Abstract

Digital transformation has presented great challenges and opportunities in the spread of Islamic da'wah, especially in reaching the millennial and Z generations who are very active in the digital world. The urgency of this topic lies in the need for a da'wah strategy that is adaptive and relevant to technological developments and the information consumption behavior of modern society. This research aims to examine the marketing strategy of da'wah through digital media in attracting people to study Islam. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques based on library research, as well as content analysis of relevant literature and academic documentation. The results of the study show that effective digital da'wah marketing strategies include audience segmentation, edutainment-based content development, strategic use of social media platforms, and technology-based learning personalization. Digital media is proven to increase accessibility, interactivity, and audience engagement in Islamic learning. This study concludes that structured and innovative digital da'wah can expand the reach of Islamic propagation while strengthening the spiritual understanding of modern society. Further studies are recommended to explore the effectiveness of specific platforms through empirical approaches and direct engagement with users.

Abstract

In the context of the escalating threat of global radicalism, the regulation of religious discourse has emerged as a pivotal concern for Muslim-majority nations. The present article endeavors to undertake a comparative analysis of Islamic preacher certification policies in Indonesia and Malaysia. The present study aims to elucidate the fundamental discrepancies in objectives, mechanisms, and implementing authorities. An exploratory qualitative study was conducted using a literature review. A comprehensive data set was meticulously gathered from both primary and secondary sources. The primary sources encompassed government policies, fatwas, and regulations, while the secondary sources included journals, books, and think tank reports. These data were then subjected to a rigorous thematic analysis and comparative scrutiny through a comparative matrix. The findings indicate that Islamic preacher certification in Indonesia is driven by a national security agenda to counter radicalism and represents a compromise between the state and civil society organizations. In contrast, Malaysia's mandatory tauliah (Islamic preacher certification) system prioritizes the preservation of doctrinal orthodoxy and is legally enforced by religious authorities at the state level. These disparate models reflect the distinct political landscapes and state-religion relations in both countries. Implications are both models encounter substantial challenges in regulating digital da'wah that is not bound by jurisdiction, underscoring the need for further research on religious governance in the digital age. Future studies should explore the impact of preacher certification on radicalism prevention

Abstract

Social change and rapid technological development require da'wah institutions to adapt to remain relevant and effective in spreading religious messages. This research aims to explore the relevance of transformational leadership and culture of innovation in da'wah institutions in the digital era. The method used is a qualitative approach with a literature study, which involves analyzing literature on transformational leadership and innovation in the context of da'wah. The results showed that transformational leadership plays an important role in inspiring and motivating members of da'wah institutions to adapt to changing times. Visionary and innovative leaders are able to create a dynamic ecosystem, directing da'wah institutions to utilize digital technology and social media in spreading religious messages to a wider audience, especially the younger generation. The culture of innovation implemented in da'wah institutions allows for the creation of creative solutions that respond to the challenges of the times, such as the use of da'wah applications or digital platforms to increase the reach and relevance of da'wah. However, the main challenges in implementing transformational leadership are resistance to change from conservative members and limited resources. Dawah leaders must have good communication skills to convince members that innovations remain grounded in religious principles. This study concludes that transformational leadership and a culture of innovation are essential to improving da'wah effectiveness in the digital era, despite the challenges that must be overcome through adaptive and creative approaches.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren adalah cikal bakal institusi pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Kehadiran awal pesantren diperkirakan dari 300-400 tahun yang lalu dan menjangkau hampir semua tingkat komunitas Muslim Indonesia, khususnya di Jawa. Setelah Indonesia merdeka, terutama sejak masa transisi ke Orde Baru dan ketika pertumbuhan ekonomi benar-benar meningkat tajam, pendidikan pesantren menjadi lebih terstruktur dan kurikulum pesantren menjadi lebih baik. Sebagai contoh, selain kurikulum agama, pesantren juga menawarkan pelajaran umum dengan menggunakan kurikulum ganda, kurikulum mone dan kurikulum Kemenag. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan, pesantren sangat peduli pada bidang agama (tafaqquh fi al-din) dan pembentukan karakter bangsa yang bercirikan akhlakul karimah. Ketentuan pendidikan agama dijelaskan dalam UU Sisidiknas Pasal 30 ayat (4) bahwa pendidikan agama dalam bentuk pendidikan diniyah, pesantren, dan bentuk-bentuk serupa lainnya. Keberadaan pesantren merupakan mitra ideal bagi institusi pemerintah untuk bersama-sama meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan landasan karakter bangsa. Hal ini dapat ditemukan dari berbagai fenomena yang terjadi seperti perkelahian antar sekolah dan distributor yang tersebar luas dan pengguna narkoba di kalangan anak muda jarang ditemukan mereka adalah anak-anak asrama atau lulusan dari pesantren.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan Untuk Mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi lingkungan Lembaga dakwah dalam inovasi dan Kewirausahaan di Era Disruptif, Menganalisis suatu strategi dan situasi bertujuan untuk mempertimbangkan keadaan baik situasi internal perusahaan maupun lingkungan eksternal, yang langsung mempengaruhi peluang dan pilihan strategi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan Studi Kepustakaan ( Library Research ), ditemukan hasil bahwasanya Dalam melakukan analisis lingkungan lembaga dakwah dalam konteks inovasi dan kewirausahaan di era disruptif, beberapa poin kunci yang dapat disimpulkan yaitu Memahami lingkungan eksternal dan internal secara mendalam. Memanfaatkan teknologi dan media sosial dengan bijak. Budaya organisasi yang mendukung inovasi penting. Mengembangkan kemitraan strategis untuk mendukung inovasi. Mengelola risiko dengan cermat. Investasi dalam pendidikan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Melakukan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk penyesuaian strategi.

Abstract

Perubahan dalam suatu organisasi merupakan suatu keniscayaan, termasuk dalam lembaga dakwah yang memiliki peran strategis dalam menyebarkan nilai-nilai keagamaan kepada masyarakat. Manajemen perubahan dalam sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi faktor kunci dalam memastikan bahwa lembaga dakwah dapat beradaptasi dengan dinamika sosial, budaya, dan teknologi yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran manajemen perubahan SDM dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan keberlanjutan lembaga dakwah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji strategi manajemen perubahan yang diterapkan, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta dampak dari pengelolaan perubahan terhadap kinerja lembaga dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen perubahan yang baik dalam SDM dapat meningkatkan motivasi, kompetensi, serta komitmen para pendakwah dan pengurus lembaga dalam menjalankan tugas dakwah. Selain itu, adaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan perubahan sosial memungkinkan lembaga dakwah untuk tetap relevan dalam menyebarkan pesan-pesan keagamaan secara lebih luas dan efektif. Oleh karena itu, implementasi strategi perubahan yang terencana, komunikasi yang efektif, serta pengembangan kapasitas SDM menjadi faktor utama dalam keberhasilan transformasi lembaga dakwah. Abstract

The disruptive era presents both challenges and opportunities for Islamic preaching institutions in maintaining their existence and relevance within modern society. Changes in communication patterns, digital content competition, limited human resources, and dependency on donations have driven the need for transformation in da’wah management. This study aims to analyze the transformation strategies of Islamic preaching institutions through the development of entrepreneurship-based products grounded in Islamic values. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review, examining studies related to digital da’wah, social entrepreneurship, and religious institution management. The findings indicate that digitalization of da’wah, cross-sector collaboration, human resource capacity building, service diversification, and the integration of da’wah values into creative products are strategic steps to adapt to the disruptive era. The entrepreneurial products developed can take the form of digital, physical, or service-based outputs that promote community empowerment. The implementation of entrepreneurship strengthens institutional sustainability, enhances da’wah effectiveness, creates economic independence, opens job opportunities, and fosters a positive image of Islamic institutions as modern, adaptive, and solution-oriented entities. Therefore, entrepreneurship serves as a vital instrument to ensure the continuity of da’wah while holistically addressing societal needs. [Era disruptif menghadirkan tantangan sekaligus peluang bagi lembaga dakwah dalam menjaga eksistensi dan relevansinya di tengah dinamika masyarakat modern. Perubahan pola komunikasi, persaingan konten digital, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, serta ketergantungan pada donasi menjadi faktor yang mendorong perlunya transformasi dalam pelaksanaan dakwah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi transformasi lembaga dakwah melalui pengembangan produk kewirausahaan yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang menelaah berbagai literatur terkait dakwah digital, kewirausahaan sosial, dan manajemen lembaga keagamaan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi dakwah, kolaborasi lintas sektor, penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, diversifikasi layanan, serta integrasi nilai dakwah dalam produk kreatif merupakan langkah strategis untuk beradaptasi dengan era disruptif. Produk kewirausahaan yang dikembangkan dapat berupa produk digital, fisik, maupun jasa yang mendukung pemberdayaan umat. Implementasi kewirausahaan terbukti mampu memperkuat eksistensi lembaga dakwah, mewujudkan kemandirian ekonomi, meningkatkan efektivitas dakwah, membuka lapangan kerja, serta membangun citra positif sebagai lembaga yang modern, adaptif, dan solutif. Dengan demikian, kewirausahaan berperan sebagai instrumen penting dalam menjamin keberlanjutan dakwah sekaligus menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat secara holistik.]

Abstract

ABSTRAK Artikel ini menjelaskan mengenai industri halal dan peran baitul maal wat tamwil serta perkembangannya; strategi dan pengembangan lembaga dakwah yaitu baitul maal wat tamwil pada industri halal. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus analisis deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data secara kepustakaan (library research) dari berbagai literatur, buku maupun informasi lain yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Abstract

This study discusses the philosophy and concept of leadership in HR change management in da'wah institutions. This research aims to identify and explain the philosophy and concept of leadership that can be applied in HR change management in da'wah institutions. The research method used is a literature study by collecting data from various sources such as books, journals, and articles that are relevant to the research topic. The study results show that the philosophy of leadership in HR change management in da'wah institutions should be based on Islamic values ??that prioritize fairness, integrity, simplicity, involvement, and concern for others. The concept of leadership that can be applied in changing human resource management in da'wah institutions is transformational leadership, in which leaders motivate and influence their subordinates to achieve common goals in a positive and inspiring way. In addition, participatory leadership can also be applied, where the leader builds cooperation and participation from all organization members in the decision-making process and planning strategies.

Abstract

Leadership is someone who can influence, encourage, invite, guide, move others to receive the influence of something that can help achieve certain goals. In the era of technological development and progress, the role of institutions is needed to help a community group or organization that facilitates coordination among its members with the hope that everyone can work together or relate to one another to achieve the desired common goals. The purpose of this research is to identify leadership models in da'wah institutions. This study uses library research methods with a qualitative research approach. Sources of data in this study used books, journals and articles or writings related to leadership models in da'wah institutions.
