Abstract

Hasil identifikasi oleh tim pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember menunjukkan bahwa guru sekolah dasar muhmmadiyah 1 Jember memiliki beberapa masalah. Masalah tersebut diantaranya, pertama, para guru belum memahami cara kerja dari rasch model, kedua para guru belum memiliki keterampilan untuk mengeporasikan rasch model dengan aplikasi winstep. Oleh karena itu Tim Pengabdian akan melakukan, pertama, bimbingan dan penyuluhan mengenai rasch model, kedua, memberikan simulasi mengenai rasch model memanfaatkan aplikasi winstep. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah pertama meningkatkan pengetahuan guru mengenai cara kerja rasch model. Tujuan kedua adalah agar guru memiliki keterampilan menganalisa rasch model memanfaatkan aplikasi winstep. Metode pelaksanan kegiatan ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yakni koordinasi, bimbingan dan penyuluhan serta simulasi. Menentukan keberhasilan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara melakukan evaluasi keberhasilan program dengan cara memberikan pretest dan posttest. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini bernilai positif karena telah mampu meningkatkan kemampuan Guru Sekolah Muhammadiyah 1 (Mudisa) Jember.  Setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan kemampuan Guru Sekolah Muhammadiyah 1 (Mudisa) Jember sebesar 81,67 poin. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa kemampuan Guru Sekolah Muhammadiyah 1 (Mudisa) Jember berada pada kategori sangat baik setelah dilakukan pengabdian. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah mampu meningkatkan kemampuan Guru Sekolah Muhammadiyah 1 (Mudisa) Jember sebesar 51,67 poin. Hal ini mengidikasikan bahwa kemampuan Guru Sekolah Muhammadiyah 1 (Mudisa) Jember telah meningkat secara signikan. Pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh tim pelaksana dari Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember ini telah berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilah guru menerapkan rasch model.

Abstract

Dalam perusahaan terdapat 4 (empat bidang) yang selalu mendapat perhatian dan saling membutuhkan. Bidang atau bagian itu antara lain bidang manajemen keuangan, manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen pemasaran dan manajemen produksi atau operasional. Peran masing-masing bidang sangatlah berarti bagi keberlangsungan usaha. Oleh karena itu tidak bisa saling mengklaim bahwa bidang tertentu yang membawa suksesnya usaha. Salah satu yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian dalam menjalankan usaha apalagi UMKM yaitu bidang produksi. Bidang produksi dalam skala UMKM menangani seluruh proses mulai dari bahan baku, produksi, pengemasan, produk jadi, termasuk pengendalian kualitas, tenaga kerja, alat, dan biaya. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk melakukan sosialisasi terkait dengan manajemen produksi pada peserta Sekolah Wirausaha Aisyiyah dibawah naungan Majelis Ekonomi dan Ketenagakerjaan Pimpinan Daerah Aisyiyah Kabupaten Jember. Para peserta dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah seluruh peserta yang tergabung dalamSekolah Wirausaha Aisyiyah Periode Kedua tahun 2025 yang berjumlah kurang lebih 20 orang. Semua peserta adalah kaum perempuan dimana beberapa perserta sudah ada yang memiliki usaha walau masih skala mikro. Metode pelaksanaan adalah dengan metode ceramah yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab oleh peserta. Durasi waktu untuk kegiatan ini adalah kisaran 90 menit. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kafe Rindang Jalan Kalimantan Jember. Hasil dari pegabdian ini adalah bahwa para peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan terkait dengan manajemen produksi sehingga mempunyai kemandirian dan kepercayaan diri dalam menjalankan usaha. . Berdasarkan pengamatan dari para pelaksana, para peserta sangat antusias sekali dalam memberikan umpan balik berupa pertanyaan kepada pemateri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of PDDIKTI system acceptance, social influence, and technology quality on the performance expectations of academic operators at the Jember State Polytechnic. This research is a type of comparative causal research. The data used in this study are primary data. The population in this study is the operator of the Jember State Polytechnic PDDikti management of 100. The sample was determined to be 100 respondents. The analysis model used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of WarpPLS software. The results of the study show that the acceptance of the PDDikti system, social influence, and technology have a positive and significant effect on the performance expectations of academic operators. The study offers practical value for higher education institutions looking to improve system performance expectations through training and social support. However, a clearer articulation of how these recommendations translate into measurable policies would increase social relevance.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk  mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh  UMKM diantaranya adalah, yaitu: (1) Kebututah modal meningkat  namun kemampuan mitra dalam melaksanakan pencatatan keuangannya masih rendah (2) Mitra belum menggunakan data keuangan dalam mengendalikan operasioanal usahanya, akibatnya beberapa kebijakan yang diambil berdampak pada menurunnya kinerja usaha. Target dari pengabdian ini mitra mampu menyusun laporan keuangan berbasis android dan memanfaatkan laporan keuangan. Selanjutnya informasi keuangan yang dihasilkan oleh dapat membantu mitra memenuhi syarat dalam pengajuan  pembiayaan kredit usaha kecil. Selanjutnya laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan membantu mitra  dalam menjalankan usahanya, terutama dalam proses pengambilan keputusan yang strategis. Kata Kunci: Laporan Keuangan, UMKM, SI APIK

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low anecdotal text writing skills of grade X students of SMAN 3 Padang, which is reflected in students' difficulties in constructing systematic text structures and integrating elements of social criticism into intelligent humor. Most students are still fixated on writing ordinary humorous stories without sharp satire, and are hampered by the use of conventional learning models that do not stimulate multimodal creativity. To overcome these problems, this study applies the Multiliteracy Integrative Learning (MULGRANING) model with social issues. This model was chosen because of its ability to integrate various literacy modes, both visual, digital, and textual, with the context of social reality close to students' lives. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental method using a Control-Only Group Posttest Design. The study population includes all grade X students of SMAN 3 Padang in the 2024/2025 academic year. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, thus designating Phase E 9 as the experimental class, receiving the MULGRANING model, and Phase E 7 as the control class, using the conventional model. Research data were collected through an anecdotal text writing performance test, which was then assessed using an assessment rubric covering aspects of content, structure (abstract, orientation, crisis, reaction, coda), linguistic aspects, and humor/criticism. In conclusion, the Multiliteracy Integrative Learning model, which addresses social issues, is effective in improving students' creative writing competencies. This research has implications for the importance of pedagogical innovation that connects teaching materials with social phenomena in the digital era to create meaningful and contextual language learning.

Abstract

This study tested the effectiveness of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in teaching writing fiction review texts. This study took place in the even semester of the 2025/2026 academic year using a quasi-experimental pre-test post-test single group design in class XI SMKN 3 Padang. The population of this study were students of class XI TKJ 2 who participated in learning activities to write fiction reviews before using the PjBL model and who participated in learning to write fiction reviews after using the PjBL model and submitted fiction review writing tests in each learning activity. They numbered 34 students. The sample was determined to be 32 students based on a statistical formula developed by Slavin. Data on writing fiction reviews were collected using a test for work on one of two short story texts provided. The test was compiled using a systematic and objective procedure using eleven indicators. The answer sheet was scored using a scoring rubric involving eleven indicators containing 80 maximum scores and 0 minimum scores. A checklist was used to internally validate the scoring results and the results of the data analysis. The research data were analyzed using parametric inferential statistical procedures, namely a one-sample t-test for each test result and a paired sample t-test to determine the effectiveness of the PjBL model in learning to write reviews of fictional works. The results of the study: 1) the results of learning to write fictional work review texts before using the PjBL model were in the low category; 2) the results of learning to write fictional work review texts after using the PjBL model were in the high category; 3) the PjBL model was effective for use in learning to write fictional work reviews in class XI of SMKN 3 Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model assisted by audiovisual media in teaching students to write fictional review texts in Grade VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Sutera. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. The research data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Observations were conducted to examine the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes of learning activities. Interviews were carried out with an Indonesian language teacher and five students of class VIII.4 who participated in the learning process. Documentation consisted of an analysis of the teaching modules and learning tools used by the teacher. The results indicate that the learning planning was systematically prepared in accordance with the Merdeka Curriculum, including the development of teaching modules, selection of audiovisual media, design of project-based learning activities, and determination of assessment techniques. The implementation of learning using the PjBL model assisted by audiovisual media was conducted in four meetings and followed the prescribed learning syntax. Students were actively involved in observing audiovisual media, participating in group discussions, developing review text projects, and presenting their work. The evaluation of learning was carried out comprehensively through pretests, process and project assessments, presentations, reflections, and posttests. The evaluation results show an improvement in students’ ability to write review texts, as indicated by the higher average posttest score compared to the pretest score. Therefore, the application of the Project Based Learning model assisted by audiovisual media has a positive impact on students’ learning outcomes in writing fictional review texts.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain how eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Akabiluru, Limapuluh Kota Regency, are studying Indonesian while receiving character education. The planning, execution, assessment, and enabling and impeding elements of character education integration are the four main areas of attention for the study. The qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study. Documentation, interviews, and observations were used to gather data. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing were all done in accordance with Miles and Huberman's interactive model. The results show that throughout the planning phase, character values ​​were methodically included into the lesson plans. During the implementation phase, classroom activities were used to apply the six Pancasila Student Profile aspects. Evaluation was carried out to continuously improve character development in addition to evaluating academic performance. While time constraints, student motivation, and environmental issues are hindering factors, school facilities and principal assistance are supporting elements. The study comes to the conclusion that while character education has been successfully included into Indonesian language instruction, ongoing enhancement is required to maximize its benefits.
