Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan metode journalling sebagai sarana self healing pada mahasiswa Universitas Mathla’ul Anwar yang tepat guna dan memenuhi standar/kriteria kelayakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Proses penelitian pengembangan ini dilaksanakan melalui 9 tahap, yaitu: tahap penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, tahap perencanaan, tahap pengembangan produk awal, validasi ahli, dua tahap uji coba, dan tiga tahap revisi. Validasi dilakukan dengan cara meminta saran dan masukan dari dua orang ahli. Uji coba terbatas dilakukan kepada 6 orang mahasiswa, dan uji coba produk akhir dilakukan kepada 23 orang mahasiswa yang berasal dari berbagai program studi dan angkatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa rancangan metode journalling sebagai sarana self healing yang telah dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan.Kata Kunci: self healing, mahasiswa, journalling

Abstract

The learning problem of students who are active in various activities makes some students feel less responsive to facing new learning or activities to support the continuity of the learning process. The point that researchers see is the phenomenon of low academic hardiness in students. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of the Adventure Based Counseling (ABC) technical group counseling service to increase students' academic hardiness. The research method used was pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design model. The research subjects were 6 students using purposive sampling with existing criteria for subjects ranging from a low score of 28-56. This research uses the academic hardiness scale instrument. Data analysis used the Wilxocon test with a normality test and homogeneity test carried out first. Result of thi research is there is a difference in the pretest score and posttest score so it can be concluded that advnture based counseling technique group counseling services are effective in increasing students' academic hardiness

Abstract

Academic stress is a psychological condition where students feel worried about academic failure. To overcome this, students can develop stress coping, be it problem focused coping or emotional stress coping. This study was conducted to provide an overview of the level of stress coping developed by students as well as the types of stress coping developed. This study is a quantitative descriptive study with a population of Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri University students. The sample used in this research was 300 students. The instrument used in this study is a stress coping scale using the stress coping theory developed by Lazarus. The results show that students have moderate stress coping abilities. The type of stress coping that is most often used by both male and female students in dealing with academic stress is emotional focused coping. The forms of behavior used to overcome academic stress are distancing, confrontative coping, and seeking information support.

Abstract

Abstrak: Program pengabdian ini didasari oleh miminmya pemahaman dan kemampuan para guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap metode dan teknik dalam layanan bimbingan klasikal yang saat ini idealnya telah terintegrasi dengan teknologi informasi dan digital. Tujuan dari program pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatan kualitas layanan bimbingan klasikal yang diberikan oleh para guru bimbingan dan konseling kepada siswa disekolah. Pelaksanaan workshop dilaksanakan secara blended learning, selanjutnya dilakukan group assignments dan mentoring kepada para peserta yang terdiri dari para guru bimbingan dan konseling SMP Kabupaten Karanganyar sejumlah 30 orang. Instrumen angket yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini terdiri dari 10 butir pertanyaan dan berdsarkan hasil analisis capaian terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dan pemahaman guru bimbingan dan konseling SMP Kabupaten karanganyar dalam layanan bimbingan klasikal sebesar 73,33 %, Sedangkan kontribusi yang diberikan oleh kegiatan workshop terhadap arah perubahan dan perkembangan para peserta adalah 45,45%. Hal tersebut berdasarkan analisis hasil perhitungan nilai N Gain Score sebesar 0,4545.Abstract: This service program is based on the lack of understanding and ability of guidance and counseling teachers towards methods and techniques in classical guidance services which are now ideally integrated with information and digital technology. The purpose of this service program is to improve the quality of classical guidance services provided by guidance and counseling teachers to students at school. The implementation of the workshop was carried out by blended learning, then group assignments and mentoring were carried out to the participants consisting of 30 junior high school guidance and counseling teachers in Karanganyar Regency. The questionnaire instrument used in this activity consisted of 10 questions and based on the results of the analysis of the achievement of increasing the ability and understanding of junior high school guidance and counseling teachers in classical guidance services amounted to 73.33%, while the contribution made by workshop activities to the direction of change and development of the participants was 45.45%. This is based on the analysis of the results of the calculation of the N Gain Score value of 0.4545.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal the data and facts about the level of online game addiction among students. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects in the study were students of class XI SMA Negeri 10 Pandeglang for the Academic Year 2021/2022, which were 531 students. The data in this study was analyzed using descriptive statistics and the percentage technique. The results showed that 70.37% of students are currently in a state of high addiction, which means students feel uncontrollable compulsions in themselves to repeat the behavior of playing online games and don't care about the negative consequences that come with them. Meanwhile, 29.63% of students are currently in the low addiction category, namely students are able to control their compulsions to play online games and care about the negative consequences that come with them

Abstract

Extreme thoughts about moderate Islam are often the beginning of divisions. A shallow understanding of religious moderation makes it easier for someone to be indicated by radical views. Counselors have an essential role in increasing students' understanding of religious moderation. This study aims to improve students' understanding of religious moderation in public schools through group guidance using bibliotherapy techniques. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a Non-equivalent control group design. The sample of this research was 20 students, consisting of 10 students for each experimental and control group, per Gazda's (1969) recommendations regarding the adequate number of group guidance participants, ranging from 8 to 10 participants. The sample has filled out the Religious Moderation Scale (RMS) developed by Monalisa (2022) and is indicated to be in a low category. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test to determine the effect before and after the intervention was given. Then, to find out the average difference between the experimental group and the control group, it was analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test. The study's results showed a difference in understanding of religious moderation before and after the intervention, with a significance of .005. The research results showed that the group guidance intervention using bibliotherapy techniques was effective in increasing students' understanding of religious moderation with a Z score of -3.885 and a significance value of .000.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengabdian berupa kegiatan re-orientasi ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya tingkat pemahaman dan penerapan kode etik dinamika pelayanan BK. Banyak guru BK yang tidak memberikan penjelasan atas hak konseli, pengabaian batasan hubungan, dan rendahnya kerahasian masalah konseli. Kegiatan re-orientasi yang dilakukan secara blended ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan implementasi kode etik dinamika pelayanan BK. Adapun partisipan yang dilibatkan adalah 30 guru BK yang menjadi anggota MGBK DIY dan untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman dan implementasi, partisipan diberikan angket dengan 18 butir pernyataan yang berkaitan dengan kode etik dinamika pelayanan BK (kesepakatan konseling, sikap menghormati keputusan konseli, batasan hubungan, dan kerahasiaan dan dokumentasi). Hasil posttest menunjukkan adanya 83% partisipan berada di tingkat pemahaman yang sangat tinggi (pretest = 93% di tingkat sangat rendah). Selain itu hasil posttest atas penerapan setiap sub kode etik dinamika pelayanan juga menunjukkan peningkatan pada kesepakatan layanan (83% dari 32,5%), kerahasiaan dan dokumentasi (77% dari 34,9%), sikap menghormati keputusan konseli (63% dari 36,3%), dan batasan hubungan profesional (53% dari 38,1%). Hal ini menujukkan melalui metode ceramah, diskusi, dan reflektif yang dilakukan pada kegiatan re-orientasi, guru BK mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerapan kode etik dinamika pelayanan secara signifikan.Abstract: This community services activity, re-orientation of ethics codes, was initiated due to the low level of understanding and implementation of ethical code related to service dynamics in guidance and counseling. Many schools’ counselor poorly in explain the rights of counselees, ignored professional boundaries, and poorly maintained the confidentiality of counselee issues. Re-orientation activity, conducted in a blended format, aimed to enhance both the understanding and implementation of service dynamics ethics codes. The participants were 30 school’s counselor who are members of MGBK Yogyakarta. To measure the level of understanding and implementation, participants were given a questionnaire consist 19 items related to ethics code, including inform consent, respect for counselee’s decisions, professional boundaries, and confidentiality and documentation. Posttest results showed that 83% of participants reached a very high level in understanding (compared to 93% at very low level in pretest). In addition, posttest results for each sub ethics codes of service dynamics showed the significantly increasing in inform consent (83% from 32,5%), confidentiality and documentation (77% form 34,9%), respect for counselee’s decisions (63% from 36,3%), and professional boundaries (53% form 38,1%). These findings indicate that through the combination of discussions and reflective activities in the re-orientation, participants were able to improve their understanding and implementation of service dynamic’s ethic code significantly.

Abstract

Manajemen Diri merupakan keterampilan dalam mengatur semua unsur kemampuan pribadi, mengendalikan kemampuan untuk mencapai hal-hal yang baik, dan mengembangkan berbagai segi dari kehidupan pribadi agar lebih sempurna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil manajemen diri menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling dalam meningkatkan manajemen diri siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kuantitatif Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah siswa kelas VIII SMPN Kecamatan Saketi berjumlah 558 siswa kemudian diambil Sampel pada penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN Kecamatan Saketi berjumlah 233. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket manajemen diri yang disusun oleh peneliti Penelitian dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN Kecamatan Saketi dengan jumlah total 233 siswa dengan kategorisasi sedang rendah dan tinggi hal ini menunjukan bahwa 156 orang dengan presentase (67%) bearada pada kategori sedang dan 93 orang siswa dengan presentase (40%) berada pada kategori tinggi kemudian 16 orang siswa dengan presentase (7%) berada pada kategori rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen diri Siswa Kelas VIII SMPN Kecamatan Saketi umumnya berada pada kategori sedang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of reality counseling services using a group counseling setting to reduce students learned helplessness. This research uses a quantitative method, a quasi-experimental design type. The sample and population of the study were class IX students of SMPN 2 Sobang who were divided into experimental groups and control groups. The data collection technique used was a learned helplessness questionnaire prepared by researchers, while hypothesis analysis used the Wilcoxon test using SPSS 25 software for Windows. The results of the study showed that after being given treatment there was a difference in the average pre-test and post-test scores. Hypothesis testing using the Wilcoxon test results obtained by Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) is 0.029 < 0.05. The interpretation that can be concluded is that there is a difference in the learned helplessness scores of the control and experimental classes. Thus, it can be interpreted that reality counseling is effective in reducing students' learned helplessness.
