Abstract

In this comprehensive study, we conducted an in-depth and multidimensional analysis to explore the utilization of adaptive pedagogical strategies in the Indonesian higher education curriculum. Our primary focus was leveraging the fascinating neuroplasticity concept to enhance learning outcomes in this context. The study encompassed a wide array of aspects related to personalized learning, delving into its potential impact on education in Indonesia. One of the central themes of our research was the intricate relationship between neuroplasticity and the tailored learning experiences offered by personalized education. By understanding how the brain's plasticity allows it to adapt and rewire in response to new learning experiences, we aimed to shed light on how personalized learning methods can be further optimized to accommodate the diverse needs of Indonesian students. Furthermore, our study took a meticulous look at the tangible results of these strategies on learning outcomes. We aimed to provide empirical evidence of the effectiveness of personalized and adaptive teaching methods in enhancing students' educational experiences. The assessment considered the diversity of the student population. It sought to measure how these pedagogical strategies positively influenced learning outcomes, ultimately contributing to a more effective and dynamic educational landscape. The implications of our findings are far-reaching, particularly in the context of curriculum design and teaching practices in Indonesian higher education institutions. By illuminating the potential benefits of personalized learning and neuroplasticity-informed pedagogical strategies, this research contributes to the ongoing efforts to enhance the quality and accessibility of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study comprehensively examines curriculum alignment within Indonesian higher education, focusing on the dynamic interplay of academic disciplines and regional influences. Utilizing a mixed-method approach, we explore the alignment of curricula in selected disciplines, including technical and social sciences, across diverse Jakarta, Surabaya, and Makassar regions. Our findings reveal significant variations in alignment, with technical disciplines demonstrating higher adaptability to industry demands while the humanities face distinct challenges. Moreover, regional disparities in curriculum alignment are identified, driven by industry concentration and geographical isolation. Notably, closely aligned curricula are linked to higher income growth, reduced unemployment, and enhanced industry competitiveness. The study emphasizes the pivotal role of stakeholder engagement in shaping curricula and fostering alignment. This research contributes valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and industry leaders seeking to enhance curriculum alignment and, in turn, bolster regional and national economic development in the context of Indonesian higher education.

Abstract

In this study, the aim was to enhance the spoken English skills of native speakers of Bahasa Indonesia. A group of 50 participants was selected to undergo a comprehensive language learning program. The methodology included structured formal lessons, regular practice, diverse language learning tools, continuous feedback, and cultural immersion experiences. The results were highly promising. Participants demonstrated a significant 70% reduction in pronunciation challenges, reflecting the effectiveness of targeted pronunciation training. Additionally, there was a notable 65% increase in fluency, underscoring the impact of regular practice and real-life exposure to English. A remarkable 75% expansion of vocabulary indicated the success of incorporating diverse language learning tools. An impressive 80% boost in confidence was attributed to the combination of structured learning and practical experience. Furthermore, a 70% improvement in cultural competence highlighted the value of cultural immersion experiences. The findings suggest that a well-structured approach is highly effective in enhancing spoken English skills. Such proficiency is crucial in today's globalized world, opening doors to personal and professional growth. Educators and learners alike can draw on the insights provided by this research to improve spoken English skills among native speakers of Bahasa Indonesia. This study contributes to the broader understanding of language acquisition and proficiency and the role of cultural immersion in language learning.

Abstract

The consistently developing computerized business scene presents particular difficulties to the prosperity of workers. This study dives into the complicated connection between work-life amicability, hierarchical help, and representative prosperity in this unique setting. The examination utilizes a blended technique approach, joining quantitative studies and subjective meetings to acquire an extensive comprehension. The outcomes demonstrate that representatives in the computerized business world see a respectably certain work-life congruity, and they report an elevated degree of hierarchical help. Critically, a positive connection between work-life concordance and representative prosperity is noticed, featuring the meaning of accomplishing a decent expert and individual life. Furthermore, the study underscores the pivotal role of organizational support mechanisms, such as mental health resources and flexible work arrangements, in enhancing employee well-being. The implications of this study are twofold. First, it offers practical guidance for digital businesses to prioritize work-life harmony and strengthen organizational support to foster employee well-being. Second, it highlights the universal importance of these factors in the digital business context, reaffirming their relevance in an ever-changing landscape. Future research directions include longitudinal studies and a more in-depth exploration of industry-specific nuances. This study's overall significance lies in its role as a compass, guiding organizations toward a future where employee well-being and business success are intricately intertwined.

Abstract

This study explored innovative approaches to research skill development frameworks for evaluating problem-solving skills in design projects within the context of Indonesian higher education. The research focused on enhancing problem-solving skills, which are crucial for success in design-related fields, by incorporating elements of design thinking principles and John Willison's Research Skill Development (RSD) framework. The study employed a mixed- methods research design, combining qualitative and quantitative methods to assess the innovative frameworks' effectiveness comprehensively. Through developing and integrating these frameworks into design project courses, students were guided through problem identification, research methodologies, data collection, and solution prototyping. Faculty members played a facilitating role in this process. The comparative analysis between the innovative frameworks and traditional assessment methods revealed that the former significantly outperformed the latter. Students engaged with the frameworks exhibited enhanced creativity, adaptability, and metacognitive reflection in their problem-solving approaches. They demonstrated growth in problem identification, research strategies, and critical evaluation of information sources. This study has significant implications for Indonesian higher education, emphasizing the advantages of innovative assessment methods in design education. The research skill development frameworks offer a dynamic and holistic approach to problem-solving skill development, preparing graduates to excel in the competitive and evolving design industry. However, challenges related to adaptation and resource allocation were acknowledged. Ultimately, this research underscores the transformative potential of research skill development frameworks in enhancing problem-solving skills, bridging the gap between theory and practice, and preparing graduates to shape future design in Indonesia
