Abstract

The suggestation of this research results are: 1. To improve personality employees in carrying out tasks should pay attention to the time and result of what is done. 2. To increase motivation it is better if agencies provide bonuses or incentives and hold annual or monthly holidays so that they can increase the motivation and work spirit of employee. 3. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1. untuk mengetahui gambaran rekrutmen, komitmen, dan kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Unit Usaha Marihat; 2. untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen dan komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Unit Usaha Marihat baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1. rekrutmen dan komitmen serta kinerja karyawan sudah baik; 2. hasil analisis regresi adalah Ŷ = 23,307 + 0,355X1 + 0,373X2, rekrutmen dan komitmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3. hasil analisis korelasi diperoleh nilai r = 0,761 artinya terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara rekrutmen dan komitmen dengan kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Unit Usaha Marihat. Tinggi rendahnya kinerja karyawan 58% dapat dijelaskan oleh rekrutmen dan komitmen; 4. H0 ditolak, artinya rekrutmen dan komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Unit Usaha Marihat baik secara simultan maupun parsial.Kata kunci: Rekrutmen, Komitmen, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1. gambaran iklan, persepsi konsumen, dan minat beli ulang pada Cafe Coffee Time and Seafood Pematangsiantar; 2. pengaruh iklan terhadap persepsi konsumen pada Cafe Coffee Time and Seafood Pematangsiantar; 3. pengaruh persepsi konsumen terhadap minat beli ulang pada Cafe Coffee Time anda Seafood Pematangsiantar. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1. iklan, persepsi konsumen, dan minat beli ulang sudah baik; 2. terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap persepsi konsumen, kemudian terdapat pengaruh positif antara persepsi konsumen terhadap minat beli ulang; 3. terdapat hubungan kuat dan positif antara iklan terhadap persepsi konsumen, kemudian terdapat hubungan kuat dan positif terhadap minat beli ulang, kemudian dilihat dari koefisien determinasi menunjukkan tinggi rendahnya minat beli ulang dapat dijelaskan oleh iklan dan persepsi konsumen; 4. hasil uji hipotesis menyatakan H0 ditolak, artinya iklan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi konsumen kemudian persepsi konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang secara parsial.Kata kunci: Iklan, Persepsi Konsumen, Minat Beli Ulang

Abstract

Riset bertujuan mengetahui, yakni: 1. gambaran deskripsi pekerjaan, koordinasi, serta kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pusat Gereja Kristen Protestan Simalungun (GKPS) Pematangsiantar; 2. pengaruh deskripsi pekerjaan dan koordinasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pusat Gereja Kristen Protestan Simalungun (GKPS) Pematangsiantar. Untuk memperoleh hasil riset digunakan desain penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa deskripsi pekerjaan, koordinasi, dan kinerja pegawai telah baik; hasil analisis regresi yakni: YÌ‚= 13, 766+ 0, 546X1+ 0, 518X2 berarti deskripsi pekerjaan dan koordinasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja; hasil analisis korelasi didapat angka r= 0,743 maksudnya ada hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara deskripsi pekerjaan dan koordinasi dengan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pusat Gereja Kristen Protestan Simalungun (GKPS) Pematangsiantar. Tinggi rendahnya kinerja pegawai 55,1% bisa dijelaskan oleh deskripsi pekerjaan dan koordinasi; hipotesis H0 ditolak, artinya deskripsi pekerjaan dan koordinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pusat Gereja Kristen Protestan Simalungun (GKPS) Pematangsiantar baik dengan cara simultan ataupun parsial.Kata kunci: Deskripsi Pekerjaan, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan faktor penting untuk memajukan peradaban suatu negara. Proses pendidikan dapat berjalan dengan baik melalui kinerja guru yang produktif. Hasil dari proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru dan peserta didik akan menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dan mampu bersaing. Untuk itu, diperlukan komitmen guru untuk mencapai tujuan sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bahwa komitmen guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Jumlah responden yang diperoleh sebanyak 44 orang. Untuk mendapatkan data penelitian diperoleh melalui pembagian kuesioner, wawancara, serta dokumentasi baik secara langsung dari objek penelitian maupun dari sumber referensi yang berkaitan penelitian ini. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah komitmen guru sudah tinggi begitu juga dengan kinerja guru yang baik. Komitmen dan kinerjamemiliki hubungan yang kuat. Hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh bahwa komitmen guru memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.Kata kunci: Komitmen Guru, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Motivation, job satisfaction and employee work discipline is good. 2. Regression analysis results are Ŷ = 17,600 + 1.086X1 + 1.028X2, meaning motivation and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee work discipline. 3. Correlation analysis results obtained obtained value r = 0.883, meaning there is a high and positive correlation between motivation and job satisfaction with employee work discipline. The high level of work discipline can be explained by motivation and job satisfaction of 77.9%. 4. H0 Hypothesis rejected, meaning motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of the Land Office employee of Simalungun Regency either simultaneously or partially.The suggestions of this research are: To increase the motivation of the leader should give confidence to the employees in completing the task given to him so that employees feel confident in working. To improve the job satisfaction of the leader should give attention, compensation, and career development well in accordance with the needs of the employee so that every job given the leadership can be done with a good attitude and satisfaction in the work continues to increase. To improve employee work discipline, agencies should act decisively in enforcing sanctions according to the rules that have been listed with the maximum and consistent, so that employees are aware and more disciplined themselves

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1. To know the description of training, employee placement and employee performance at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Pematangsiantar City. 2. To determine the influence of training and employee placement on employee performance at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Pematangsiantar City either simultaniously or partially.The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. Employees states that raining, employee placement, and employee performance is good. 2. Training and employee placement have a positive influence on employee performance. 3. There is moderately high correlation between training and employee placement with employee performance. Then employee performance can be explained by the training and employee placement, 4. Abstract

Indonesia's national economy is experiencing stagnant growth in income inequality (Gini ratio) and the number of poor people continues to increase, even though the national GDP growth indicators have been improving for several years. Regional economic growth in South Sumatra also increased based on the GRDP indicator, but the inequality in income distribution increased slightly and the inflation rate in South Sumatra fluctuated greatly in 2007-2017. Furthermore, the farmer's exchange rate, export value, human development index, and interest rate movements in South Sumatra in 2017 decreased compared to 2007, although overall infrastructure development continues to increase every year. This study analyzes income inequality and its implications for poverty in South Sumatra Province. Factors affecting income inequality are limited to farmers' exchange rates, exports, and infrastructure. The research population is all secondary data related to the research object in South Sumatra Province for the period 2007 - 2017. Based on the Multiple Linear Regression analysis using the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method, the results show that the exchange rate of farmers' rupiah, exports, and infrastructure simultaneously affects income inequality. Then partially the exchange rate of farmers, exports, and infrastructure have a significant effect on income inequality. The novelty of the research lies in the object of research, where there are differences in the phenomena of economic growth and poverty rates between the National and the Province of South Sumatra.

Abstract

E-commerce is an extraordinary example of an online market product that is a breakthrough for people in buying and selling activities, with a wider reach. Digital enables transactions and processes within a company, involving information systems under the control of the company. The role of social media also contributes to encouraging consumers to shop in E-commerce. Various promos and advertisements as a form of marketing strategy offered have an impact on people's interest in online shopping. With these various promos and advertisements, there is a contest to attract buyers. However, the level of public satisfaction with marketing on Shopee is not optimal, where the level of consumer trust in business owners is still low. This research aims to explain the relationship and influence of innovation in driving marketing strategies to improve the performance of business actors on Shopee. This study uses a quantitative descriptive technique with an exploratory survey approach for this study. The data used was sourced from offline surveys. The sample of this study is all Shopee Pematang Siantar E-commerce users who are classified as millennials totaling 99 people. This non-probability purposive sampling technique was chosen because there are no statistics that determine the size of the population. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model used. Hypothesis testing was carried out with the results of innovation affecting marketing strategies, the second hypothesis was marketing strategies affecting the performance of business actors, The original sample value was positive which showed that the direction of the relationship between marketing strategies and the performance of business actors was positive, so it could be concluded that the second hypothesis was accepted. The marketing strategies implemented by Shopee in improving the company's performance are still not optimal. It is recommended that the selection of suppliers in providing products on Shopee is more selective so that the quality of the product, product variety and content in the application are in accordance with what is displayed. For the provision of discounts in the product distribution process to consumers so that it is clearly informed to each consumer account so that there is no misperception. Innovation needs to be improved by Shopee in terms of other payment services such as payments for the use of transportation services. So that consumers who have the SPayLater application can make their payments more conveniently. Shopee's performance still needs to be improved through the addition of suppliers from outside Indonesia so that consumers in Indonesia who want products from abroad can make purchases on the Shopee application so that the number of consumer purchases will increase.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Program aims to be the answer to realizing independent, flexible and quality learning in higher education in order to create an innovative, open and student-oriented learning culture. The MBKM policy relates to higher education learning activities that give students the right and freedom to study outside the program for three semesters which can be used for on-campus and/or extracurricular studies. Kampus Mengajar is part of the MBKM program which aims to provide opportunities for students to learn and personal development through activities outside the classroom. 3th Kampus Mengajar of 2022 will focus on improving literacy and numeracy skills in basic education. This context is getting stronger considering the condition of literacy and numeracy in Indonesia which is still low in line with efforts to increase literacy and numeracy as one of the national priority agendas. The Kampus Mengajar Program opens up space for students to be able to devote their skills and knowledge in helping these elementary and junior high school students. This program also provides opportunities for students to actualize their passion, enthusiasm, and desires.
