Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh maraknya sampah yang menumpuk dan tidak terkelola sehingga menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan SD Alam Karawang dipilih menjadi lokasi penelitian karena salah satu sekolah di Karawang yang menerapkan sistem pengelolaan sampah menggunakan prinsip Zero Waste. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Zero Waste di SD Alam Karawang dapat meningkatkan sikap peduli peserta didik dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif naturalistik untuk menjelaskan fenomena yang terjadi pada objek penelitian. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa SD Alam Karawang telah menerapkan Zero Waste yakni Reuse dengan tidak menggunakan styrofoam, Reduce denga mengurangi sampah plastik, Reuse dengan membawa wadah makanan dan minuman dari rumah, Recycle dengan membuat karya daur ulang, Rot dengan belajar membuat pupuk. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan bahwa Zero Waste teraktualisasikan dalam berbagai kebijakan dan kegiatan yang melibatkan warga sekolah baik peserta didik, tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, pertugas kantin Sehingga terbentuk suatu kebiasaan positif dan meningkat sikap peduli lingkungan dalam diri peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMPIT Istiqomah Global School Klari Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan arah kebijakan sekolah, memotivasi guru dan siswa, serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Kepemimpinan yang efektif ditandai dengan kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam berkomunikasi, mengambil keputusan, dan melakukan inovasi. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa peningkatan mutu pendidikan dapat dicapai melalui kepemimpinan yang inspiratif dan partisipatif.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the evaluation and development of curriculum in education management through a systematic literature review (SLR). The study also seeks to identify gaps in the academic literature and make essential contributions to filling those knowledge gaps. Data was collected through a literature search on Google Scholar for articles published in Scopus-indexed journals. After screening with inclusion and exclusion criteria, 21 relevant articles were analyzed using NVivo software. This analysis includes identifying trends, distribution, research contributions, and the methodology used in these studies. Research trends show an increased interest in curriculum evaluation and development in recent years, reflected in the increasing number of research articles. The distribution of research articles by publisher, journal, and country of origin demonstrates the diversity of publication sources and international contributions in the academic literature on curriculum management. The analysis also revealed the diversity of research methodologies, covering a wide range of quantitative and qualitative methods. In addition, the use of software for data analysis is also highlighted in this study, showing a trend in the use of technology in facilitating research analysis. This study concludes that curriculum evaluation and development in education management is a complex and crucial topic, requiring a multidimensional approach and cross-border cooperation to understand it profoundly and overcome existing challenges. The study identifies gaps in the academic literature and provides a basis for further research and practice in curriculum evaluation and development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji manajemen pemasaran jasa pendidikan di SMAN 1 Rengasdengklok, sebuah sekolah menengah atas favorit di wilayahnya. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan sekolah dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan posisinya di tengah persaingan yang ketat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi, dengan analisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMAN 1 Rengasdengklok menerapkan berbagai strategi pemasaran yang efektif, termasuk membangun brand image yang kuat, mengembangkan program-program unggulan, memanfaatkan media sosial untuk promosi, dan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Sekolah juga menerapkan konsep bauran pemasaran 7P dengan baik, yang mencakup aspek product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, dan process. Strategi-strategi ini terbukti berhasil, terlihat dari konsistensi pemenuhan kuota peserta didik dan tingginya minat masyarakat. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa sekolah perlu terus berinovasi dan beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman untuk mempertahankan posisinya. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga tentang praktik manajemen pemasaran jasa pendidikan yang efektif di tingkat sekolah menengah atas.

Abstract

Shared guidance and counseling programs produce program continuity, provide clarity in the direction of program implementation, make it easier to control and evaluate guidance activities, and implement guidance and counseling programs smoothly, effectively and efficiently. The guidance and counseling service program has been discussed in detail in the program planning  meeting at SMP IT Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Karawang. Guidance and counseling service programs must assist with needs assessments to resolve problems currently being experienced by students. The guidance and counseling service program helps assess students' needs to explore their full potential under in-depth guidance from counselors.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of the leadership of the madrasa head on the effectiveness of Islamic education management at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Karawang. The research method uses interview instruments to collect data from madrasa heads. The results of the analysis show that the participatory and inclusive leadership style applied by the madrasa head has contributed significantly to the development of innovative curricula, improving the quality of education, and efficient resource management. Programs such as "Clean and Green Madrasas" have also been shown to positively influence school culture and student academic achievement. The implications of this research support the importance of effective leadership in the context of Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Since the implementation of decentralization of education, maximizing the role of school and community stakeholders has become very important in supporting the success of the education process in schools. The aspects that are seen are the role of the school committee as a giver of considerations, supporters, controllers, and roles as mediators. The purpose of this study is to find out how important the role of the school committee in improving the quality of education is. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with the subject of research on the role of school committees in improving the quality of education at Wirautama Patrol Junior High School. The results of this study show that Wirautama Junior High School can provide an example to other schools that Wirautama Patrol Junior High School has good cooperation with the school committee so that schools can have good quality education. The school committee supports all programs implemented by the school, so that the quality of education at the Wirautama Patrol Junior High School can run well, because it has good relations with the committee and has support from the community.
