Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk  mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh  UMKM diantaranya adalah, yaitu: (1) Kebututah modal meningkat  namun kemampuan mitra dalam melaksanakan pencatatan keuangannya masih rendah (2) Mitra belum menggunakan data keuangan dalam mengendalikan operasioanal usahanya, akibatnya beberapa kebijakan yang diambil berdampak pada menurunnya kinerja usaha. Target dari pengabdian ini mitra mampu menyusun laporan keuangan berbasis android dan memanfaatkan laporan keuangan. Selanjutnya informasi keuangan yang dihasilkan oleh dapat membantu mitra memenuhi syarat dalam pengajuan  pembiayaan kredit usaha kecil. Selanjutnya laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan membantu mitra  dalam menjalankan usahanya, terutama dalam proses pengambilan keputusan yang strategis. Kata Kunci: Laporan Keuangan, UMKM, SI APIK

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of PDDIKTI system acceptance, social influence, and technology quality on the performance expectations of academic operators at the Jember State Polytechnic. This research is a type of comparative causal research. The data used in this study are primary data. The population in this study is the operator of the Jember State Polytechnic PDDikti management of 100. The sample was determined to be 100 respondents. The analysis model used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of WarpPLS software. The results of the study show that the acceptance of the PDDikti system, social influence, and technology have a positive and significant effect on the performance expectations of academic operators. The study offers practical value for higher education institutions looking to improve system performance expectations through training and social support. However, a clearer articulation of how these recommendations translate into measurable policies would increase social relevance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low anecdotal text writing skills of grade X students of SMAN 3 Padang, which is reflected in students' difficulties in constructing systematic text structures and integrating elements of social criticism into intelligent humor. Most students are still fixated on writing ordinary humorous stories without sharp satire, and are hampered by the use of conventional learning models that do not stimulate multimodal creativity. To overcome these problems, this study applies the Multiliteracy Integrative Learning (MULGRANING) model with social issues. This model was chosen because of its ability to integrate various literacy modes, both visual, digital, and textual, with the context of social reality close to students' lives. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental method using a Control-Only Group Posttest Design. The study population includes all grade X students of SMAN 3 Padang in the 2024/2025 academic year. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, thus designating Phase E 9 as the experimental class, receiving the MULGRANING model, and Phase E 7 as the control class, using the conventional model. Research data were collected through an anecdotal text writing performance test, which was then assessed using an assessment rubric covering aspects of content, structure (abstract, orientation, crisis, reaction, coda), linguistic aspects, and humor/criticism. In conclusion, the Multiliteracy Integrative Learning model, which addresses social issues, is effective in improving students' creative writing competencies. This research has implications for the importance of pedagogical innovation that connects teaching materials with social phenomena in the digital era to create meaningful and contextual language learning.

Abstract

This study tested the effectiveness of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in teaching writing fiction review texts. This study took place in the even semester of the 2025/2026 academic year using a quasi-experimental pre-test post-test single group design in class XI SMKN 3 Padang. The population of this study were students of class XI TKJ 2 who participated in learning activities to write fiction reviews before using the PjBL model and who participated in learning to write fiction reviews after using the PjBL model and submitted fiction review writing tests in each learning activity. They numbered 34 students. The sample was determined to be 32 students based on a statistical formula developed by Slavin. Data on writing fiction reviews were collected using a test for work on one of two short story texts provided. The test was compiled using a systematic and objective procedure using eleven indicators. The answer sheet was scored using a scoring rubric involving eleven indicators containing 80 maximum scores and 0 minimum scores. A checklist was used to internally validate the scoring results and the results of the data analysis. The research data were analyzed using parametric inferential statistical procedures, namely a one-sample t-test for each test result and a paired sample t-test to determine the effectiveness of the PjBL model in learning to write reviews of fictional works. The results of the study: 1) the results of learning to write fictional work review texts before using the PjBL model were in the low category; 2) the results of learning to write fictional work review texts after using the PjBL model were in the high category; 3) the PjBL model was effective for use in learning to write fictional work reviews in class XI of SMKN 3 Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model assisted by audiovisual media in teaching students to write fictional review texts in Grade VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Sutera. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. The research data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Observations were conducted to examine the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes of learning activities. Interviews were carried out with an Indonesian language teacher and five students of class VIII.4 who participated in the learning process. Documentation consisted of an analysis of the teaching modules and learning tools used by the teacher. The results indicate that the learning planning was systematically prepared in accordance with the Merdeka Curriculum, including the development of teaching modules, selection of audiovisual media, design of project-based learning activities, and determination of assessment techniques. The implementation of learning using the PjBL model assisted by audiovisual media was conducted in four meetings and followed the prescribed learning syntax. Students were actively involved in observing audiovisual media, participating in group discussions, developing review text projects, and presenting their work. The evaluation of learning was carried out comprehensively through pretests, process and project assessments, presentations, reflections, and posttests. The evaluation results show an improvement in students’ ability to write review texts, as indicated by the higher average posttest score compared to the pretest score. Therefore, the application of the Project Based Learning model assisted by audiovisual media has a positive impact on students’ learning outcomes in writing fictional review texts.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain how eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Akabiluru, Limapuluh Kota Regency, are studying Indonesian while receiving character education. The planning, execution, assessment, and enabling and impeding elements of character education integration are the four main areas of attention for the study. The qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study. Documentation, interviews, and observations were used to gather data. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing were all done in accordance with Miles and Huberman's interactive model. The results show that throughout the planning phase, character values ​​were methodically included into the lesson plans. During the implementation phase, classroom activities were used to apply the six Pancasila Student Profile aspects. Evaluation was carried out to continuously improve character development in addition to evaluating academic performance. While time constraints, student motivation, and environmental issues are hindering factors, school facilities and principal assistance are supporting elements. The study comes to the conclusion that while character education has been successfully included into Indonesian language instruction, ongoing enhancement is required to maximize its benefits.

Abstract

In the context of globalization and the rapid advancement of information technology, organizations are mandated to adapt and enhance the quality of their human resources to maintain competitive advantage. This situation has posed challenges to the professionalism of administrators in delivering prompt, accurate, and responsive services to students and faculty members. The professionalism of administrators is substantially influenced by their capacity to manage information effectively and to optimize the utilization of information technology. This study aimed to design and develop an administrative information system that functions as a moderator in the relationship between administrators' knowledge and experience and their professionalism. Primary data were collected from a population of 100 operators responsible for managing the PDDikti system at Jember State Polytechnic, with a total sample size of 100 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was utilized for data analysis employing WarpPLS software. the findings revealed that knowledge and experience exert a positive and significant effect on administrator professionalism. Furthermore, knowledge and experience positively and significantly influenced the administrative information system, which in turn mediated the enhancement of administrator professionalism. This study recommends the improvement of training programs, the development of information systems, and the reinforcement of work experience's role within higher education administration.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) the results of the pre-test of short story review writing skills; 2) the procedure for implementing the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in learning short story review writing skills; 3) the results of the post-test of short story review writing skills in learning using the PjBL model using LKPD; 4) the effect of using the PjBL model in learning short story review writing. This study uses a descriptive method that took place in the odd semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at SMK Negeri 3 Pandang. The subjects of the study were grade XI students who participated in the pre-test of short story review writing activities, learning to write short story reviews using the PjBL model through LKPD, and participated in the post-test of short story review writing skills in learning using the PjBL model using LKPD. They numbered 34 students. Short story review writing skills were collected using a performance test instrument. Learning procedure data were collected using non-test instruments, namely teacher and student observation guidelines and questionnaires. The learning procedure data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The pre-test and post-test data were collected using a performance test instrument. The results of the study showed: 1) the pre-test results of writing short story reviews were in the moderate category; 2) the learning procedure for writing short story reviews involved initial activities, core activities, and final activities; 3) the post-test results of writing short story reviews in learning using the PjBL model were in the high category; showing an increase in learning outcomes for writing short story reviews for each indicator; 4) the application of the PjBL model was proven to have a positive effect because it was able to improve short story review writing skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe: 1) agricultural vocabulary mastery; 2) argumentative text writing skills; and 3) the contribution of agricultural vocabulary mastery to argumentative text writing skills. This study used a descriptive-quantitative method through simple regression. The population of this study was 81 students of grade XI of SMA Negeri 1 Pasaman who took the agricultural vocabulary mastery test and the argumentative text writing skills test. The sample size was 68 students based on a statistical formula. To determine the effect of agricultural vocabulary mastery on argumentative text writing skills, a simple regression test procedure was used after conducting homogeneity and normality tests of residuals. The results of the study: 1) the vocabulary mastery of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pasaman was in good qualifications with an arithmetic mean of 80.44; 2) the argumentative text writing skills of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pasaman were in good qualifications with an arithmetic mean of 77.45; 3) The mastery of agricultural vocabulary of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pasaman contributes significantly to the argumentative text writing skills of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pasaman in the regression equation: Y = 7.443 + 0.513X1. This means that the value of the argumentative text writing skill variable for each sample member is a constant of 7.443 + 0.513 multiplied by the agricultural vocabulary mastery score of each student. Thus, Indonesian language teachers are expected to be able to carry out activities with various strategies and media to improve students' mastery of agricultural vocabulary.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menuntut peningkatan kinerja pegawai sektor publik, sementara hasil penelitian sebelumnya mengenai faktor penentu kinerja masih menunjukkan perbedaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi digital, agile leadership dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Jember. Seluruh pegawai berjumlah 41 orang dijadikan responden dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji statistik pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi digital, agile leadership, dan OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. OCB merupakan variabel yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,850 menunjukkan bahwa 85% variasi kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sedangkan 15% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkuat peran kompetensi digital, kepemimpinan adaptif, dan perilaku ekstra-peran dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sektor publik. Secara praktis, instansi perlu meningkatkan kompetensi digital, menerapkan kepemimpinan yang adaptif, dan membangun budaya kerja yang mendorong OCB guna mengoptimalkan kinerja pegawai.
