Abstract

Pesantren is an Islamic educational institution that has dormitories and aspires to produce the nation's successor students who have righteous creeds, true jurisprudence and noble morals and always become role models for the surrounding community. The formation of personality character that is emphasized in pesantren is a disciplined character, especially in the discipline of worship. The worship that gets the most attention from the leade pesantren is congregational prayer, because congregational prayer teaches the value of obedience and discipline while teaching the value of togetherness with others. Currently, the character of student discipline, especially in the discipline of congregational prayer, is less than optimal. Based on the observations of previous researchers at the Pesantren Kampung Quran Learning Center, there are still students who are not disciplined in carrying out congregational prayer activities such as not participating in congregational prayer activities on time. The initial findings when students are not disciplined in carrying out congregational prayer activities will have an impact on other activities such as teaching and learning activities in class, devotional work activities and Quran halaqa activities become undisciplined and students become less obedient to the rules of pesantren order. This is because prayer is the core of a Muslim's life activities, so if the prayer is good, then the life is good, but if the prayer is not good, then the life is not good. This is the background of researchers to conduct research at the Pesantren Kampung Quran Learning Center with the research title "The Role of leader Pesantren in Disciplining the Implementation of Congregational Prayers." This study aims to determine how the impact of the role of Islamic boarding school leader in disciplining the implementation of congregational prayer by identifying: 1). Implementation of Congregational Prayer of Santri, 2). The Role of leader Pesantren in Disciplining the Implementation of Congregational Prayer of Santri, 3). Supporting and inhibiting factors of the role of leader pesantren in disciplining congregational prayers, 4). The impact of the role of Islamic boarding school leader in disciplining the implementation of congregational prayers, 5). The benefits of the discipline of praying in congregation. The method used in this study is qualitative research method with case studies. The data sources used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The technical data analysis used in this study is data reduction, data presentation and data analysis. The results showed that the role of Islamic boarding school leader had a good influence in improving the discipline of congregational prayer. This is shown by the increasing discipline of congregational prayer in terms of: 1). Punctuality, 2). Consistency, 3). Order in congregational prayer.

Abstract

In this day and age, money is a very useful thing. Using money is an activity that everyone does, from children to adults. The use of money is different, some manage to use money well and some do not. All people need to know the importance of managing finances and financial management education must be learned from an early age. Because without good financial management, it will have an impact on the economic welfare of the community. To develop an attitude of responsibility, the introduction of good financial management must be applied when entering junior high school (SMP). This research uses the method of implementing seminars and sharing which is carried out in Bojong Kunci Village aims to provide an understanding of: Principles of Islamic Economics, Embedding Ethical Values in Managing Finance, Development of Social Awareness: Through the introduction of the concept of zakat (mandatory donation) and infaq (voluntary donation), Formation of an Entrepreneurial Mindset Avoidance of Haram Transactions, Learning to Manage Finance Wisely and Future Preparation, Understanding the Concept of Interest and Risk, Understanding the principles of Islamic finance from an early age, the younger generation can contribute to a more just, sustainable and ethical society.

Abstract

Opak is a traditional food made from rice flour, or glutinous rice, and is popular among Sundanese people. However, with the growing variety of foods and the trend of trying foreign foods, traditional foods such as opak are becoming less popular. To combat this, the authors propose innovative strategies such as changing the size of the opak to make it more portable and efficient, introducing new flavors to attract consumers, and updating the packaging to make it more attractive. This innovation aims to preserve and promote opak as  traditional Indonesian food on the global market.

Abstract

Indonesia, being the fourth most populous country in the world with a high consumption rate, has resulted in an increasing amount of waste generated from various sectors. One of them is plastic waste. Plastic, being a widely used material in daily life, has made the problem of plastic waste increasingly severe and a serious challenge for the environment. Ecobricks are one of the solutions that can be developed to reuse plastic waste by transforming it into useful objects. The aim of this program is to introduce and train students on waste management using the ecobrick method as an effort to reduce plastic waste and increase students' awareness of Clean and Healthy Living Behaviours (PHBS) in the school environment. This socialisation method uses lectures and direct practice of making ecobricks. The results obtained show that students can understand the importance of managing plastic waste into useful objects using the ecobrick method. It is hoped that this activity can continue in the future, and SDN Palasari can become a cadre of initiating plastic waste management in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan praktik tata cara wudhu dan shalat siswa di SD Palasari 3 Bandung melalui pendekatan edukasi interaktif. Mengingat pentingnya wudhu dan shalat sebagai sarana pembentukan karakter religius, kegiatan ini menggunakan berbagai metode kreatif seperti video, demonstrasi langsung, tepukan, lagu, dan permainan edukatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan yang melibatkan siswa kelas III dan VI sebagai subjek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode interaktif berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam melakukan wudhu dan shalat, serta menumbuhkan sikap disiplin, kekhusyukan, dan tanggung jawab. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan keterlibatan yang tinggi dalam pembelajaran, terutama melalui pendekatan yang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan agama yang variatif dan menarik dapat berkontribusi dalam pembentukan karakter religius siswa secara signifikan.

Abstract

Community service program carried out through digital marketing training for MSMEs located at the Khalifa Islamic Boarding School. This program aims to improve the skills of MSMEs in using digital technology as a tool to expand their market coverage. With an approach that integrates halal principles, this training not only teaches digital marketing, but also ensures that the products being promoted meet the criteria in accordance with religious teachings. At the end of the activity, it is hoped that a strong network will be created between local MSMEs and the wider market, as well as increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs through the use of digital marketing.

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' understanding and practice of wudhu and prayer at SD Palasari 3 Bandung through an interactive educational approach. Considering the importance of wudhu and prayer as a means of fostering religious character, this activity employs various creative methods such as videos, live demonstrations, clapping, songs, and educational games. The study was conducted using action research methods, involving third and sixth-grade students as subjects. The results show that the interactive methods effectively enhanced students' understanding and skills in performing wudhu and prayer, as well as instilling discipline, focus, and responsibility. Moreover, the students demonstrated a high level of engagement in learning, particularly through the enjoyable approach. This research confirms that varied and engaging religious education can significantly contribute to the formation of students' religious character.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of parents in shaping children's character in the digital era. With the advancement of technology, children are more often exposed to digital devices that can affect their character development. The purpose of this study is to identify parental communication patterns and how this impacts the formation of children's character. Based on literature analysis, it was found that there are four main communication patterns applied by parents, namely consensual, pluralistic, protective, and laissez-faire patterns. Each pattern has a different influence on the development of children's characters. The conclusion of this study shows that open and educational communication from parents can help children use technology wisely and support the formation of positive character.
