Abstract

In estimating the potential of the region, information and benchmarks are needed that are real in the field and are desired by the community concretely. One of the financial benchmarks that can be used to see regional readiness in implementing autonomy is to measure how far the financial capacity of a region is. While the regional financial capacity is usually measured by the amount of contribution of Regional Original Income (PAD). Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive. The results of the study using SWOT analysis showed that the strength of Bandar Lampung City Revenue Service in an effort to increase local revenue is to have qualified human resources (quite competent), the potential of the Bandar Lampung City Revenue Office is quite high quality in carrying out its main tasks and functions, there are job descriptions clear in carrying out their main tasks and functions and supporting adequate operational budget. The weaknesses are the weak function of coordination between and inter agencies, the weak monitoring function, inadequate office facilities and infrastructure and the weak application of sanctions for violators of taxes and levies. Potential objects as well as high taxpayers and retributions and strong political support for the elected Mayor and Deputy Mayor are opportunities for the Bandar Lampung City Revenue Service in an effort to increase local revenues and challenges or threats of Bandar Lampung City Revenue Service in an effort to increase local revenue is the scope of the area of potential that is quite broad and the low public awareness of taxpayers and levies.Keywords: Increased PAD, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

This research objective is to determine the forms, degrees, and variables that encourage and impede community participation in the development of sustainable cultural tourism in the city of Bandar Lampung. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, in which the researcher conducts in-depth interviews with informants who are subject matter experts and direct observation. This form of research adopts a descriptive methodology. Tourism development that involves community participation deserves special consideration, particularly in the context of long-term tourism development. The purpose of community engagement in this planning is to transform the community from an object to a subject in a plan to construct tourist attractions in their region. The definition of planning is moving from merely drafting plans to sustainable planning, which includes not only planning before launching an activity but also preparing future stages of development. The researcher can conclude, based on the description and the outcome of the interview, that the community has participated in the planning, management, and usage phases of the development of cultural tourism.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation, competitive advantage, and marketing performance of culinary micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandar Lampung. The study sample consisted of 53 of his MSME culinary entrepreneurs from Bandar Lampung city. The approach used in this study is quantitative research techniques and data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics26. The results of the subtest show that while competitive advantage has a positive impact on marketing performance, it has no significant impact on business alignment or product innovation. Moreover, concurrent testing shows that marketing performance is jointly influenced by business alignment, product innovation, and competitive advantage. These results provide culinary SME entrepreneurs in Bandar Lampung with key insights to improve their marketing performance. Enhancing competitive advantage can be a powerful strategy for increasing business competitiveness, but the importance of business alignment and product innovation is also considered in achieving more optimal marketing outcomes. As business competition becomes more and more intense, this research could be the basis for strategic decisions in the development and growth of Bandar Lampung's culinary SME business.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics, business capital and online marketing on the development of Culinary, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Natar District. The population in this study are Culinary, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprisessin Natar District. The sampling method in this study was non-probability sampling using the Lemeshow formula so that a sample of 74 respondents was obtained. The research method used is quantitative research. The type of data used is primary data. Multiple regression analysis and correlation were performed using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that if the t test stated that entrepreneurial characteristics and venture capital had a positive and significant effect on business development, online marketing had no effect on business development. While the F test states that the characteristics of entrepreneurship, business capital and online marketing jointly influence the development of Culinary Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Natar District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the quality of service and location together influence the purchasing decision at the Tegar Jaya Abadi Gas Base. The population of this study are consumers of the Tegar Jaya Abadi Gas Base, with the Slovin formula it is known that the sample in the study is 100 people. The method of analysis using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Based on theoretical studies and the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that (1) The results of the t-test hypothesis of the independent variable (Quality of Service) have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable (Purchase Decision). (2) The results of the t-test hypothesis of the independent variable (Location) have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable (Purchase Decision). (3) The results of the f hypothesis test for the variable Service Quality (X1) and Location (X2) together have a positive and significant influence on the Purchase Decision variable (Y). .

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana Orientasi Pasar dan Orientasi Kewirausahaan mempengaruhi Kinerja Pemasaran. Responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan 30 pemilik usaha UMKM Fashion di Kota Bandar Lampung. Explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dipakai dalam jenis penelitian ini. Menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistic 26, analisis linear berganda merupakan teknik analisisnya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Y = 3,188 +0,646 +0,299 +et. Hasil perhitungan secara parsial membuktikan bahwa Orientasi Pasar dan Orientasi Kewirausahaan secara signifikan mempengaruhi Kinerja Pemasaran. Hasil uji simultan diperoleh Fhitung = 46,995 dengan taraf signifikasi 0,000 0,005. Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2) sebesar 0,777, hal ini berarti bahwa pembelian yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat di Kota Bandar Lampung terhadap UMKM Fashion sebesar 77,7%, selebihnya yaitu 22,3% dipaparkan oleh variable lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah Orientasi Pasar dan Orientasi Kewirausahaan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin besar Orientasi Pasar dan Orientasi Kewirausahaan, maka semakin baik pula kinerja pemasaran. Saran bagi Pemilik Usaha UMKM Fashion di Kota Bandar Lampung perlu mempelajari tentang orientasi kewirausahaan melalui penemuan baru, memiliki keberanian dalam pengambilan resiko, percaya pada kemampuan diri sendiri, dan merencanakan kedepannya. Penerapan pengetahuan ini diperlukan untuk mencapai kinerja pemasaran yang baik.

Abstract

Trimoda Textile is one of the businesses engaged in the textile trade which continues to grow well by providing quality products and trends to win the competition in similar companies. This research will examine the influence of price, promotion and product quality on sales volume at Trimoda Textile in Pringsewu. The research objective was to analyze the effect of price, promotion and product quality on sales volume at Trimoda Textile in Pringsewu. The populations in this study were consumers at Trimoda Textile in Pringsewu who were observed for 1 month with an average number of 353 people or 4,236 people per year and a sample of 353 people. Data collection tool using a questionnaire, data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the value of Count Which is 91,013. When compared to Ftable at a significant level of 95% and α = 0.05, which is 2.6049, then Fcount = 91,013 > Ftable = 2.6049 So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between price, promotion and product quality together on sales volume of Trimoda Textile in Pringsewu.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to look at the implications of entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation, digital marketing, and competitive advantage on the marketing performance of culinary micro, small, and medium companies (SMEs) in Bandar Lampung. The sample for the study includes 53 culinary SMEs entrepreneurs from Bandar Lampung City. This research employs quantitative research methods and data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. According to the preliminary findings, digital marketing and competitive advantage have a positive impact on marketing performance, however entrepreneurial consideration and product innovation have no significant impact. Furthermore, concurrent testing show that entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation, and competitive advantage all have an impact on marketing performance. These findings will assist culinary SMEs in Bandar Lampung to strengthen their marketing performance. Increasing a competitive advantage can be an effective approach for increasing company competitiveness, although the value of entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation should also be taken into account in order to get better marketing results. In an era of rising business competitiveness, this inquiry can serve as a platform for managerial choices on how to advance and growth of the SMEs culinary industry in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Introduction: Demand for sustainable goods and corporate methods has surged due to growing awareness of environmental and health concerns on a worldwide scale. Consumers are increasingly showing their interest in participating in lifestyles that support health and environmental sustainability. Research on green purchase intentionxis important for further research and analysis. This research aims to test and analyzexthe effect of health consciousness, environmental attitudes, and environmental knowledgexon green purchase intention, using Corkcicle as a case study. Method: This research categorized as quantitative study and will examine the scope ofxthexeffectxof health consciousness, environmentalxattitude, andxenvironmental knowledgexon green purchasingxintention for Corkcicle tumbler products. The population that was the focus of the research was the people of Bandar Lampung and sampling was carried out on 50 respondents using the purposive sampling method. This research employs multiple methods forxdataxanalysis. Result: The results of this research indicate that the three independent variables—environmentalxknowledge, environmental attitudes, and health consciousness—have a positivexeffect onxthe desire to makexgreen purchases. Conclusion: The more likely someone is to intend to buy green goods, the better their level of environmental knowledge, attitudes toward environmental issues, and health awareness.
