Abstract

The use of daily journals as a time management tool among elementary school students has significant benefits in helping them identify priorities, set goals, and manage the balance between studying and playing. By recording daily activities, students can monitor the allocation of time spent on productive and non-productive tasks, allowing them to develop good habits from an early age. Research shows that daily journals not only improve learning efficiency but also help students become more organized, reduce stress levels, and enhance time management skills that will be useful in the future. For successful implementation, structured strategies are needed, including training for students, the design of engaging journals, and active involvement from teachers and parents in monitoring and providing guidance. While challenges such as students' inconsistency in filling out journals and time limitations exist, solutions like reward systems and simplifying activity logging can be applied. Regular evaluations, through weekly reflections and feedback from teachers, allow students to improve their time management and boost academic performance. Collaboration between teachers and parents plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of daily journals as a learning tool that supports better time management for students.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze how the Daily Activities program can contribute to building morality of elementary school students. The method used in this study is library research, which collects and analyzes various literature, articles, and academic sources related to the development of children's morality through daily activities at school. The results of the study show that a structured and planned Daily Activities program can be an effective means of instilling moral values, such as honesty, responsibility, and cooperation among students. In addition, activities that involve social interaction and experiential learning can increase students' moral awareness and form positive characters. This research is expected to contribute to the development of a more holistic and oriented educational curriculum that is oriented to the formation of student character, as well as a reference for educators in designing programs that support the development of morality in the school environment.

Abstract

The impact of morning bathing habits on the learning readiness of elementary school students using a literature review method. Data were collected from various reliable sources such as scientific journals, books, and relevant articles. The results showed that students who regularly bathe in the morning have higher learning readiness levels compared to those who do not. Morning bathing habits have been proven to enhance students’ concentration, enthusiasm, and motivation to learn. Therefore, morning bathing habits can be considered a strategy to improve elementary students’ readiness to learn.

Abstract

Mathematics is one of the main skills taught from elementary school to college, playing a role in developing critical and logical thinking patterns of students. However, many elementary school students have difficulty understanding mathematical concepts, especially spatial figures, due to the lack of supporting learning media. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of using Trimatra (three-dimensional) media in mathematics learning in elementary schools. Trimatra media, such as three-dimensional models of spatial figures, allows students to visualize and understand the characteristics and relationships between spatial figures in a concrete manner. The results of the literature study show that Trimatra media not only increases students' knowledge of mathematical concepts, but also motivates students to be actively involved in learning, increases critical thinking skills, and overall learning outcomes.

Abstract

Instilling religious moral values ​​in children at an early age is an important part of a child's self-development. This is done from an early age because it is considered the best time to build good habits. This study was conducted at RA Miftahul Falah Batealit Jepara, and a descriptive qualitative method was used, which included documentation, interviews, and observations. This study aims to determine how effective this technique is in building children's character. The results showed that children can memorize short verses and pray before studying. Where parents and teachers show a positive attitude, religious moral values ​​are applied. This study emphasizes the importance of getting support from parents and the environment in the process of learning religious and moral values, and finding factors that support memorizing short letters such as strong memory and easy to accept new information, media and memorization methods that are interesting and easy to practice by children. In addition to supporting factors, of course there are also inhibiting factors for memorizing short letters in the form of lack of motivation and interest in children, children who have difficulty focusing and concentrating. Therefore, it is hoped that memorizing short letters can form a good character and in accordance with religious teachings.   ABSTRAK Penanaman nilai-nilai moral agama pada anak-anak di usia dini merupakan bagian penting dari pengembangan diri anak. Ini dilakukan sejak usia dini karena dianggap sebagai waktu terbaik untuk membangun kebiasaan yang baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RA Miftahul Falah Batealit Jepara, dan metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan, yang mencakup dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif teknik ini dalam membangun karakter anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak dapat menghafal ayat-ayat pendek dan berdoa sebelum belajar. Di mana orang tua dan guru menunjukkan sikap yang positif, nilai-nilai moral agama diterapkan. Studi ini menekankan betapa pentingnya mendapatkan dukungan dari orang tua dan lingkungan dalam proses pembelajaran nilai-nilai agama dan moral, serta menemukan faktor yang mendukung penghafalan surat-surat pendek seperti daya ingat yang kuat dan mudah menerima informasi baru, media dan metode menghafal yang menarik dan mudah untuk dipraktikkan oleh anak-anak. Selain factor pendukung tentu juga ada factor penghambat menghafal surat pendek berupa kurangnya motivasi dan minat anak, anak yang sulit fokus dan konsentrasi. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan dengan menghafal surat-surat pendek dapat membentuk karakter yang baik dan sesuai dengan ajaran agama.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling have a very important role in supporting students' social emotional development, especially at the elementary school level. This service not only helps students understand themselves, but also develops social skills, increases self-confidence, and prepares them to face various challenges in educational and social environments. This research aims to analyze the impact of guidance and counseling on students' social emotional development using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. With a descriptive approach, this research examines various relevant and current literature to provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of guidance and counseling services in elementary schools. The research results show that the consistent application of guidance and counseling can improve students' emotional, social and character capacities, which ultimately supports them to achieve optimal development. In addition, the presence of guidance and counseling teachers in elementary schools has proven to be very important to ensure that these services are implemented optimally, both in individual and group development. This research emphasizes the importance of collaboration between educators, counselors and policy makers in optimizing the implementation of guidance and counseling services as a strategy for building a generation that is independent, self-confident and has character.

Abstract

Early childhood education includes all activities carried out by parents and educators in an effort to care for, nurture and educate by creating an environmental atmosphere and providing experiences for children to explore through observing, imitating and experimenting by involving all aspects of potential intelligence. The research approach applied is a qualitative method, by verifying data through triangulation techniques. The results of research conducted at RA Syariful Hikam show that the management of RA Syariful Hikam's early childhood education program implements management functions well including planning, implementation, supervision and coaching. At RA Syariful Hikam, education management is carried out in accordance with eight national standards for early childhood education. The effectiveness of the education management implemented by this institution has encouraged the foundation to introduce a full day school program,   a wise solution for parts who work to leave their children at school.

Abstract

This study aims to provide information and insight into the importance of filtering adult content in the social-emotional development of elementary school children. In today's digital era, technological advances make it easy to access information through various devices such as gadgets. This shows both positive and negative impacts on education, especially if there is no filtering, so children are free to search for information such as adult content that can affect their social emotional development. This study uses a qualitative approach to explain the importance of adult content filtering in the social-emotional development of elementary school children. Data is collected through a literature review that provides a framework or concept to analyze the topic or problem under study. This research includes independent variables and dependent variables. By using a qualitative approach, this research is expected to provide comprehensive facts about the importance of adult content filtering in the social-emotional development of elementary school children. The benefits of this research can provide additional insight for readers regarding the importance of adult content filtering in the social emotional development of elementary school children.

Abstract

 This research focuses on analysing the use of ICT-based Javanese alphabet learning media that have been developed and implemented. The method used in this research is literature study. Data sources in this study were obtained from scientific journals relevant to the research topic with a time span of 2019-2024. The data collection technique is through a systematic literature search using relevant keywords, then continued with content analysis of the sources that have been obtained. The data obtained will be analysed descriptively and comparatively. The use of ICT-based Javanese media is mostly used in the form of mobile with a proportion of 80.0%. In contrast, the least used media types were interactive presentations and videos, at 5.0% each. The features used included interactivity at 65.0%, collaboration at 10.0% and multimedia at 25.0%. Overall, this trend reflects the increasing adaptation of mobile technology in education, especially in teaching Javanese Script. This can be a reference for learning media developers to continue to explore and utilise the potential of mobile technology in supporting the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi saat ini sangat penting untuk menyesuaikan metode pembelajaran agar tetap sesuai dengan kebutuhan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan strategi pengembangan kognitif siswa sekolah dasar di era digital, dengan fokus pada bagaimana teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan, dimana seluruh data diambil melalui buku dan jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa meskipun era digital memberikan dampak positif, seperti kemudahan akses informasi, terdapat pula risiko menurunnya konsentrasi karena gangguan dari media sosial dan game online. Rekomendasi strategi meliputi penerapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan diskusi kelompok, serta kerja sama antara guru dan orang tua untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan kognitif siswa sekolah dasar di era digital memerlukan pendekatan inovatif yang memanfaatkan teknologi secara efektif, sambil mengatasi tantangan yang ada.
