Abstract

This article aims to explain the direct influence of the variables of training, empowerment, competence, and performance. And the role of competence mediating variables. The method used is quantitative–explanatory. The population and sample are 54 respondents. They are collecting data using a questionnaire—data analysis using smart-PLS 3. The results show directly that training has not been able to improve employee performance. Meanwhile, empowerment can improve employee performance, as well as competence, can improve performance. In the indirect research results, first, it is known that competence in complete mediation can mediate the effect of training on employee performance. Second, competence in partial mediation can intervene in the influence of empowerment on employee performance

Abstract

Empirical evidence obtained from this study is that increased work motivation can increase employee commitment and better job satisfaction and increase employee commitment, either partially or simultaneously. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study is to obtain empirical evidence of spiritual leadership and QWL ability in improving OCB, both directly and through intervening job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research, and the method used is SEM-PLS. The data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 38 employees of Bappelitbangda Pasuruan City, which was taken by census.  The research findings show that QWL is able to increase OCB, both directly and through intervening job satisfaction. However, spiritual leadership is not able to improve OCB, either directly or through intervening job satisfaction.  This empirical evidence is supported by descriptive statistics that are at high average values. This research has made various efforts to reduce or eliminate the occurrence of "plagiarism", both data and others.Keywords: Spiritual leadership, QWL, Job Satisfaction, OCB. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris kemampuan spiritual leadership dan QWL dalam meningkatkan OCB, baik secara langsung maupun melalui intervening kepuasan kerja. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 38 orang pegawai Bappelitbangda Kota Pasuruan, yang diambil secara sensus.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa QWL mampu meningkatkan OCB, baik secara langsung maupun melalui intervening kepuasan kerja. Tetapi,  spiritual leadership tidak mampu meningkatkan  OCB, baik secara langsung maupun melalui intervening kepuasan kerja.  Bukti empiris ini didukung oleh statistik deskriptif yang berada pada nilai rata-rata tinggi. Penelitian ini telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mengurangi atau menghilangkan terjadinya “plagiasi”, baik data maupun lainnya.Kata kunci: Spiritual leadership, QWL, Kepuasan Kerja, OCB.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study explains how an organization improves employee performance through job satisfaction, performance compensation and organizational culture. The research object chosen was the employees of the Regional Secretariat of the Batu City Government. This type of research includes the type of causality research, the sampling method uses Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, hypothesis examiners and to produce a fit model, the sample size is 100 State Civil Servants (ASN) who work at the Regional Secretariat of the City Government of Batu, this research using the Structural Equation Model (SEM), with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, the results of the study were obtained from a report where performance compensation, organizational culture, and job satisfaction for employees had a strong influence on employee performance.Keywords: compensation, organizational culture, job satisfaction, performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana sebuah organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya melalui kepuasan kerja, kompensasi berbasis kinerja dan budaya organisasi. Objek penelitian yang dipilih adalah pegawai Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Pemerintah Kota Batu. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memeriksa dan menganalisis dampak konflik kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi pada pt jawa agro sukses. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan Bagian Produksi dari PT. Jawa Agro Sukses, yang berjumlah 34 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan pendekatan Varian Based SEM atau Partial Least Square (PLS).Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: Konflik kerja menurunkan kinerja karyawan, kompensasi belum mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, konflik kerja menurunkan komitmen organisasi. kompensasi mampu meningkatkan komitmen kerja. semakin tinggi kompensasi, maka semakin tinggi pula komitmen organisasi yang terdapat di pt jawa agro sukses. komitmen organisasi mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. komitmen organisasi mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi mampu memediasi secara penuh pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: konflik kerja, kompensasi, kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi. ABSTRACT               The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the impact of work conflict and compensation on employee performance through organizational commitment at PT Jawa Agro Sukses. The population in this study were all employees of the Production Section of PT. Jawa Agro Sukses, totaling 34 people. The data analysis method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Variant Based SEM or Partial Least Square (PLS) approach.The results of the study found that: work conflict decreases employee performance, compensation has not been able to increase employee performance, work conflict reduces organizational commitment. Compensation can increase work commitment. the higher the compensation, the higher the organizational commitment contained in PT Jawa Agro Sukses. Organizational commitment can improve employee performance. organizational commitment is able to partially mediate the effect of work conflict on employee performance, organizational commitment is able to fully mediate the effect of compensation on employee performance. Keywords: work conflict, compensation, employee performance, organizational commitment

Abstract

Pada era modern, organisasi tidak hanya menuntut karyawannya untuk memenuhi tanggung jawab utama (in-role) tetapi juga mendorong perilaku yang lebih dari tugas formal, yang dikenal sebagai organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). OCB adalah perilaku ekstra yang bersifat sukarela dan memberikan kontribusi bagi efektivitas organisasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi OCB, khususnya peran happiness at work, kepuasan kerja, dan work engagement. Dalam konteks organisasi pemerintah, seperti Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kota Pasuruan, penelitian ini penting karena mengukur sejauh mana kebahagiaan karyawan di tempat kerja dapat memengaruhi perilaku positif di luar deskripsi kerja formal mereka. Kebahagiaan di tempat kerja menjadi salah satu faktor yang mendukung tercapainya tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik, di mana OCB berperan penting dalam memperkuat efisiensi organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory untuk menguji hubungan kausal antar variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai UPT P3 LLAJ Probolinggo, Jawa Timur sejumlah 50 orang, menggunakan teknik total sampling. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang lebih baik mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai serta motivasi mereka. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja yang lebih baik juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, meskipun tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan motivasi. Motivasi terbukti memediasi sebagian pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, namun tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia, terutama dalam meningkatkan budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

P4S Bumiaji Sejahtera merupakan sebuah lembaga pelatihan berbasis masyarakat yang berlokasi di Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan daya tarik pertanian melalui strategi glocalization, yang memadukan nilai-nilai lokal dengan inovasi global. Pendekatan ini dikemas dalam bentuk board game interaktif bernama "Glocal Ladders," yang mengenalkan manajemen pertanian secara menyenangkan. Board game ini terdiri dari tiga fase: Fase Pengetahuan, untuk memperkenalkan konsep dasar pertanian dan pentingnya lingkungan; Fase Strategi Pertanian, yang memberikan wawasan tentang manajemen lahan dan pengendalian hama berkelanjutan; dan Fase Ekosistem Bisnis Agrowisata, yang mengajarkan manajemen bisnis agroeduwisata, mulai dari branding hingga pemasaran produk. Hasil awal menunjukkan bahwa metode edukasi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan manajemen pertanian pada generasi muda, sekaligus memperkuat identitas lokal desa sebagai daya tarik wisata. Pendekatan ini berpotensi diterapkan di wilayah lain dengan tantangan regenerasi serupa.

Abstract

Leadership, organisational culture, and human capital have important roles in every organisation. The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between leadership, organizational culture, and human capital in organisations with a bibliometric. The bibliometric method is used to provide a complete picture of the development of research related to a particular topic so that researchers can understand the topic at a macro level. Bibliometric studies help identify macro research gaps (sub-sub topics that have not been researched, emerging topic trends). The researcher focused on bibliometric analysis: co-authorship with the first author unit of analysis and co-occurrence with the keyword unit of analysis. The findings show that organisational culture variables, although a minority, still exist in the last 15 years to be researched further. On the other hand, human capital and leadership with emphasis on leadership style can be associated with other variables, such as competence, entrepreneurship, information-communication technology. This research also has limitations, namely in the literature sources obtained, increasing there are still few researchers who review leadership, organisational culture, and human capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study wa to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as a mediating variable (Study at Btari Agency Malang City). The population in this study were all staf, both general and operational staff at Btari Agency Malang. The sampling technique in this study used "non probability sampling", and the sampling method in this study was "total sampling or census". Respondents in this study were 49 people through the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) Software. The results of this study indicate that; (1) perceived organizatinal support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. (2) perceived organizatinal support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (3) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. (4) perceived organizatinal support and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior, shows the results of organizational commitment can partially mediate the relationship of perceived organizatinal support to organizational citizenship behavior.
