Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee performance in Serang City is impacted by motivation, pay, and job satisfaction. This study employs correlational quantitative research methodology. Using data collected from the field, quantitative research aims to test theories that have been produced. There were 96 responders in the sample. A variance-based structural equation test or a partial least square-structural equation model (PLS-SEM) were used in this study's inferential analysis. The study's findings indicate that: 1). Motivation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction; 2). Compensation has a favorable impact on job satisfaction; 3). Employee performance is positively influenced by motivation; and 4). Employee performance is greatly impacted by compensation, 5). Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keselamatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai moderatornya. Data dikupulkankan dengan kuisioner pada 140 pegawai di Puskesmas Kota Cilegon dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square melalui pengujian outer dan inner model. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan dengan arah yang positif keselamatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh signifikan positif lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh signifikan positif keselamatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh signifikan positif lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja dan pengaruh signifikan kepuasan positif kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu elemen kunci dalam pertumbuhan industri perhotelan adalah kebahagiaan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kepuasan pelanggan di Hotel Horison Altama Pandeglang dipengaruhi oleh sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan kualitas layanan. Dengan populasi seluruh pengunjung yang pernah menginap di hotel tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kuantitatif. Sebanyak 149 orang yang telah menyelesaikan kuesioner menjadi sampel penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kualitas layanan. Demikian pula, kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh SDM. Secara bersamaan, telah ditunjukkan bahwa SDM dan kualitas layanan mempunyai efek yang tinggi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan hotel. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan peningkatan mutu pelayanan serta pengelolaan SDM merupakan kunci strategis untuk peningkatan rasa puas tamu yang akan membuat peningkatan tingkat okupansi Hotel Horison Altama Pandeglang. Abstract

This study examines how job autonomy, leadership style, and emotional intelligence factors influence freelancers within the gig economy. I used a quantitative approach, conducting a survey of intentionally sampled 150 participants. These participants were gig workers for at least six months, engaged with customers or service users, and had a work schedule of roughly 20 hours a week. As the primary data collection tool, I used a validated five-point Likert scale questionnaire analyzed with a t-test, and reliability was checked by calculating Cronbach’s Alpha. Before regression analysis, I performed classical assumption testing including checks for normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity. The results of data processing indicate that the three independent variables jointly have a significant effect on worker well-being. Separately, each variable also shows a positive effect, meaning that greater job autonomy, better perceived leadership, and higher levels of emotional intelligence, lead to higher levels of well-being perceived by gig workers. These findings broaden theoretical understanding in the field of human resource management, particularly in non-traditional work contexts. In addition, these results can also be used as a practical reference by digital platform management in designing strategies that are more responsive to the welfare needs of freelancers in the digital economy era.
