Abstract

he community service program titled “Sehati (Sehat Tanpa PTM Periksa Kesehatan Lagi)” was implemented in response to the high prevalence of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) in Gatak Village, Ngawen District. The program aimed to raise awareness and enhance public understanding of the importance of a healthy lifestyle and early detection of NCDs such as hypertension, diabetes, uric acid, and high cholesterol. The methods employed included health education, physical activity through regular aerobic exercises, free health screenings, and blood donation events. Activities were carried out in a participatory and interactive manner, involving local residents at every stage, from outreach to mentoring. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in knowledge, attitudes, and health-related behaviors among the community. Around 50 individuals regularly participated in weekly exercise sessions, and the health screenings showed improvements in key indicators for many participants. The blood donation event, conducted in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), successfully collected 80 bags of blood and raised awareness about the social and health benefits of blood donation. Comprehensive evaluation revealed that this educational approach combined with direct intervention was effective in promoting healthy behavior changes and presented opportunities for sustainable local health policy development. The success of this program highlights the effectiveness of integrating education, screening, and community empowerment as a strategy to reduce NCD rates in rural areas.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship and influence of working mothers on the socio-emotional stimulation of early childhood through educational role-play. Employing a mixed-methods approach with both quantitative and qualitative types, the subjects were 100 working mothers with children aged 3–6 years, and the object of the study was children's socio-emotional development. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, then analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods and quantitative correlation tests. The results indicated a significant positive correlation between the involvement of working mothers in Type A educational role-play and the socio-emotional development of their young children. Another finding revealed that the quality of mother–child interaction had a greater impact than the quantity of time spent together. In conclusion, educational role-play serves as an effective medium for working mothers to stimulate socio-emotional aspects in early childhood

Abstract

Advances in digital technology have drastically changed the way teenagers communicate and build their identities. One of the popular social media platforms among students is TikTok, which can be used as a tool for education and self-improvement. Objective: This community service activity aims to improve junior high school students’ understanding of the concepts of personal branding, time management, and the positive use of social media. Method: The implementation of this activity is educational socialization conducted through interactive presentations and group discussions, accompanied by assessments using pre-tests and post-tests in essay format, the number of participants in this socialization activity was 183 9th grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya. Results: From the results of the delivery of materials and the provision of post-test questions, there was an increase in students’ understanding of the aspects discussed, students in grades 9A-9B experienced an increase of 20%, students in grades 9C-9D experienced an increase of 51%, while students in grades 9E-9F experienced an increase of 48%. From the results of the activity, there was an increase in students’ understanding and knowledge regarding personal branding, content, and time management. ABSTRAKKemajuan dalam teknologi digital telah secara drastis mengubah cara komunikasi dan cara anak remaja membangun identitas mereka. Salah satu platform media sosial yang terkenal di kalangan siswa adalah TikTok, yang bisa digunakan sebagai alat pendidikan dan peningkatan diri.  Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMP mengenai konsep personal branding, manajemen waktu, serta penggunaan media sosial secara positif.  Cara pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi pendidikan yang dilakukan melalui presentasi interaktif dan pembicaraan kelompok, disertai dengan penilaian menggunakan pre-test dan post-test dalam format esai, jumlah peserta dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini sebanyak 183 siswa kelas 9 SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya.  Dari hasil penyampaian materi dan pemberian soal post-test, terjadi peningkatan terkait pemahaman siswa terhadap aspek yang dibahas, siswa-siswi kelas 9A-9B mengalami peningkatan sebesar 20%, siswa -siswi kelas 9C-9D mengalami peningkatan sebesar 51%, sedangkan para siswa-siswi kelas 9E-9F mengalami peningkatan sebesar 48%.  Dari hasil kegiatan terjadi peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan para siswa terkait personal branding, konten, dan manajemen waktu.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to identify and analyze the challenges and opportunities in the business of selling young coconuts and siwalan fruit in Pekamban Village, Pragaan District. This business has great potential because young coconuts and siwalan fruit are commodities that are in demand by the public. However, traders often face various obstacles that hinder the growth of their business. The methodology used in this research is a case study method, with a qualitative approach. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with young coconut and siwalan fruit traders, direct observation in the field, and analysis of related documentation. This research explores various factors that influence sales, such as product quality, price, competition, distribution, and marketing strategies used by traders. The research results show that the main challenges faced by traders include fluctuations in raw material prices, limited capital, intense competition, and lack of knowledge of modern marketing techniques. On the other hand, there are opportunities that can be exploited, such as increasing consumer demand for natural and healthy products, support from local governments, as well as the potential for developing processed products based on young coconuts and siwalan fruit.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menerangkan terkait Psikologi Sastra serta Nilai Religius. Psikologi sastra yakni studi sastra yang mengkaji karya sastra dari perspektif kejiwaan untuk melihat dan mengenal manusia lebih dalam. Sementara itu, nilai religius adalah nilai kehidupan dimana nilai ini mencerminkan kehidupan seseorang yang berhubungan dengan tuhan. Penelitian ini memakai metode mengumpulkan data, ialah mengumpulkan data-data dari dalam novel Cahaya Cinta Pesantren karya Ira Madan dan mengumpulkan data-data dari sumber yang tertulis atau akurat. Pendekatan psikologi sastra dan nilai religious membuktikan bahwa seseorang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kejiwaan psikologi seseorang.

Abstract

Verbal sexual harassment is a form of non-physical sexual violence crime as regulated in Law No. 12 of 2022 concerning Sexual Violence Crimes. This action not only degrades the victim's dignity but can also cause prolonged psychological impacts. This research aims analyze the application of the restorative justice principle to the crime of verbal sexual harassment and examine the role of law enforcement officials in its implementation. This research uses a normative-juridical method with a statutory approach and a literature study of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The results of the research show that although the application of restorative justice is possible based on Police Regulation Number 8 of 2021, Attorney General's Regulation Number 15 of 2020, and Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2024, its implementation cannot be done without careful consideration. This is because the crime of verbal sexual harassment is associated with the victim's immaterial loss, which is difficult to recover merely through a peace agreement. Additionally, there is a risk of victimization if the victim is in a vulnerable position during the reconciliation process. Therefore, a litigation approach should still be prioritized when the victim explicitly desires law enforcement for the sake of certainty and the protection of their rights.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara agraris memiliki kekayaan sumber daya alam, khususnya di sektor pertanian. Salah satu komoditas potensial adalah singkong, tanaman yang mudah tumbuh dan kaya karbohidrat. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini berfokus di Desa Jadi, Kecamatan Semanding, Kabupaten Tuban, yang mayoritas penduduknya berprofesi sebagai petani lahan kering. Melalui pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), kegiatan ini bertujuan memetakan dan mengembangkan aset lokal, terutama potensi singkong. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap masyarakat serta perangkat desa. Hasil kegiatan berupa inovasi produk olahan singkong, yaitu Singkong Karamel dan Kerupuk Seblak Sandariyah (SeblaKriyah), yang tidak hanya menambah variasi pangan lokal, tetapi juga berpotensi menjadi sumber ekonomi alternatif. Pendekatan ABCD terbukti meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap aset yang dimiliki, mendorong kreativitas, serta memperkuat partisipasi sosial dalam pembangunan ekonomi desa secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan.
