Abstract

Lecturers have an important role in character education in higher education. In carrying out the main tasks of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely conducting teaching, research and community service. Another goal of this community service is for lecturers to go directly into the community and learn about educational problems that occur in the community. Broadly speaking, this program intends to provide reinforcement to all residents in the school environment about the importance of education, especially Counseling to Permendikbud No. 82 of 2015 concerning Prevention and Management of Acts of Violence in Environmental Education Units. The function of education is to refer to a person's character or behavior and personality. Conversely, the role of education is very large in preparing and developing reliable and competitive Human Resources (HR). That is why carrying out education is a moral task that is not light. So that the importance of education in an effort to educate the nation's life, improve people's welfare, and build and build national dignity, the government is trying to pay serious attention to addressing various problems in the field of improving education starting from elementary, middle, to high levels.

Abstract

Abstract Objective: The aim of this study is to find out the level of effectiveness of attack techniques used by senior athletes Kyourugi at the 2023 World Taekwondo Championship in Baku, Azerbaijan. As for the participants in this study, 32 Kyurugi athletes consisted of 16 male and 16 female athlete with the criteria of all athlets entering the final in each competitive class. Method: The data collection uses quantitative descriptives by observing the video of the game in the final. Results: The results of the effective kick used in competition by senior Taekwondo athletes male and female based on the top 6 rankings are Peta Chagi male Kyourugi athlete of 49.5%, and female Kyourugi athlete of 69.9%, Dollyo Chagi male Kyourugi athlete of 33.7% and the female Kyourugi athlete of 31.5%, Ceking Yeop Chagi male Kyourugi athlete of 22.3%, and the Female Kyourugi athlete of 18.1%, punch (Jireugi) male Kyourugi athlete of 10.6%, and female Kyourugi Athlete of 5.6%, Pyojeuk Chagi male Kyourugi athlete of 8.2% and female Kyourugi athlete of 2.6% and Deol Chagi male Kyourugi athlete of 6.7% and female Kyourugi athlete of 8.4%. Novelty: The most effective taekwondo kicking techniques used by senior Kyourugi athlete male and femaler to attack during competition are the Peta Chagi kicking, and the punch techniqu (Jireugi).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of halal certificates, food quality, and price on purchasing decisions. The research method is quantitative. The data are collected using a questionnaire. The dependent variable is the purchase decision and the independent variable is the halal certificate, food quality, and price on the purchase decision of Aqeeqah products in Tangerang Regency. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. This study shows that halal certificates have no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Aqeeqah products in Tangerang District, while food quality and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Aqeeqah products in Tangerang District. The results of the research from the simultaneous test of halal certificate variables, food quality, and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This shows that people living in Tangerang Regency prioritize food quality and price rather than the legality of halal certificates when buying Aqeeqah products.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an exercise tool that can be used to train the speed of punches and reactions for boxing martial arts athletes. The research method used was Research and Development. The steps of this research were adapted from Sugiyono's research steps which consisted of thirteen steps. However, the researcher only adapted ten steps following the objectives of this development research. The researchers conducted a small group trial in the boxing gym of Sasana Kota Baru Jambi on five respondents. Also, the researchers conducted a large group trial at the boxing gym of Sasana Kota Baru Jambi on ten respondents or the entire population. The feasibility assessment result from the material expert was 100 percent (highly feasible), and the media expert was 98.88 percent (highly feasible). The results of the small group trial obtained an assessment score of 91.13 percent (highly feasible), and the large group trial obtained an assessment score of 91.39 percent (highly feasible). These results indicate that the developed tool is feasible and can be used to practice and train the speed of punches and reactions.

Abstract

The manufacturing sector, notably the food and beverage industry, plays a pivotal role in Indonesia's economy, contributing 37.77% to the GDP in Q1 2022. This study delves into the working capital management of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. With a focus on the cash conversion cycle (CCC), the research evaluates profitability using operating profit margin (OPM) and return on equity (ROE). The sector has exhibited positive international trade, with food and beverage exports reaching USD 10.92 billion and imports at USD 3.92 billion during the same period. To sustain and improve industry performance, companies must develop robust capabilities for profitability, emphasizing the efficient management of financial resources such as cash, receivables, inventory, and payables. The study provides valuable insights for companies, highlighting the significance of OPM and ROE in evaluating working capital and influencing overall profitability.

Abstract

the influence of brand image and Green Perceived Risk on the purchase intention of Avoskin products among Muslim women in Jabodetabek. The population in this study consists of skincare users residing in Jabodetabek. The sampling technique used the Lemeshow formula, resulting in a sample size of 100 individuals. This study employs the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 29.0 for data analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that both Brand Image and Green Perceived Risk simultaneously influence purchase intention. However, only one variable significantly influences purchase intention, namely brand image, while the Green Perceived Risk variable is stated to have no significant effect on the purchase intention of Avoskin products.Keywords: Brand Image, Green Perceived Risk, Purchase IntentionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek dan  Green Perceived Risk terhadap minat beli produk Avoskin pada penduduk muslimah jabodetabek. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna skincare yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus lemeshow dari rumus tersebut diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Statistical Package For The Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 29.0  berdasarkan hasil analisis data ditemukan secara simultan Citra Merek Dan Green Perceived Risk berpengaruh terhadap minat beli. Sedangkan secara parsial hanya satu variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap minat beli yaitu citra merek, dan variabel Green Perceived Risk dinyatakan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli produk Avoskin. Kata Kunci: Citra Merek, Green Perceived Risk, Minat Beli

Abstract

Skincare is a variety of skin care products such as facial cleansers, moisturizers, serums, and masks, increasingly popular among Indonesian consumers due to the increasing awareness of the importance of good skin care. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Advertising on Brand Loyalty, Public Relations on Brand Loyalty, Direct Marketing on Brand Loyalty, Sales Promotion on Brand Loyalty on Skincare in Indonesia. The sampling procedure used in this study to collect relevant data is by using a questionnaire. A total of 170 samples were collected and the method in this study used the purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) and AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) methods. The results of this study indicate that there is no positive influence between Advertising on Brand Loyalty, there is a positive influence between Public Relations on Brand Loyalty, there is no positive influence between Direct Marketing on Brand Loyalty, there is a positive influence between Sales Promotion on Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

Background: This study examines Habib Husein Ja'far Al-Hadar's multicultural da'wah strategy, focusing on inclusivity and tolerance in Indonesia's plural society. His approach uses constructive dialogue, social media, and cultural adaptation to reach diverse audiences, promoting interfaith tolerance and social harmony. However, it faces criticism from traditionalists regarding potential distortions of Islamic values. Methods: This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to analyze Habib Jafar's multicultural da'wah strategy, focusing on his communication with diverse audiences. Data is collected through in-depth interviews, content analysis of his speeches and social media, and participatory observation of his preaching activities. Thematic analysis, grounded in intercultural communication and inclusive da'wah theories, is used to identify key patterns in his strategy and its impact on fostering tolerance and understanding in a pluralistic society. Findings: The results of the analysis reveal that Habib Husein's approach is not only relevant to the needs of modern society but is also able to integrate Islamic values in the context of pluralism. Multicultural da'wah strengthens the concept of rahmatan lil'alamin by fostering inclusive dialogue and promoting interfaith understanding. It bridges cultural and religious differences, creating unity and mutual respect.  Conclusion: Thus, this multicultural da'wah strategy can be an effective model to be applied in other multicultural societies, in order to create peace and strengthen social relations. Novelty/Originality of This Study: By integrating digital media analysis with case study methods, this research highlights how modern da'wah can effectively adapt to cultural diversity while maintaining Islamic values, offering fresh insights into the intersection of religious outreach, social media, and multicultural engagement.

Abstract

Constraints have been identified in the business strategy of PT. Prima Duta Nusantara, a manufacturing company that lacks a specific strategy for its operations. This has hindered optimal growth, particularly in a competitive manufacturing industry. The research aims to analyze and formulate development strategies for the company using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Results show that while PT. Prima Duta Nusantara has started using the BMC, it has not fully addressed all elements or created written mappings. Based on the current BMC, a new and improved version has been designed to guide future business development.
