Abstract

Learning is part of the educational process carried out by teachers and students. One of the lessons carried out is history learning. A part of the history learning process is still dominated by history teachers. Students feel they are not actively involved in the history learning process. History teachers still respect historical knowledge without providing sufficient opportunities for students. History learning should provide opportunities to think logically for students. Freedom of thought in learning history will have a positive impact on learning history itself and students. The purpose of this study is intended to provide a perspective on the importance of providing freedom of thought in history learning for students. The method used in this research is literature study, both technical and non-technical literature. The result was found that freedom of thought in history learning can make the learning process dynamic. Freedom of thought can develop students' logical and systematic reasoning abilities. Differences in interpretation due to diversity of thinking make the learning process run dialectically. Abstrak Pembelajaran adalah bagian dari proses pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh guru dengan peserta didik. Salah satu pembelajaran yang dilakukan ialah pembelajaran sejarah. Sebagian dari proses pembelajaran sejarah masih didominasi oleh guru sejarah. Peserta didik merasa tidak dilibatkan secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran sejarah. Guru sejarah masih menghegomoni pengetahuan kesejarahan tanpa memberikan kesempatan yang cukup bagi peserta didik. Pembelajaran sejarah seharusnya memberikan kesempatan berpikir secara nalar bagi peserta didik. Kebebasan berpikir dalam pembelajaran sejarah akan berdampak positif bagi pembelajaran sejarah itu sendiri dan peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan sebuah sudut pandang akan pentingnya memberikan kebebasan berpikir dalam pembelajaran sejarah bagi peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini ialah studi literatur, baik literatur teknis maupun non-teknis. Hasilnya ditemukan bahwa kebebasan berpikir dalam pembelajaran sejarah dapat membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi dinamis. Kebebasan berpikir dapat mengembangkan kemampuan penalaran peserta didik secara logis dan sistematis. Perbedaan interpretasi akibat keberagaman berpikir menjadikan proses pembelajaran berjalan secara dialektis.

Abstract

Abstract In the field of political struggle, the leaders of the national movement were jointly preparing for an independent Indonesia. One of the efforts to prepare for Indonesian independence was through the BPUPKI session which took place from May to July 1945. BPUPKI was the preparation committee for Indonesian independence in the form of Japan which was originally used as a propaganda tool but instead used as a means of struggle for national movement figures. National movement figures who sit in BPUPKI come from various religious and ideological backgrounds. One of the national movement figures who became a member of BPUPKI was Ki Bagus Hadikusumo. Ki Bagus Hadikusumo is the leader of the Islamic organization, Muhammadiyah, which contributed to fighting for and fighting for Indonesian independence through BPUPKI. This study intends to find out about how Ki Bagus Hadikusumo's contribution to the trial of BPUPKI in May-July 1945. The method used in writing this article is a literature study. The results of the study revealed that Ki Bagus Hadikusumo made a big contribution to the BPUPKI session. There are two things put forward by Ki Bagus Hadikusumo, first is the concept of an independent Indonesia, which is a state that is run on the sovereignty of the people, and secondly, fighting for Islam as the legal foundation for an independent Indonesian state. Keywords : BPUPKI, Ki Bagus Hadikusumo, Islam Abstrak Di medan perjuangan politik para tokoh pergerakan nasional bersama-sama mempersiapkan Indonesia merdeka. Salah satu upaya dalam rangka mempersiapkan kemerdekaan Indonesia ialah melalui sidang BPUPKI yang berlangsung dari Mei hingga Juli 1945. BPUPKI merupakan panitia persiapan kemerdekaan Indonesia bentukkan Jepang yang semula digunakan menjadi alat propaganda, namun justru dijadikan sebagai alat perjuangan bagi para tokoh pergerakan nasional. Para tokoh pergerakan nasional yang duduk di dalam BPUPKI berasal dari berbagai latar belakang agama dan ideologi. Salah satu diantara tokoh pergerakan nasional yang menjadi anggota dari BPUPKI adalah Ki Bagus Hadikusumo. Ki Bagus Hadikusumo adalah pemimpin organisasi Islam, Muhammadiyah yang turut berkontribusi dalam memperjuangkan dan memperisapkan kemerdekaan Indonesia melalui BPUPKI. Penelitian ini bermaksud mencari tahu mengenai bagaimana kontribusi Ki Bagus Hadikusumo dalam persidangan BPUPKI Mei-Juli 1945. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini yaitu studi pustaka. Hasil kajian mengemukakan, bahwa Ki Bagus Hadikusumo memberikan kontribusi yang besar dalam sidang BPUPKI. Terdapat dua hal yang dikemukakan oleh Ki Bagus Hadikusumo, pertama ialah konsep negara Indonesia merdeka adalah negara yang dijalankan atas kedaulatan rakyat, dan kedua memperjuangkan Islam sebagai pondasi hukum bagi negara Indonesia merdeka. Abstract

The history of the Chinese diaspora to Indonesia is very interesting to discuss. The long process of the arrival of the Chinese community to Indonesia long before the arrival of westerners to Indonesia has formed a separate identity for the Chinese community who in the end had to accept the policy of 'assimilation'. This process is part of the representation of the Chinese community in Indonesia. The Chinese themselves feel that they are different from the natives in all respects, so the feeling of being a minority group is getting stronger. The Chinese increasingly showed their cultural identity after the construction of various facilities such as a special school for the Chinese, a Chinese cultural group, and a Chinese-language newspaper. In order to accommodate these interests and due to the pressure and atmosphere at that time, in 1954 the Indonesian Citizenship Consultative Body (BAPERKI) was formed. This study uses the historical method to explain the role of BAPERKI as a political identity and representation of the Chinese community in Indonesia. The stages that are passed are the heuristic stage (data collection), the critical stage, the interpretation stage and the historiography (historical writing). The increasing role of the Chinese community in Indonesia has caused them to form organizations that can protect their people, who indeed have a minority number. For that purpose, they formed BAPERKI. BAPERKI has a role as a socio-political organization of the Peranakan Chinese group in Indonesia. The issue of citizenship is the background behind the establishment of BAPERKI.

Abstract

The project program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is a form of character education contained in the Merdeka Curriculum. In contrast to character education in the 2013 Curriculum, the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is that character education is presented in a more systematic and measurable manner. One of the characters that can be developed through this program is the character of nationalism, as a mandate of national education goals. Apart from that, the project program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students must be carried out periodically by schools as formal educational institutions. This research uses a qualitative research methodology, where the research locations are several vocational high schools in Jakarta, with respondents from school stakeholders, such as deputy principals for curriculum, teachers involved in the program and program object students. The results of this research show that all schools that are research locations can implement project programs to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. There are various obstacles and obstacles faced by schools in its implementation. This research aims to see how the project program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is implemented in several vocational high schools. Are there any obstacles in its implementation.

Abstract

Jika pada abad ke-19 hanya dikenal satu jenis pendekatan penelitian, yaitu pendekatan monodisipliner, maka sejak abad ke-20 sampai dengan hari ini telah terjadi perkembangan yang pesat mengenai pendekatan penelitian, yakni lahirnya pendekatan multidisipliner, interdisipliner, transdisipliner, bahkan post-disipliner. Dua pendekatan yang pertama, yakni multidisipliner dan interdisipliner bahkan telah diterapkan dalam penelitian kesejarahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pendekatan multidisipliner dan interdisipliner dalam lingkup kajian sejarah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Dari penelitian didapati jika penggunaan pendekatan multidisipliner dan interdisipliner dalam kajian kesejarahan dapat menghasilkan penulisan sejarah yang lebih bersifat analitis dan mendalam, alih-alih hanya kronologis yang cenderung ‘kering’. Dua pendekatan ini menjadikan hasil penelitian sejarah menjadi multidimensional, dimana sejarah dapat dilihat dari berbagai sudut pandang yang beragam.
