls in Kabupaten Bandung and the sample of this research amounted to 32 people with an age range of 16-24 years old. The data collection technique in this study is purposive sampling. The method that is used is descriptive with correlational design by using SPSS version 25. The output of this research shows that there is no significant relationship between physical activity (X1) and dysmenorrhea (Y), this is indicated by the value of sig. = 0,967 > 0,05. Besides that, the output of this research shows that there is no significant relationship between dietary habit (X2) and dysmenorrhea (Y), this is indicated by the value of sig. = 0,967 > 0,05. So, the results of this study contradict the research hypothesis.

Abstract

Myristica fragrans Houtt (belongs to the Myristicaceae family) is a Maluku Island (Indonesia) native plant. The seed of M. fragrans (Nutmeg) has been used for medicinal benefits. M. fragrans also has anti-cancer properties. The goal of this research was to use computer-aided drug design to investigate the in silico molecular docking of selected nutmeg compounds against Caspase-3. Molecular docking using Malegro Virtual Docker (MVD) software Ver 5.5 was performed to investigate binding complicated models to offer information on critical drug-receptor interactions. The most potent ligand was Licarin B, which had a docking score of -103.07 kcal/mol. The Licarin B structure formed several hydrogen bonds with Trp214 and Phe250. These findings imply that the nutmeg seed contains a prospective compound that could be a great anti-cancer agent.

Abstract

Penurunan fungsi kefasihan matematika dikalangan anak-anak menjadi permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek brain jooging terhadap peningkatan variabel kefasihan matematika dan bagaimana peran dari fungsi eksekutif. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah true eksperimen dengan menggunakan design random pretest and posttest group. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purpossive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas II dan III yang berjumlah 46 anak yang memiliki usia maksimal 8 tahun.  Tiga Instrumen digunakan untuk mengukur fungsi eksekutif di antaranya Go or No Go Test untuk mengukur inhibition, Corsi Block Test untuk mengukur working memory, Wisconsin Card Sorting Test untuk mengukur cognitive flexibility, sedangkan untuk mengukur Kefasihan Matematika pada anak menggunakan  Woodcock-Munoz Battery III. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program aktivitas fisik efektif meningkatkan kefasihan matematika. Kesimpulan bahwa  fungsi eksekutif berhasil memediasi hubungan antara program aktivitas fisik brain jogging dengan kefasihan matematika.
