Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena banyaknya perusahaan franchise dengan produk utama yang sejenis yaitu donut dan kopi yang berdiri di Jember, salah satunya ialah J.CO Donuts & Coffee Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, harga, dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada J.CO Donuts & Coffee Jember. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh konsumen J.CO Donuts & Coffee Jember dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 23.00. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah secara serempak variabel citra merek (X1), harga (X2), dan kualitas produk (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada J.CO Donuts & Coffee Jember. Secara parsial variabel harga (X2) dan kualitas produk (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada J.CO Donuts & Coffee Jember sedagkan variabel citra merek (X1) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada J.CO Donuts & Coffee Jember. variabel bebas yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada J.CO Donuts & Coffee Jember yaitu variabel kualitas produk (X3).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena Herdacake Bakery & Cafe Jember merupakan outlet yang baru saja dibuka tetapi mampu menarik konsumen dengan desain tempat yang kekinian atau instragamable dimana dapat dijadikan spot foto dan direkomendasikan banyak orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian di Herdacake Bakery & Cafe Jember. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang membeli produk Herdacake Bakery & Cafe Jember dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25.00. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada uji F variabel kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan citra merek bersama- sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Herdacake Bakery & Cafe Jember. Sedangkan untuk uji t variabel kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Herdacake Bakery & Cafe Jember.  Variabel kualitas produk merupakan variabel berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Herdacake Bakery & Cafe Jember.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah makan Ayam Goreng Nelongso di jalan Kalimantan, Krajan Timur Sumbersari, Kec. Sumber Sari, Kabupaten Jember, Jawa Timur yang merupakan cabang kedua di kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk, harga, lokasi dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen ayam crispy di Ayam Goreng Nelongso, Kabupaten Jember, secara serempak dan parsial. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu konsumen yang membeli produk Ayam Crispy di Ayam Goreng Nelongso. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu insidental sampling dengan responden sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, Regresi Linear Berganda, koefisien Determian R2, Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada uji F variabel produk, harga, lokasi dan promosi bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Ayam Goreng Nelongso, Kabupaten Jember. Sedangkan untuk uji t variabel produk dan lokasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Ayam Goreng Nelongso, Kabupaten Jember.

Abstract

This research reveals the influence of consumer behavior in particular consumers at Conato Bakery regarding purchasing decisions namely by analyzing Influence Attribute Product Regarding Purchasing Decisions​ Conato Bakery Jember Bread Products. This research reveals the influence of taste factors, packaging, brand and quality product both simultaneously or partially, as well as regarding the factors that have a dominant influence on purchasing decisions Conato Bakery Jember bakery products. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Overall, the results of this research can be concluded that variable taste, packaging, brand and quality product simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions product bread​ Conato Bakery Jember. Partially,​ taste and quality of the product influential significant impact on purchasing decisions for bread products Conato Bakery Jember, will but in research this time packaging and brand variables have no significant effect on decision purchase bakery products Conato Bakery Jember.

Abstract

This study reveals influences on consumer behavior, especially students on purchasing decisions, by analyzing the factors that influence students' purchasing decisions for Brand Sedap Instant Fried Noodles products. In this study reveals the influence of cultural factors, social, personal, psychological and marketing strategy either jointly or partially, and includes also the dominant factors that influence the purchasing decision product Brand Sedap Instant Fried Noodles, particularly in the State Polytechnic of Jember . The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Overall the results of this study can be concluded that cultural factors, social, personal, psychological and influential marketing strategies together to consumer decisions to buy product Brand Sedap Instant Fried Noodles. Partially, cultural factors, social, psychological and marketing strategies significantly influence on the partial test. For the most dominant factor influencing the purchase decision product Brand Sedap Instant Fried Noodles is a factor of the marketing strategy.

Abstract

Literasi digital merupakan kemampuan individu dalam menerapkan keterampilan fungsional pada perangkat digital sehingga dapat menemukan dan memilih informasi, berfikir kritis, berkomunikasi secara efektif, berkreativitas, berkolaborasi dengan orang lain. Pentingnya program literasi digital memberikan dampak positif bagi pengetauan, pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan media, terutama media sosial yang saat ini sering dijadikan sebagai sumber informasi bagi individu maupun masyarakat umum terutama bagi kalangan yang berusia muda seperti para peserta didik karena pada program ini memberikan kontribusi pada penyebaran informasi dengan menggunakan teknologi atau media sosial yang digunakan oleh kalangan usia muda. Dalam mengukur Tingkat literasi digital seseorang dalam hal ini peserta didik MA Nurul Isti’dad di Kecamatan Silo memilik 3 kompetensi yang harus dipenuhi yaitu kemampuan teknis, pemahaman kritis dan kemampuan berkomunikasi dan berpatisipasi. Oleh sebab itu literasi digital merupakan solusi yang dapat dilakukan oleh pemerintah dan elemen masyarakat yang peduli terhadap kemajuan bangsa di masa sekarang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of brand image, product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Gudeg Lumintu Restaurant in Jember Regency simultaneously or partially, (2) variables that have a dominant influence on customer loyalty at Gudeg Lumintu Restaurant. The data is taken directly from the respondents using a survey method through a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling with a sample of 40 respondents. The data an alysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, F test and t test. The results of data analysis using SPSS 23 software show that (1) simultaneously, brand image variables (X1), product quality (X2) and service quality (X3) have a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), (2) partially, image variables brand (X1) and product quality variable (X2) have a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), while the service quality variable (X3) has no significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), (3) the variable that has a dominant influence on customer loyalty (Y ) is product quality (X2).

Abstract

In the coffee industry, product quality is a key factor in competing in the international market. The Teaching Factory (TEFA) at Polije faces challenges in maintaining quality consistency and meeting international standards. This study aims to implement Anaerobic Carbonic Maceration (ACM) technology in the coffee fermentation process at TEFA Polije to enhance the quality of the produced coffee. The methods used include technical training for workers on the operation and maintenance of ACM technology, the application of strict quality protocols, and the optimization of the logistics system from raw material management to product distribution. Data were collected through sensory evaluation and interviews with workers. The results indicate that the implementation of ACM technology significantly improves the coffee’s aroma and flavor profile, as well as the consistency of bean texture, aligning with international standards. The evaluation shows that 80% of workers were able to operate the technology correctly, and 75% of the products met premium standards after implementation. The conclusion of this study is that ACM technology is effective in improving the quality of TEFA Polije coffee while also creating opportunities for expansion into the international market.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the company's feasibility condition from non-financial and financial aspects, the results of which can be used as a reference to recommend company development steps. The approach used in this research is Decision Support System. The results of the analysis show that in the legal aspect the company can be said to be feasible because it already has a letter. The production aspect shows the results that the company is in a feasible condition with a high level of feasibility. Marketing Aspects, Management Aspects and Human Resources and Environmental Aspects show the results that the company is in a feasible condition with a moderate level of feasibility.  In financial aspects consisting of quantity BEP analysis of 24,721.13, Sales BEP of 379,515,345.54, BCR of 1.42, Payback Period of 1.58, NPV of 10,064,036,510.68, PI of 12.54, IRR of 59.20 and the overall analysis of financial aspects shows that the company is in a viable condition. Based on the overall analysis of the UMKM version 2.0 Decision Support System (DSS) approach, it shows that CV Genderang Mercusuar Bahari is in a feasible condition to be developed.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to strengthen the digital literacy of daily workers who support the operational activities of the Integrated Agriculture Teaching Factory at Politeknik Negeri Jember through staged training and on-the-job mentoring integrated with the implementation of a fingerprint attendance system and digital work reporting. A quasi-experimental one group pretest–posttest design was applied to 25 daily workers employed in four TEFA lines, namely Smart Green House, Livestock, Innovation Garden, and Chrysanthemum units. Data were collected using a digital literacy test, perception questionnaires, observation sheets, and document reviews of attendance records and work reports before and after the intervention, then analyzed descriptively and complemented with a simple difference test. The results showed an increase in attendance compliance from 78.0% to 96.2%, a decrease in average tardiness from 14.0 to 9.1 minutes per shift, and a reduction in administrative recap SLA from 6.0 to 2.5 hours. Digital literacy scores increased from 55 to 77, accompanied by higher perception scores regarding task clarity, working hours transparency, incentive recording accuracy, and system ease of use.
