Abstract

The study aims to analyze the Airport Operation Control Center (AOCC) operational performance through interfunctional cooperation on the operational quality of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali. The airport facilities and infrastructures are considered inadequate when they are compared to the growth rate of air traffic. Ideally, the study wants to find out the effect of Airport Operation Control Center’s performance on airport operational service quality and the mediating role of interfunctional cooperation on airport operational service quality. The sample of 49 stakeholders and AOCC users at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali was used as the saturated sampling method and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS program. The results show that the operational performance has direct effect on interfunctional cooperation and airport operational service quality. Furthermore, the interfunctional cooperation is able to mediate the AOCC operational performance and the quality of airport operational services.

Abstract

This research explores the new strategy adopted by PT Angkasa Pura II as an airport operator to innovate to increase business partner satisfaction in the Departure Public Area of Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport through multiple regression research methods. This research identifies the potential for increasing business partner satisfaction with PT services. Angkasa Pura II, PT Angkasa Pura II through the Commercial Division so that they can run business directly, especially in the Departure Public Area of Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. By improving service and evaluating commercial aspects, it is hoped that it will be directly proportional to increasing business partner satisfaction PT Angkasa Pura II, This research was carried out through 2 stages of analysis, namely instrument analysis which included validity and reliability tests, and Multiple Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that service and price simultaneously or together influence partner satisfaction in the Departure Public Area of Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport by 65%. Based on this data, opportunities to increase business partner satisfaction can still be possible by increasing competence and adjusting commercial aspects or changing business models carried out by PT Angkasa Pura II. Abstract

This research explores competitive strategies that are suitable for Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport in terms of efforts to improve performance. Since 2001 PT Angkasa Pura II as the airport operator has taken over this airport because the decision to take over the airport to PT Angkasa Pura II can be seen from the performance of ATS (over flying) aero revenue.) which is very large, but since the Government established the Aviation Navigation Services Business Entity, it is deemed necessary in the future for the Company to develop a good strategy for the sustainability of airports, especially RHF Airport Branch Offices. On this basis, this paper aims to find and analyze competitive strategies that are suitable for improving airport performance as part of the strategy formulation stage. The method used in this research is the SWOT Analysis method using the Tows Matrix strategy formulation, which will produce a suitable competitive strategy under the operational performance of Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport. The results obtained from this strategy are an increase in company revenue, and efficient use of operational expenses, thereby influencing every aspect to gain a competitive advantage.

Abstract

Indonesia, the largest island country in the world, requires a reliable logistics system to meet its people's needs. The National Logistics System Development Blueprint (SISLOGNAS) supports this process, increasing trade, economic productivity, infrastructure investment, and employment opportunities. However, Indonesia's logistics performance index is currently ranked 61st out of 139 countries surveyed. To address these issues, an initial model was developed for national logistics system variables for archipelagic countries. This research uses an exploratory factor analysis approach with Jamovi software. The study found that 50 indicators in the logistics system of an archipelagic country like Indonesia are classified into six categories: services, commodities, logistics infrastructure, modes of transportation, timeliness, and technology. These indicators interconnect to develop an effective and efficient national logistics network

Abstract

Bandara memiliki peran kompleks dalam hal konektivitas dan kepuasan penumpang. Dari sisi konektivitas, hal ini tercermin pada aksesibilitas, dimana bandara meningkatkan akses ke berbagai wilayah, termasuk daerah terpencil. Hal ini memungkinkan penduduk di daerah yang kurang terlayani memiliki kesempatan yang lebih baik untuk mendapatkan pendidikan, layanan kesehatan, dan pekerjaan. Dari segi kepuasan penumpang tercermin dari fasilitas dan pelayanannya, dengan adanya bandara yang menyediakan fasilitas seperti lounge yang nyaman, akses Wi-Fi, pilihan tempat makan dan berbelanja serta pelayanan pelanggan yang ramah dan responsif dapat meningkatkan kepuasan penumpang. Pentingnya aksesibilitas terhadap moda transportasi, fasilitas bandara dan kualitas pelayanan bandara terhadap kepuasan penumpang menjadi perhatian utama tulisan ini. Studi kasus dilakukan di Bandara Silampari Lubuk Linggau yang terletak di Sumatera Selatan, Indonesia, yang merupakan bandara domestik kelas tiga. Bandara ini memerlukan dukungan transportasi dan infrastruktur untuk pergerakan penumpang dan barang keluar masuk bandara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh aksesibilitas moda transportasi dan fasilitas bandara terhadap kepuasan penumpang melalui kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada penumpang dengan jumlah responden maksimal 250 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskripsi inferensial berbasis SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap variabel memberikan nilai rata-rata yang baik, dimana hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan nilai positif dan signifikan untuk setiap variabel dengan menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung diperoleh cara yang valid.
