Abstract

Enrekang Regency is one of the famous Arabica coffee-producing areas because it has a topography and climate that are suitable for the growth of coffee plants. Despite having suitable land for coffee cultivation, most coffee farmers still face several problems both internally and externally. Therefore, research is needed to determine the strategy for developing Arabica coffee farming businesses in Enrekang Regency by examining the analysis of internal and external factors. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Respondents in this study were coffee farmers and traders, determined intentionally. Data collection used in the study included observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the strategy applied to coffee farming is in quadrant one, namely Aggressive (growth-oriented strategy), or is in a dynamic growth position, or is in a strength-opportunity strategy position (using strengths to take advantage of opportunities in decision making). This shows that there is an opportunity to develop Arabica coffee farming, in addition to having greater strengths compared to its weaknesses, it also has greater opportunities compared to its threats.

Abstract

The tourism sector plays a crucial role in driving Indonesia's economy. Pinrang Regency, with its diverse natural tourist attractions, holds significant potential for tourism development. This study aims to design and develop the Marvelous Pinrang platform to enhance the tourism sector in Pinrang Regency. The platform is designed using the WordPress CMS, featuring destination information, interactive maps, media galleries, and user comments. The platform's usability was evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results indicate a high usability score, suggesting that the platform can effectively support tourism activities in Pinrang Regency. The development of this platform is expected to increase public awareness of the tourism potential in Pinrang Regency and attract more visitors to the region. By leveraging digital technology, the Marvelous Pinrang platform provides an accessible and user-friendly solution for promoting local destinations. Furthermore, the platform serves as a tool for fostering collaboration between local governments, businesses, and communities to strengthen the tourism ecosystem in Pinrang Regency.

Abstract

In today's Times full of opportunities and obstacles, entrepreneurial motivation is an important component of successful entrepreneurial development. This study aims to analyze how the role of entrepreneurial creativity serves as a moderator variable against entrepreneurial motivation among millennials in Makassar (Tamalanrea district) by analyzing the role of growth mindset, self-efficacy, and social support. The research methodology used is descriptive research combined with quantitative research methods. A total of 317 millennials in the city of Makassar became a sample of the study. Analysis of the data using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results obtained are growth mindset, self-efficacy, and social support have a direct and significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation. Entrepreneurial creativity has a significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation. Growth mindset, self-efficacy, and social support significantly influence entrepreneurial creativity. Entrepreneurial creativity was able to mediate the relationship of growth mindset to entrepreneurial motivation, and mediate the relationship of self-efficacy and social support to entrepreneurial motivation.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pemberdayaan perempuan khususnya ibu rumah tangga yang dapat menambah penghasilan ekonomi keluarga adalah dengan merajut. Temuan yang diperoleh bahwa kebanyakan ibu rumah tangga menganggur dan banyak waktu luang yang tidak dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan produktif, karena minimnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam membuat rajutan tangan.Tujuan: Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberdayakan  mitra dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan membuat rajutan tangan dan produksinya dapat dipasarkan melalui e-commerce, sehingga dapat menambah pendapatan keluarga.Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) dengan pemberian materi melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktek secara langsung, dan pendampingan.Hasil: Pelatihan merajut berjalan dengan baik dan lancar dengan jumlah peserta yang hadir sebanyak 32 orang. Pelatihan merajut dibagi tiga tahap diawali dengan sosialisasi pengenalan bahan dan alat yang digunakan, praktek merajut dengan membuat tas handphone, dompet dan peci. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sosialisasi pemsaran produk secara digital dengan menggunakan e-commerce. Akhir kegiatan dilakukan evaluasi, hasilnya terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam merajut walaupun belum signifikan. Begitu juga dengan pelatihan pemasaran produk dengan menggunakan e-commerce. Oleh karena itu tim pelaksana masih memberikan pendampingan kepada peserta yang membutuhkan. Kegiatan ini dapat menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam merajut serta memasarkan secara online, sehingga dapat menambah penghasilan bagi ibu rumah tangga.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pengembangan agroindustri berbasis kelapa sangat penting dilakukan, tujuannya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan usaha rumah tangga dalam mengolah kelapa menjadi minyak kelapa mandar. Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pendapatan yang diperoleh usaha rumah tangga pengolah minyak kelapa mandar serta strategi pemasaran yang dilakukannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian campuran (Mixed Method). Metode penelitian campuran menggabungkan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan tujuan memahami suatu fenomena secara menyeluruh.  Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis pendapatan dan kelayakan usaha dan teknik analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui potensi usaha minyak goreng khas Mandar di Lingkungan Tanete, Kelurahan Lembang Kecamatan Banggae Timur Kabupaten Majene.  Tahap input terdiri dari penyusunan matriks IFAS dan matriks EFAS, dan tahap penyusunan matriks SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha rumah tangga minyak kelapa mandar menguntungkan dan layak untuk diusahakan karena imbangan antara penerimaan dan biaya lebih besar dari satu. Upaya yang akan dilakukan untuk mencapai strategi tersebut adalah dengan (a) Minyak kelapa mandar adalah produk khas daerah mandar, oleh karena itu dalam pengembangannya pemerintah daerah memberikan perhatian dan dukungan, (b) Aroma yang khas dan cita rasa yang unik dari minyak kelapa mandar tidak dimiliki oleh minyak kelapa sejenisnya sehingga minyak kelapa mandar mempunyai daya saing yang tinggi, (c)  Produk minyak kelapa mandar berkualitas  karena daya simpannya tahan lama serta mempunyai banyak manfaat baik digunakan untuk makanan maupun untuk kesehatan, (d)  Minyak kelapa mandar sudah terkenal pada masyarakat lokal, namun pemasarannya masih terbatas sehingga diperlukan promosi dalam penjualannnya dengan menggunakan platform digital Kata Kunci: Minyak Kelapa Mandar, Pendapatan, Strategi Pemasaran, Usaha Rumah Tangga

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business development strategy of the Muhajir furniture industry in Rumaju Village, Bajo District, Luwu Regency. Established in 2016, this company faces tight competition and limited innovation and marketing. Informants in this study include the owner of the Muhajir furniture industry, production employees, and customers. This study uses a qualitative research method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews using questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is SWOT with the Competitive Positioning Analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that strengths such as having various adequate production machines so that they can produce quality products and can facilitate production, but some weaknesses include dependence on wood suppliers as raw materials and lack of online infrastructure. The opportunities for this furniture business include market expansion, which can open up opportunities to reach more consumers, thus increasing furniture sales. Threats include competition with other furniture industries serving the same segment in the Luwu and Palopo regions, as well as machine breakdowns that could hamper production. Through SWOT analysis, development strategies such as digital marketing, product diversification, and risk management are formulated to increase competitiveness and sustainable growth.
