Abstract

Strategi positioning merek merupakan faktor krusial dalam keberhasilan merek olahraga di pasar yang kompetitif seperti Indonesia, seiring dengan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan gaya hidup sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi strategi positioning yang diterapkan oleh beberapa sport brand di Indonesia, termasuk Nike, Adidas, Puma, Skechers, dan New Balance. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner terstruktur kepada 154 responden yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan sport brand di Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode pendekatan atribut (attribute-based approach) dengan analisis diskriminan untuk memahami perbedaan antar brand berdasarkan atribut-atribut tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut "Desain" dan "Variasi" adalah yang paling penting bagi konsumen. Nike unggul dalam "Variasi" dan "Ketersediaan" , Adidas menonjol dalam "Desain" dan "Kualitas" , Skechers unggul dalam "Harga" dan "Daya Tahan" , dan Puma unggul dalam "Kenyamanan". New Balance menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dalam "Kualitas" dan "Ketersediaan".

Abstract

This study investigates whether digital marketing moderates the influence of marketing mix strategies-product, price, place, and promotion—on cash waqf contributions in the context of the “Berkah Wakaf” platform managed by the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI). The research addresses the limited empirical understanding of how traditional marketing variables interact with digital tools in promoting Islamic philanthropic instruments such as waqf. Drawing on data from 225 respondents, including both current and prospective donors, the study applies a quantitative approach with structural equation modeling using Smart PLS. Results indicate that the marketing mix has no significant direct effect on cash waqf contributions. However, digital marketing shows a significant positive effect when applied independently. Its moderating effect, however, is statistically insignificant, suggesting that digital marketing does not strengthen the relationship between the marketing mix and waqf performance. These findings underscore the importance of digital trust and institutional credibility over conventional marketing efforts. The study contributes to the literature by highlighting the strategic role of digital engagement in enhancing cash waqf fundraising and offers practical insights for Islamic philanthropic institutions in adopting more targeted and technology-driven approaches.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pada CV. Jaudy Media dengan menggunakan Balance Scorecard.  Balance Scorecard adalah metode yang dapat digunakan dalam pengukuran kinerja, dapat dilihat dari empat sudut kinerja perusahaan dapat diketahui.  perspektif pelanggan, perspektif keuangan, perspektif bisnis internal dan proses oprasi, dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa interview, observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi pada pemilik , karyawan dan pelanggan CV. Jaudy Media. Untuk teknik analisis data yaitu dengan Multiattribute Attitude Model, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, dan Net Profit Margin. Berdasarkan hasil pada penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa kinerja CV. Jaudy Media apabila diukur dengan menggunakan Balance Scorecard : 1) Perspektif pelanggan yang diperoleh dari pelanggan dan dari pemilik adalah baik. 2) Perspektif keuangan CV. Jaudy Media adalah baik. Berdasarkan pada penjualan dan laba CV. Jaudy Media pada tahun 2023 meningkat dari pada tahun 2021 dan 2022. 3) Perspektif bisnis internal dan proses operasi yang diperoleh dari pemilik CV. Jaudy Media adalah baik. 4) Perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran yang diperoleh dari karyawan CV. Jaudy Media adalah baik. Maka secara keseluruhan CV. Jaudy Media adalah baik dilihat dari 4 perspektif balance scorecard.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the comparative effectiveness of continuous running and overhead extensions in improving cardiovascular endurance in long-distance runners at the JAS Athletic Club. Using a two-group pretest-posttest experimental design with a sample of 20 athletes, the study found that both exercises increased cardiovascular endurance (VO₂max). However, the effect of continuous running was significantly greater. These findings indicate that continuous running is superior for aerobic endurance, while overhead extensions are more suitable as a supplementary exercise for muscle strength.

Abstract

The implementation of the 2025 Curriculum brings significant changes to the educational paradigm, including in Physical Education (PE) subjects. This curriculum emphasizes the development of holistic competencies, which include cognitive, motor, and affective aspects. This study aims to compare the physical education management models between sports-based schools and regular schools in East Java Province in facing the demands of this new curriculum. This research uses a qualitative approach with a comparative case study method. The research subjects consisted of teachers, principals, and physical education coordinators from two selected Sports-based schools and two Regular schools. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. It was found that Sports-based schools have advantages in terms of time allocation, teacher qualifications, and facilities. However, Regular schools showed flexibility in integrating the curriculum with other subjects. Both types of schools faced different challenges in terms of evaluation and parental involvement. Sports-Based Schools were better prepared in terms of infrastructure and human resources, while Regular schools showed better adaptation in holistic pedagogical approaches.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the replanting model carried out by oil palm farmers and to determine the readiness of farmers in facing repalnting in Rimba Jaya Village, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The sample was determined by purposive sampling with a total sample of 30 farmers with the consideration that the farmers selected were currently reppanting oil palm. The results showed that the replanting model used by oil palm farmers was total replanting (TUT) of 70% and interplanting of 30%. Readiness of farmers in facing repalnting because they receive assistance from the government, have savings, have side jobs and own land other than what is replanting

Abstract

Reading corners are a way to bring books closer to students. The 6th Army Teaching Campus in collaboration with the students of SMKS Nusantara Banyuwangi created the Pojok Read program as a means to increase the reading interest of pupils. Research methods that use qualitative descriptive methods which use data collection methods such as observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the research showed that the Making of a Reading Claw at NUSANTARA BANYUWANGI SMKS contributed positively to the increased interest of students in reading. By providing a pleasant and comfortable space for reading so that it affects student learning achievements. With the presence of Reading Corner, it is possible to implement the School Literacy Movement that can develop student reading skills and absorb information from reading to improve student academic achievement in a variety of subjects.

Abstract

Currently, the development of design technology is increasing. Graphic design is a crucial skill in today's digital era. The rapid growth of definitive design technology greatly influences community activities, especially among vocational school students. Canva is a graphic design application that is popular and easy to use. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of Canva training in improving the graphic design skills of SMKS Nusantara Banyuwangi students and to increase student's knowledge and experience regarding the use of the Canva application for SMKS Nusantara Banyuwangi students. This training uses a workshop method with a participatory approach and individual communication. This Canva training is specifically for students, where in this training, students create a motivational slogan and a poetry poster. Canva training shows high enthusiasm from students. This can be seen from the number of students who want to immediately apply the training results by making posters. Apart from that, this Canva graphic design training produces sound output for participants..

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) meliputi aspek bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) 9P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence, Payment, dan Packaging) yang diterapkan oleh CV. Gehu Extra Pedas Chili Hot. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan segmentasi pasar (segmentation), menentukan target pasar (targeting), dan brand image konsumen (positioning) dan evaluasi menggunakan marketing mix CV. Gehu Extra Pedas Chili Hot. Dengan menggunakan analisis segmen, target dan posisi serta pendekatan 9P maka bisa diketahui kekurangan dalam pemasaran bisnis kuliner tahu sehingga perlu adanya evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis ini CV. Gehu Extra Pedas Chili Hot harus lebih mengencangkan strategi pengembangan produk, promosi online, pembaruan pembayaran, dan pengemasan yang menarik agar perusahaan dapat lebih berkembang lagi. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan mampu menjadi sebuah solusi bagi CV. Gehu Extra Pedas Chili Hot dan pembaruan dalam startegi pemasaran yang diharapkan mampu mempengaruhi konsumen untuk menentukan keputusan pembelian pada CV. Gehu Extra Pedas Chili Hot.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh latihan skipping, walking lunges, dan sprint 20 meter terhadap lompat jauh. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu eksperimental dengan rancangan One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design. Sebanyak 15 laki laki sehat berusia 14-17 berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Subjek dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok yaitu Kelompok (K1) dengan model latihan skiping, kelompok (K2) anak dengan model walking lunges, dan kelompok (K3) dengan model sprint 20 meter. Setiap kelompok melakukan tes awal dan tes akhir, latihan dilaksanakan 3x dalam seminggu selama 6 minggu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan software SPSS version 20.0 for windows yaitu paired t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan skipping, walking lunges, dan sprint 20 meter terhadap lompat jauh nilai p<0.05.
