Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of green marketing, social media marketing and brand image on purchasing decisions of automatic Honda motorcycles at PT Astra Motor Cilegon branch and examine the effect of green marketing, social media marketing and brand image simultaneously on purchasing decisions of automatic Honda motorcycles in PT Astra Motor Cilegon branch.The method used in this study was a quantitative method, the sample used was 73 respondents, the number of samples was determined using purposive sampling, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. Based on the partial test (t-test) the results of this study state that the green marketing variable influences the decision to purchase an automatic Honda motorbike at PT Astra Motor Cilegon branch. Likewise for the social media marketing variable that influences the decision to purchase an automatic Honda motorbike at PT Astra Motor Cilegon branch. The brand image variable also influences the decision to buy an automatic Honda motorbike at PT Astra Motor Cilegon branch. Simultaneously the variables Green marketing, social media marketing and brand image influence the decision to purchase an automatic Honda motorbike at PT Astra Motor Cilegon branch

Abstract

Masyarakat sekitar wisata Pantai Gope selama ini adalah belum memahami potensi ekonomis yang terkandung dalam berbagai jenis dan bentuk limbah cangkang kerang, sehingga limbah ini hanya dianggap sebagai bahan pembuangan. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya keterampilan dasar di kalangan penduduk Kelurahan Banten dalam mengubah limbah cangkang kerang menjadi produk seni kerajinan yang unik dan bernilai ekonomi. Penggunaan cangkang kerang tidak hanya meningkatkan nilai ekonomi produk, tetapi juga berperan dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan mereka dalam mengolah potensi limbah cangkang kerang menjadi karya seni kerajinan kreatif yang bisa menjadi cinderamata wisata. Mitra kegiatan berasal dari kelompok istri nelayan di wilayah Karangantu, Kelurahan Banten. Metode pelaksanaannya meliputi penyuluhan, demonstrasi, pelatihan dan pembinaan dalam pengembangan limbah kerang sebagai peluang usaha. Kegiatan pelatihan ini berhasil dilaksanakan karena peserta menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dalam belajar seni kerajinan dari kerang. Hasilnya, berbagai macam produk dan model yang dihasilkan sangat beragam, termasuk kotak tisu, lonceng angin, tirai pintu/jendela, gantungan kunci, bohlam kamar, lampion, pot bunga, asbak, bros, gelang, gantungan tas, dan tali masker. Hasil dari kegiatan ini melibatkan: 1) keterampilan dalam memilah dan mengolah bahan baku cangkang kerang, termasuk teknik pembersihan, pemotongan, dan pemboran; 2) kemampuan dalam merancang bentuk dan desain, serta menghasilkan berbagai aksesori dari limbah cangkang; dan 3) respons positif dari kelompok ibu nelayan yang dengan antusias berkreasi menggunakan bahan yang tersedia. Kesimpulan dari upaya pemberdayaan ini adalah terbentuknya kelompok kerajinan yang terdiri dari istri-istri nelayan di Kelurahan Banten dalam rangka keberlangsungan kegiatan pelatihan.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan mendesak di Desa Tanjung Manis, Indonesia, yang disebabkan oleh kekurangan gizi kronis dan praktik hidup yang kurang sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi stunting melalui penyuluhan kesehatan keluarga yang mencakup pola hidup sehat secara holistik. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan masyarakat dalam identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, dan implementasi solusi. Penyuluhan mencakup edukasi gizi, pelatihan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS), dan pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan praktik pencegahan stunting, dengan prevalensi stunting menurun dari 32,5% menjadi 24,8%. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan holistik dan partisipatif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan mengubah perilaku masyarakat, meskipun diperlukan intervensi jangka panjang untuk mencapai target nasional penurunan stunting. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada strategi pencegahan stunting dengan melibatkan komunitas secara aktif dan memperkuat kapasitas lokal

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of local culture and the comfort of facilities in enhancing tourist loyalty at marine tourism destinations in Banten, focusing on Pantai Anyer, Pantai Tanjung Lesung, and Pantai Bagedur. Tourist loyalty, which is increasingly important in tourism competition, is influenced by various factors, including emotional attachment derived from local culture and comfort while enjoying the destination. Using a qualitative approach and phenomenological design, this research explores the perceptions and experiences of tourists through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and analysis of documentation from related tourism sources. The findings indicate that local culture, including traditional art performances, local cuisine, and interactions with cultural values, creates a unique and authentic experience that strengthens tourists' attachment to the destination. This emotional attachment significantly increases tourists' desire to return and recommend the destination to others. Furthermore, the comfort of facilities, such as the availability of clean restrooms, adequate parking, and accessibility, serves as an essential supporting factor. Tourists who feel comfortable with the provided facilities are more likely to have positive and memorable experiences. In conclusion, the synergy between local culture and facility comfort can create meaningful and comprehensive tourism experiences, ultimately reinforcing tourist loyalty. Recommendations from this study suggest that managers of marine tourism destinations in Banten continue to promote local culture and improve the quality of facilities to create more appealing experiences and sustainably encourage tourist loyalty

Abstract

Rapid technological developments have a significant impact on human life, including among Islamic boarding school students. One of the most influential technologies is the smartphone. Although useful in terms of access to information and communication, excessive use can reduce worship motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of smartphone use on the worship motivation of Islamic boarding school students at the Nasyrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. The method used is qualitative with interview techniques with 25 students from various class levels who were selected randomly. The results show that most students have and use smartphones when they are outside the boarding school. As many as 96% of respondents realized that excessive use has an impact on reducing the spirit of worship, such as praying in congregation and waking up early. In addition, 84% admitted to experiencing physical and psychological impacts due to uncontrolled use. These findings show the importance of using smartphones wisely so as not to interfere with the routine of worship and religious activities of students.

Abstract

The fashion retail industry is one of the sectors experiencing rapid growth in line with the increasing public awareness of trends and lifestyle. In facing increasingly intense competition, companies need to understand the factors that influence consumer purchase decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality, and price on consumer purchase decisions at Colorbox Cilegon Center Mall. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 74 respondents determined using Tabachnick and Fidell’s formula, focusing on female consumers who have made purchases at Colorbox Cilegon Center Mall. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS Version 26. The results indicate that product quality, service quality, and price simultaneously and significantly influence purchase decisions. This is evidenced by a coefficient of determination (R²) of 85.1%, indicating that the three independent variables collectively affect purchase decisions by 85.1%. The simultaneous test shows an F-value of 133.751 (> F-table 2.736) with a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05), indicating a significant influence of these variables on purchase decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of improving product quality, service, and competitive pricing strategies to encourage consumer purchase decisions in the fashion retail industry

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) plays an important role in forming the foundation of holistic child development. This article discusses how the role of educators as leaders in the PAUD community and the HIMPAUDI organization can be key to improving the quality of PAUD services. Through effective leadership, educators not only carry out learning functions, but also drive innovation, strengthen collaboration between educators, and build productive partnerships with parents and the community. HIMPAUDI as a professional organization plays a strategic role in supporting the development of educator leadership capacity through training, coaching, and advocacy. This article describes the importance of strengthening the role of educator leadership and developing organizational networks in realizing quality, inclusive, and sustainable PAUD, especially in the Tangerang Regency area. The findings show that trained educator leadership and strong organizations contribute significantly to improving the quality of PAUD and optimal early childhood development.

Abstract

Financial performance is a description of activities to achieve business goals in a certain period. Performance measurement is a measurement activity carried out on various activities in the company. During the Covid-19 pandemic that attacked Indonesia, many companies experienced substantial losses and affected the company's financial performance. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the development of the financial performance of PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk using the Economic Value Added (EVA) and Return on Asset (ROA) methods. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely data collected indirectly, which was obtained through the financial report data of PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2021.The results of this study after calculations show that the value of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Return On Assets (ROA) fluctuates in each period of the year, especially in 2020 so that it affects the financial performance of PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk.Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the Economic Value Added (EVA) and Return On Asset (ROA) methods show less effective performance so that there is a decrease in managing assets to generate company profits

Abstract

The orientation of the marketing world has changed from profit orientation to satisfaction orientation. Many companies implement strategies to improve service quality, increase customer satisfaction, and win the competition to increase profits. The researcher tries to prove that there is a positive and significant influence on the quality of service and that it can increase customer satisfaction and increase profits. This research was conducted at PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Branch Serang Banten, from the total population of 200 active customers taken samples from Slovin formula as many as 67 respondents. This researcher uses associative research methods with a quantitative correlational approach. Associative research is a research method. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that has been carried out, the t-test variable Service Quality (X1) 1.040 <1.997 and significance level of 0.302> 0.005, it turns out that service quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. From the results of the variable t-test Price (X2) 5,284> 1,996 and the significance level of 0,000 <0.05, it turns out the price has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, the results of the F test results obtained 23,103> 3.14 and the significance level of 0,000 <0.05 turned out to be Service Quality, and Simultaneous prices have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. From the results obtained, the value of R 0.648 while Adjusted R Square has amounted to 0.419 so that it can be concluded that the contribution of service quality and price to the dependent variable customer satisfaction simultaneously is 41.90%

Abstract

Indonesia, as one of the world’s leading tuna producers, holds significant potential for developing value-added fish-based products. However, coastal SMEs face challenges related to raw material availability, product quality, and marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the innovation of tuna floss product development as a strategy to enhance the added value of local food SMEs, particularly in Tanjungjaya Village. The main research question addresses how product quality, economic feasibility, and development strategies of tuna floss can strengthen SME competitiveness. A qualitative descriptive method was applied through observation, interviews, documentation, and supported by sensory evaluation, economic analysis, and SWOT mapping. The findings reveal that tuna floss achieved high consumer acceptance (sensory scores >7), favorable nutritional quality (protein 38.5%; moisture 4.2%), and a shelf life of up to six months. SWOT analysis highlights the dominance of strengths and opportunities, while economic analysis indicates the need for cost efficiency or price adjustments. In conclusion, tuna floss development has the potential to increase added value, expand market reach, and reinforce the resilience of coastal SMEs. Future research is recommended to explore flavor innovation, advanced packaging technology, and digital marketing strategies to extend shelf life and broaden market penetration.
