Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai literasi matematsis siswa SMP/MTs dalam menyelesaikan soal literasi matematis pada materi statistika. Soal yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan soal statistika PISA level 1. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VIII A di MTs Negeri 6 Cianjur pada tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Subjek sebanyak 30 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan tes literasi matematis. Analisis yang dilakukan berdasarkan pencapaian indikator literasi matematis. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa: Kemampuan literasi matematis siswa ada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan indikator literasi matematis, siswa unggul pada indikator menggunakan simbol, bahasa formal dan teknik.

Abstract

The low achievement of numeracy literacy among Indonesian students, as reflected in the results of the National Assessment and the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA), presents a serious challenge in improving the quality of basic education. This condition demands the strengthening of teacher competencies so that they are able to design numeracy literacy learning that is more meaningful, contextual, and relevant to students' needs. The Independent Curriculum places numeracy mastery as one of the key competencies that teachers must have to support student learning outcomes. In response to this need, the Community Service Program (PKM) was designed with three main objectives, namely: (1) deepening teachers' understanding of the concept of numeracy literacy and its relevance in the Independent Curriculum; (2) developing teachers' skills in designing and implementing innovative numeracy literacy learning strategies; and (3) improving teachers' ability to utilize technology, such as learning applications and digital resources to support the learning process. Activities are carried out through training methods, intensive mentoring, and direct classroom practice involving 20 teachers of SDN Pondok Cabe Udik 01 as active participants. During the process, participants received conceptual materials, guidance on developing teaching materials, and supervision of their implementation in the field. The results of the activity showed significant improvements in understanding the concept of numeracy literacy, creativity in learning strategies, and skills in utilizing educational technology. In conclusion, this PKM program effectively improves teacher competency in numeracy literacy and has the potential to become a training model that can be replicated in various educational institutions..

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid-19 telah memaksa berbagai sektor melakukan perubahan. Berbagai cara perlu dilakukan, salah satunya dengan membuat video pembelajaran. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan tentang model pembelajaran sekaligus media sumber pembelajaran masa pandemi, memperkenalkan dan mendampingi Modul/LKS Online Berbasis Aplikasi Google Kuis kepada para guru matematika di SMA Negeri 1 Pacet Cianjur, dan membantu meningkatkan kualitas dan profesionalitas guru matematika dalam mengajar sesuai masa pandemi. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan sosial. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 4-30 April 2021 di SMAN 1 Pacet Cianjur. Sosialisasi dan Workshop Modul/LKS online berbasis aplikasi google kuis. Sebanyak 9 dosen dan 5 mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini. Kegiatan pelaksanaan dilakukan dalam 3 tahap antara lain persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan pelaporan. Hasilnya, berdasarkan validasi para pakar dan praktisi dapat disimpulkan 71,4 % modul/LKS layak digunakan di lapangan, dari 10 siswa yang sudah mencoba modul/LKS online respon sebagian besar baik/mudah dalam modul/LKS online untuk belajar, dan 6 siswa merespon positif bahwa modul ini bisa dalam mendorong kemandirian belajar siswa.ABSTRACTThe Covid-19 pandemic has forced various sectors to make changes. Various ways need to be done, one of which is by making learning videos. The purpose of this activity is to provide insight and knowledge about learning models as well as media learning resources during the pandemic, introduce and accompany the Google Quiz Application-Based Online Module/LKS to mathematics teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Pacet Cianjur, and help improve the quality and professionalism of mathematics teachers in teaching according to the pandemic. The implementation method used is a social approach. The activity was held on April 4-30 2021 at SMAN 1 Pacet Cianjur. Dissemination and Workshop on online modules/LKS based on the Google Quiz application. A total of 9 lecturers and 5 students were involved in this activity. Implementation activities are carried out in 3 stages including preparation, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. As a result, based on the validation of experts and practitioners, it can be concluded that 71.4% of the modules/LKS are suitable for use in the field, out of 10 students who have tried the online modules/LKS the responses are mostly good/easy in online modules/LKS for learning, and 6 students respond positively that this module can encourage student learning independence.

Abstract

Numeration has an important role in the future of students. Train students' basic numeracy skills from an early age to prepare the next generation. The motivational boost factor in learning is one of the things that needs to be raised in learning efforts at school. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population of this study was 33 grade 4 students at SDN Sindanglaka Cianjur Regency. The student motivation questionnaire instrument for learning motivation is 25 statements, while problem-solving or problem-solving uses 2 questions. The dependent variable is numeracy ability in grade 4 elementary school, with the form of a test instrument as many as 2 questions. The results of the study concluded that there was no influence of mathematical problem-solving ability and learning motivation on numeracy in grade 4 students at SDN Sindanglaka. Because the application of numeracy in schools has just been implemented in the independent curriculum students do not understand numeracy.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kapasitas guru dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran numerasi berbasis Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM). Mitra kegiatan adalah Sekolah Dasar Islam Kreatif (SD-IK) Kabupaten Cianjur, yang menghadapi tiga permasalahan utama: keterbatasan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep numerasi dalam konteks AKM, minimnya keterampilan dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran numerasi, serta rendahnya implementasi media dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Kegiatan PKM berlangsung selama dua bulan (Agustus–September 2024) dan terdiri dari tiga tahapan utama, yaitu: edukasi numerasi berbasis AKM, pelatihan dan pendampingan pengembangan media pembelajaran numerasi, serta implementasi media di kelas. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif, dengan keterlibatan aktif guru sejak tahap perencanaan hingga evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep numerasi dalam AKM, kemampuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan interaktif, serta keberhasilan dalam penerapan media di kelas yang berdampak pada peningkatan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa. Dampak kegiatan juga terlihat pada meningkatnya motivasi dan kepercayaan diri guru untuk terus berinovasi dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi model pendampingan guru yang berkelanjutan dalam mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang kontekstual dan bermakna.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan sebagai respon terhadap kebutuhan peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran numerasi yang kontekstual dan berbasis kearifan lokal, sejalan dengan semangat Kurikulum Merdeka. Mitra kegiatan adalah Sekolah Dasar Islam Kreatif Kabupaten Cianjur dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 27 guru. Permasalahan yang dihadapi meliputi rendahnya pemanfaatan sumber belajar digital, minimnya soal numerasi kontekstual yang relevan dengan budaya lokal, serta terbatasnya implementasi pembelajaran numerasi berbasis konteks di kelas. Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan selama dua bulan (Agustus–September 2024) melalui tiga tahapan utama, yaitu pelatihan akses sumber belajar digital, lokakarya penyusunan soal numerasi berbasis kearifan lokal Cianjur, dan implementasi pembelajaran numerasi kontekstual di kelas. Metode pelaksanaan dirancang secara partisipatif dan berorientasi pada praktik langsung agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan nyata guru. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam mengakses sumber belajar daring, menyusun soal berbasis konteks lokal, dan menerapkannya dalam pembelajaran. Dampaknya terlihat dari meningkatnya partisipasi siswa, relevansi materi ajar, serta kepercayaan diri guru dalam berinovasi. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka secara kontekstual dan berkelanjutan di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The development of hybrid learning models that are increasingly widespread, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, has transformed early childhood education and created a demand for innovative approaches in early literacy development. This study examines the effectiveness of interactive digital media in improving the literacy skills of children aged 4–6 years within the hybrid learning context. Using a mixed-method design, quantitative measurement of literacy achievement was combined with qualitative observations and interviews involving educators and parents in several early childhood education institutions. The results demonstrate that interactive digital media significantly enhances basic literacy competencies, such as phonemic awareness, vocabulary enrichment, and storytelling skills, when effectively integrated with traditional learning methods. Novelty lies in the integration of early literacy development, digital media, and hybrid learning, which has rarely been explored in the Indonesian context. Factors determining effectiveness include media usability, content relevance, parental involvement, and the facilitator role of educators. These findings contribute empirical insights to optimize the use of interactive technology in early childhood hybrid learning environments. Practical implications emphasize the importance of designing digital content that is age-appropriate, culturally sensitive, and engaging, as well as strengthening hybrid learning frameworks to support literacy development as a foundation for lifelong learning succes.
