Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee performance in Serang City is impacted by motivation, pay, and job satisfaction. This study employs correlational quantitative research methodology. Using data collected from the field, quantitative research aims to test theories that have been produced. There were 96 responders in the sample. A variance-based structural equation test or a partial least square-structural equation model (PLS-SEM) were used in this study's inferential analysis. The study's findings indicate that: 1). Motivation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction; 2). Compensation has a favorable impact on job satisfaction; 3). Employee performance is positively influenced by motivation; and 4). Employee performance is greatly impacted by compensation, 5). Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keselamatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai moderatornya. Data dikupulkankan dengan kuisioner pada 140 pegawai di Puskesmas Kota Cilegon dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square melalui pengujian outer dan inner model. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan dengan arah yang positif keselamatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh signifikan positif lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh signifikan positif keselamatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh signifikan positif lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja dan pengaruh signifikan kepuasan positif kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu elemen kunci dalam pertumbuhan industri perhotelan adalah kebahagiaan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kepuasan pelanggan di Hotel Horison Altama Pandeglang dipengaruhi oleh sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan kualitas layanan. Dengan populasi seluruh pengunjung yang pernah menginap di hotel tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kuantitatif. Sebanyak 149 orang yang telah menyelesaikan kuesioner menjadi sampel penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kualitas layanan. Demikian pula, kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh SDM. Secara bersamaan, telah ditunjukkan bahwa SDM dan kualitas layanan mempunyai efek yang tinggi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan hotel. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan peningkatan mutu pelayanan serta pengelolaan SDM merupakan kunci strategis untuk peningkatan rasa puas tamu yang akan membuat peningkatan tingkat okupansi Hotel Horison Altama Pandeglang. Abstract

The Motivation Socialization Activity for Students of SMK Raudhatul Mu'awanah in the Entrepreneurial Management Creativity Program in the Digital Era was carried out as an effort to foster entrepreneurial spirit and ability among vocational school students. In today's digital era, many students still have low motivation to be entrepreneurs and tend to be oriented towards being job seekers rather than job creators. In addition, the limited understanding of modern entrepreneurial management concepts and the lack of access to training and assistance in the development of technology-based business ideas are the main problems faced by students. This community service program aims to help students of SMK Raudhatul Mu'awanah in providing motivation and practical understanding of the importance of creativity and innovation in the world of entrepreneurship. Through this socialization activity, students are introduced to modern entrepreneurial management concepts that are relevant to the development of the digital world, such as the use of social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing strategies in building a business. This activity also emphasizes the importance of critical thinking, collaboration, and networking between students, teachers, and local business actors, so as to create an environment that supports the spirit of entrepreneurship. The implementation method is carried out through socialization activities with a participatory approach, in the form of material delivery, interactive discussions, and simple simulations on how to maintain and increase motivation about entrepreneurship creatively through digital. The material covers the basic concepts of motivation, the factors that affect motivation, as well as practical steps such as time management, goal setting, and strengthening the growth mindset. With this method, students not only gain knowledge, but also hands-on experience in understanding the importance of Entrepreneurial Creativity in the Digital Era for their future. The expected results of this activity are increased motivation and interest in students to be creative entrepreneurs through digital roles, the emergence of new technology-based business ideas, and the formation of student entrepreneurship groups (studentpreneur clubs) as a forum for the development of entrepreneurship programs at SMK Raudhatul Mu'awanah. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Multi Prima Usahatama Site Ciujung baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dan diperoleh sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 126 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif,analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 9,409 + 0,361X1 nilai koefisien korelasi diperoleh sebesar 0,611 artinya kedua variabel mempunyai tingkat hubunagn yang kuat. Nilai determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruh sbesar 0,374 atau sebesar 37,4%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (3,909 %>1,980%). Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 13,169 + 0,691 X2  , nilai koefisien korelasi diperoleh sebesar 0,679 artinya kedua variabel mempunyai tingkat hubunagn yang kuat. Nilai determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruh sbesar 0,461 atau 46,1%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,126 %>1,980%). Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y= 9,409 0,361+0,496 X2  , nilai koefisien korelasi diperoleh sebesar 0,721 artinya kedua variabel mempunyai tingkat hubunagn yang kuat. Nilai determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruh sbesar 0,520 atau sebesar 52,0% sedankan sisanya sebesar 48,0% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh f hitung > f tabel atau (66,675%>2,680%). Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan disiplin kerja dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study examines how job autonomy, leadership style, and emotional intelligence factors influence freelancers within the gig economy. I used a quantitative approach, conducting a survey of intentionally sampled 150 participants. These participants were gig workers for at least six months, engaged with customers or service users, and had a work schedule of roughly 20 hours a week. As the primary data collection tool, I used a validated five-point Likert scale questionnaire analyzed with a t-test, and reliability was checked by calculating Cronbach’s Alpha. Before regression analysis, I performed classical assumption testing including checks for normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity. The results of data processing indicate that the three independent variables jointly have a significant effect on worker well-being. Separately, each variable also shows a positive effect, meaning that greater job autonomy, better perceived leadership, and higher levels of emotional intelligence, lead to higher levels of well-being perceived by gig workers. These findings broaden theoretical understanding in the field of human resource management, particularly in non-traditional work contexts. In addition, these results can also be used as a practical reference by digital platform management in designing strategies that are more responsive to the welfare needs of freelancers in the digital economy era.

Abstract

This study examines how digital infrastructure development influences regional economic growth in Indonesia by explicitly accounting for spatial interdependence among provinces. Using a balanced panel of 34 provinces over 2015–2021 (238 observations), digital infrastructure is proxied by the proportion of individuals using the internet, while economic growth is measured as real GRDP per capita growth. Global Moran’s I indicates spatial clustering in both growth and digital connectivity, motivating a spatial econometric framework. The main specification estimates a Spatial Durbin Model (SDM) with province and year fixed effects and a row-standardized k-nearest neighbors spatial weights matrix (k=5) to capture outcome dependence and covariate spillovers. Results show that digital infrastructure has a positive and statistically significant direct effect on provincial growth, and it also produces a positive indirect effect, implying measurable spillovers to neighboring provinces. Decomposition into direct, indirect, and total impacts reveals that accounting for spatial feedback increases the estimated overall contribution of digital infrastructure relative to non-spatial interpretations. Robustness checks using alternative neighborhood definitions and alternative digital access proxies confirm the stability of the main findings, while a lagged specification suggests the relationship is not driven solely by contemporaneous reverse causality. The evidence implies that digital infrastructure is a network-type investment whose returns extend beyond administrative borders. Policy efforts should therefore combine connectivity expansion with coordinated regional planning and complementary measures—such as digital skills and MSME adoption support—to maximize growth benefits and reduce interregional digital gaps. Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) berperan penting dalam menggerakkan perekonomian desa, namun sebagian masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital. pengabdian ini berfokus pada UMKM Emping Mamah Otib di Kampung Kadu Koneng, Desa Kadu Agung, dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan strategi digitalisasi melalui Google Maps, media sosial, dan visual branding. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui survei, wawancara, serta pendampingan pembuatan akun digital dan media promosi. Sebelum intervensi, UMKM ini hanya mengandalkan pemasaran tradisional di pasar lokal dan penjualan dari rumah. Setelah pendampingan, Emping Mamah Otib mulai memiliki identitas digital melalui Google Maps dan media sosial, yang dalam minggu pertama mencatat empat kunjungan baru dan lima pengikut. Meskipun masih kecil, perubahan ini menjadi langkah awal meningkatkan visibilitas bisnis di ranah digital serta pemahaman pemilik UMKM akan pentingnya digitalisasi dan branding untuk memperluas pasar. Dengan demikian, digitalisasi sederhana pun dapat memberi dampak positif bagi pengembangan UMKM secara berkelanjutan. Sebagai upaya keberlanjutan program, direncanakan pendampingan lanjutan dalam pengelolaan konten media sosial, evaluasi berkala aktivitas digital, serta penguatan branding produk agar dampak pengabdian dapat berlangsung secara berkelanjutan.
