Abstract

Style Queen Kebaya Store (SQ Kebaya) is a store that is engaged in apparel, its product sales focus includes adult and children's kebaya. The negative impact of the Covid 19 Pandemic has proven that the Store (SQ Kebaya) has experienced a decline in sales turnover in 2020, therefore the SQ Kebaya Store's efforts to restore its sales activities are by giving gifts for customer appreciation during the COVID 19 season through selecting the best customers for the 2020 period. However, the problem faced by SQ Kebaya Stores in the process of evaluating the best customer selection is that there is no criterion weight so that the decision making is not right on target, making the best customer decisions less efficient because they have to look for customer sales records manually in the sales record book. This study produces a web-based decision support system for selecting the best customers at SQ Kebaya Stores using the AHP (criteria weight), SAW and WASPAS (best customer ranking) methods, this study produces priority weights and importance levels of each criterion, namely status (0.37 ), method of payment (0.23), total spending (0.14), quantity (0.13), intensity of visits (0.07), length of subscription (0.07) and the result of ranking the percentage of the largest alternative value is the alternative SAW method with an average of 0.6952 , while the WASPAS method is 0.6405. It can be concluded that the right method used to obtain the best alternative value is the SAW method.

Abstract

Mosque-based community economic empowerment activities have significant potential to improve community welfare, particularly for small businesses in the mosque's immediate vicinity. However, implementation is still largely conventional and lacks a data-driven approach, resulting in suboptimal beneficiary identification and activity evaluation. This community service initiative aims to promote a data-driven approach to mosque-based community economic empowerment through sharia bazaar activities. Implementation methods include initial observation, outreach and education for mosque managers and business owners, technical assistance for sharia entrepreneurship, and activity evaluation. The results demonstrate an increased public understanding of the importance of data use in determining beneficiaries, managing bazaar activities, and developing businesses based on sharia economic principles. The outcomes of this initiative include improved data management literacy, a simple data collection format for sharia bazaar activities, and recommendations for developing a mosque-based data collection system. It is hoped that this initiative will be the first step in building a sustainable, transparent, and data-driven community economic empowerment model within the mosque environment.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSMPN 6 Babelan merupakan salah satu Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri di Kabupaten Bekasi yang setiap tahun menyelenggarakan pendaftaran kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bagi siswa. Proses pendaftaran yang berjalan saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti ketidakteraturan data, kesalahan pencatatan, serta kesulitan dalam pencarian dan rekapitulasi data untuk keperluan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pendaftaran ekstrakurikuler berbasis Microsoft Excel dengan memanfaatkan fitur VLOOKUP sebagai relasi antar data dan Pivot Table sebagai alat rekapitulasi otomatis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap sistem pendaftaran yang sedang berjalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem berbasis Microsoft Excel mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, mengurangi kesalahan input data, mempermudah proses pendaftaran dan pencarian data siswa, serta mempercepat pembuatan laporan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Sistem yang dirancang juga menghasilkan data yang lebih rapi, akurat, dan terstruktur. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi praktis bagi sekolah yang masih menggunakan sistem manual serta menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan sistem administrasi sekolah berbasis teknologi sederhana. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan sistem ini ke dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis web, dan mengintegrasikannya dengan database sekolah atau layanan berbasis cloud. Kata Kunci: Pendaftaran Ekstrakulikuler, Microsoft Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The process of sending payment documents in some institutions is still done via email, which risks the loss of delivery history, the lack of structured tracking recaps, and the difficulty of monitoring the verification flow between teams. Bank ABC faces similar problems in the payment document tracking process that involves several user roles. This study aims to design a web-based payment document tracking information system using the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system development method. The research methodology used is a descriptive method with a case study approach. The system development stages include needs analysis, system design, coding, testing, and maintenance. The designed system involves three main roles: the operational team, reviewers, and approvers, with different access rights settings at each stage of the process. The results of the study indicate that the information system built is capable of recording, monitoring status, and searching payment documents centrally and in real-time. System testing using the blackbox testing method shows that all main functions of the system run according to user requirements. This system contributes to increasing the effectiveness of payment document management and monitoring at Bank ABC. Keywords: Information System, Payment Document Tracking, Waterfall SDLC, Web Application, Black-Box Testing
