Abstract

Improving employee performance is one of the goals of the organization. The success and performance of employees is determined by many factors including motivation, discipline, leadership, work atmosphere and so on. This study aims to find out whether motivation and discipline affect the performance of BMT Khairul Amin Martapura employees. The variables in this study are Motivation (X1) and Discipline (X2), bound variables: Employee Performance (Y). This research is a field research with a quantitative approach. The samples in this study used saturated samples. Data collection techniques are carried out by the distribution of questionnaires and documentation.. The results showed that simultaneously there was a positive and significant influence on the performance of BMT Khairul Amin Martapura employees. This is evidenced from the value of Sig. = 0.001 < α = 0.1 and the value of Fhitung = 10.837 > Ftabel = 2.62. Then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, while partially obtained the result that the motivation variable has a positive and insignificant effect, where the value of Sig. = 0.814 > α = 0.1 and the calculated value = 0.240 < ttabel = 1.740. Disciplinary variables have a positive and significant effect, where the value of Sig. = 0.002 < α = 0.1 and the value of counting = 3.741 > ttabel = 1.740. The coefficient of determination test shows that motivation and discipline simultaneously affect employee performance by 56.1%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of fintech payment and financial literacy on the consumption behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business at IAI Darussalam Martapura. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with 146 students as the research sample. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 26 for Windows. Based on the research results, it is known that the fintech payment variable (X1) has a partial effect on the student's consumption behavior variable (Y), while the financial literacy variable (X2) does not have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Furthermore, both independent variables, fintech payment (X1) and financial literacy (X2), have a simultaneous effect on consumption behavior (Y).

Abstract

This research is based on the development of various product innovations that produce various types of products, especially food and cosmetics to be consumed. Therefore, this study aims to determine the influence of  Islamic branding, the halal logo, and the BPOM logo on purchasing decisions for food and cosmetic products at the Salafiyah Darussalam Martapura Islamic Boarding School. The research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. The population in this study was 209 Madrasah Aliyah students of X, XI, and XII levels. Then the number of samples was 140 people using purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that Islamic branding and halal logos have a positive but insignificant effect on the decision to buy food and cosmetic products, with significant levels of 0.56>0.05 and 0.49>0.05 respectively. Unlike the other two independent variables, the BPOM logo variable has a positive (0.681) and significant (0.000<0.05) effect on determining the decision to buy a product. While simultaneous effect showed that the three variables, namely the Islamic branding, halal logo, and BPOM logo had a simultaneous effect on the independent variable with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05 with a value of Fstat = 13.515.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the strategy carried out by one of the Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in increasing income during the Covid-19 pandemic, by developing the creative economy. This research is field research with a qualitative approach, by conducting a discussion to the research subject and reviewing various related theories as reference materials. Various efforts were carried out by MSME actors in increasing income during the pandemic. Of course, innovation and creativity are needed, in order to bring up something new that is considered interesting. With this strategy, it can help business actors in developing their business. In today's digital era, it can be used to make it easier to promote a product either through social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook, or others.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of work specialization in human resource management reviews and in islamic perspectives. This research uses a qualitative approach, by reviewing various related theories obtained through literature studies. In the effective and efficient management of human resources, the specificization of work is very important. Job specialization aims to place employees in positions that are in accordance with expertise or competence. The specificity of the work begins with the anlisis of the position and the design of the work before the recruitment and selection process is carried out. In Islam, the specificization of work turns out to be in line with the concept of human resource management, where Islam also teaches that a job must be handed over to people who are in accordance with their skills or competencies.

Abstract

Laundry Sulthan is a laundry business located in Simpang Empat Village. Every day at least get 30-150 kg of laundry orders. This becomes an attraction to conduct research related to the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously on consumer satisfaction and whether the quality of service and price and the partial effect on consumer satisfaction. The sample in this study is the customer of Laundry Sulthan which was taken as many as 75 people as a sample. Data was collected using a questionnaire and the analysis technique in this study was multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the variables of service quality and price simultaneously affect customer satisfaction with the value of F arithmetic > F table that is 40.559 > 3.124. Then the service quality and price variables also have a partial effect on customer satisfaction with a t count = 6.436 > t table 1.992 for service quality and a t count value = 2.170 and t table 1.992 for price. This shows that the quality of service really has a big influence and some of the influence of price on consumer satisfaction so that it is natural that Laundry Sulthan has many customers every day.

Abstract

Brand Image adalah tentang apa yang konsumen fikirkan dan rasakan saat mendengar atau melihat sebuah merek. Halal branding adalah brand yang penamaannya diperbolehkan mengikuti ketentuan syariat Islam yaitu Al Quran dan Hadits. Halal branding dapat bersifat eksplisit ataupun implisit, asalkan brand tersebut mencerminkan suatu keadaan, kondisi atau komposisi yang sebenarnya dan tidak ada unsur penipuan terhadap konsumen. Kedua hal tersebut juga sering dijadikan sebagai pertimbangan ketika memilih produk kosmetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image dan halal branding terhadap motivasi / minat pembelian produk kosmetik mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam angkatan 2018 dan 2019. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel brand image tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi pembelian produk kosmetik. Sedangkan variabel halal branding berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi pembelian produk kosmetik.Kata kunci: Brand Image, Halal Branding, Kosmetik.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the general picture of the implementation of the green economy in companies that declare themselves as companies based on a green economy and analyze the implementation of the green economy in companies based on a green economy according to maqashid sharia. This research uses a literature study method (library research). The results of this research show that there is compatibility between the implementation of the green economy according to 5 principles: hifdzu din, hifdzu nafs, hifdzu aql and hifdzu mal. Although in implementation the policy each company carries out different activities. This is focused on go green innovation which is its own focus starting from raw material extraction, production processes to waste management, but all of these are still related to maqashid sharia principles.

Abstract

Industri halal kini menjadi tren di berbagai penjuru dunia. Bukan hanya di negara-negara dengan mayoritas penduduk Muslim, industri halal juga mulai berkembang di negara-negara dengan mayoritas penduduk non-Muslim. Hal ini terjadi karena aspek halal dianggap sebagai indikator universal untuk menjamin kualitas produk dan standar hidup. Oleh karena itu, industri halal memiliki peluang besar untuk menguasai pasar global jika dikembangkan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi industri halal di Indonesia melalui peninjauan terhadap berbagai karya ilmiah sebelumnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SLR (Sytematic Liberature Review) Sebanyak 16 karya ilmiah yang membahas industri halal dengan sumber metadata dari Google Scholar dalam rentang waktu 2018-2022 telah dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, sebagai negara dengan mayoritas penduduk Muslim, sektor makanan halal merupakan sektor unggulan yang memiliki potensi besar dalam industri halal di Indonesia. selain itu, terdapat sektor yang tidak kalah memiliki potensi besar di negara Muslim khususnya Indonesia yakni meliputi sektor fesyen halal, parawisata halal, keuangan syariah, kosmetik dan farmasi halal. Dalam hal ini kerjasama antara konsumen, produsen dan pemerintah sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung kemajuan dan perkembangan potensi industri halal baik dalam lingkup nasional maupun dunia.

Abstract

The Human Development Index is important parameter in describing development from human perspective based on three main dimensions, namely health, education and living standards. The ultimate goal of development should be to lead to better living conditions and of course prosperity and welfare of the people. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to existing human resources..This research aims to determine the influence of Economic Growth and Average Years o Schooling on the Human Development Index in Banjar Regency. This research uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis tools using secondary data obtained from BPS Banjar Regency for the period 2014-2023 which was processed using the SPSS 26 program calculation tool. The data collection technique is library study. Based on the results the simultaneous test, economic growth and the average length of schooling jointly influence the human development index in Banjar Regency, while the results of the partial test show that what influences the human development index is the variable average length of schooling and based on the Coefficient of Determination obtained of 0.966 or 96.6%. This means that 96.6% of the dependent variable, namely the human development index, can be explained or influenced by the independent variable.
