Abstract

Abstrak Untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan secara efektif tentunya diperlukan sumber daya manusia (tenaga kerja) yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan bidangnya saat ini. Sebuah perusahaan harus didukung sumber daya manusia yang cakap karena sumber daya manusia sangat berperan dalam menjalankan usaha atau kegiatan di dalam perusahaan tersebut. Terdapat faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkan kinerja karyawan meningkat atau menurun. peran motivasi sebagai moderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 160 tanggapan responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi sebagai moderasi mampu memoderasi kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Industri kerang di Cirebon menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Dalam era digital, media sosial menjadi sarana penting untuk memperkuat hubungan antara perusahaan dan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pengembangan media sosial yang efektif guna meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan pada industri kerang di Cirebon. Platform seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan Twitter memungkinkan perusahaan berinteraksi langsung dengan pelanggan untuk mempromosikan produk sekaligus membangun brand awareness. Kegiatan PKM ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk memahami kebutuhan serta preferensi pelanggan industri kerang, menganalisis pemanfaatan media sosial, dan mengidentifikasi peluang pengembangannya. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang dilaksanakan di Istana Kerang Cirebon, berlokasi di seberang flyover Tol Jalan Kyai Ageng Tapa Astapada, Kecamatan Tengah Tani, Cirebon Barat, Jawa Barat. Hasil Kegiatan PKM diharapkan menghasilkan strategi media sosial yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Strategi tersebut meliputi peningkatan interaksi dengan pelanggan melalui konten menarik dan responsif, pelatihan penggunaan berbagai platform media sosial bagi pelaku usaha, pembentukan komunitas daring yang aktif dan loyal, serta penyediaan informasi produk yang akurat dan terkini. Melalui strategi ini, industri kerang di Cirebon diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesadaran merek, reputasi perusahaan, serta volume penjualan. Dengan demikian, pengembangan media sosial menjadi langkah strategis dalam menciptakan pelanggan yang puas dan setia terhadap produk kerang Cirebon.

Abstract

One important aspect in improving the ranking of higher education institutions is the institutional conditions of higher education institutions, these conditions greatly influence the improvement of lecturer performance. One of the factors assumed to be able to improve lecturer performance is the organizational happiness character (OHC). This study aims to determine the effect of the role of OHC on lecturer performance mediated by organizational commitment (OC). The study was conducted on private university lecturers throughout Greater Bandung. The population was 5,475 lecturers, the research sample was at least 200 lecturers obtained from 21 private universities throughout Greater Bandung. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a semantic differential scale. The data analysis technique used SEM-AMOS. The study was conducted to analyze lecturers' perceptions of OHC, organizational commitment, and lecturer performance, by testing 4 research hypotheses. The research hypothesis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between OHC and lecturer performance, OHC and organizational commitment are also proven to be positive and significant, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on improving lecturer performance. This study also shows that organizational commitment has a partial mediation effect in improving lecturer performance. Thus, it can be said that the OC variable is a mediator of the influence of the OHC variable on employee performance.

Abstract

In this study there are two variables, namely variable X (NPL) and Y variable (CR). This research was conducted to determine the effect of NPL on CR Bank BPR Kertaraharja. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method to identify how the influence of NPL and how big CR is at Kertaraharja Rural Bank. While the verification of the analysis to identify the problem is how much influence the NPL has on the CR of BPR Kertraharja bank. This research was conducted at the BPR Kertaraharja Bank office. This research was conducted using a sample based on Purpose Sampling. The hypothesis of this study is that NPL has an effect on CR at the BPR Kertaraharja Bank. To measure the effect of these variables using Simple Linear Regression with the help of the application software system SPSS 21.0. Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods, it was concluded that there was a significant influence between NPLs on CR banks, this was based on regression analysis with the equation Y = 24,985 - 1,312X. In correlation there is a fairly strong relationship between NPL and bank CR with a value of 0.680. Then the coefficient of determination (KD) is obtained that the NPL affects the CR with a value of 46.3%. Test the hypothesis of this study in which the t count of 4,147 is greater than the t table value of 2012. Then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that NPL has a strong influence on bank CR.

Abstract

Perkembangan sistem kerja remote menuntut pekerja untuk memiliki kemampuan self-management yang baik guna menjaga produktivitas dan keberlanjutan karier di tengah minimnya pengawasan langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi self-management para pekerja remote yang tergabung dalam Komunitas Freelancer Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mix method concurrent research, dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan dari 30 responden melalui teknik kualitatif dan kuantitatif, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil analisis kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal berupa kemandirian kerja, fleksibilitas waktu, disiplin diri, dan penguasaan teknologi menjadi kekuatan utama pekerja remote, sementara kelemahan meliputi ketidakkonsistenan jam kerja, prokrastinasi, serta batas kerja dan kehidupan pribadi yang kurang jelas. Dari sisi eksternal, peluang muncul dari meningkatnya permintaan jasa digital dan akses ke platform freelance global, sedangkan ancaman berasal dari persaingan ketat dan praktik banting harga jasa. Hasil analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan nilai IFAS sebesar 3,04 dan EFAS sebesar 3,04, yang menempatkan strategi self-management pekerja remote pada Kuadran I (Strength–Opportunities). Posisi ini mendukung penerapan strategi agresif, yaitu memanfaatkan kekuatan internal untuk merespons peluang eksternal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa self-management merupakan faktor kunci bagi pekerja remote dalam menghadapi dinamika persaingan kerja digital.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan dan produktivitas usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), khususnya di wilayah pedesaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemberdayaan SDM lokal dalam meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan dan produktivitas UMKM Desa Pangauban berbasis manajemen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap pelaku UMKM dan pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi SDM UMKM Desa Pangauban masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam kompetensi manajerial dan pemahaman kewirausahaan, yang berdampak pada rendahnya produktivitas usaha. Melalui pemberdayaan SDM berbasis manajemen, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman fungsi manajemen, penguatan jiwa kewirausahaan, serta perbaikan produktivitas UMKM. Pemberdayaan SDM juga berkontribusi terhadap keberlanjutan usaha dan ketahanan UMKM dalam menghadapi persaingan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara perguruan tinggi, pemerintah desa, dan pelaku UMKM dalam mendorong pengembangan ekonomi desa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Talent Management and Employee Engagement on the Company's Competitiveness at Hotel Sangga Buana. The research method used a quantitative approach with an associative design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 47 employees and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results showed that Talent Management and Employee Engagement have a positive and significant effect on the Company's Competitiveness, with a simultaneous contribution of 52.3%. These findings indicate that effective talent management and high employee engagement are key factors in enhancing a company's competitiveness in the hotel industry.

Abstract

Studi ini memiliki tujuan yaitu bagaimana strategi pemasaran di batik kauman solo berdampak terhadap keputusan pelanggan dalam membeli suatu produk serta harga yang ditawarkan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif pada penelitian ini.  Studi mengevaluasi  kaitan dari instrumen strategi pemasaran baik itu produk yang berkualitas. Penawaran harga serta peran pelanggan dalam memutuskan pembelian, Populasi sebanyak 5000 orang para konsumen batik Kauman Solo dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang. Penelitian survei keseluruhan data dikumpulkan dan disebarkan kepada seluruh konsumen yang menggunakan kuesioner untuk melihat dan mengukur pendapat mereka tentang dampak bagi keputusan pembelian pelanggan atas kualitas produk dan harga batik kauman. Koefisien determinan menunjukkan 57.1% dari hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan tanggapan yang positif dan baik oleh karenanya bias dikonklusikan memiliki pengaruh yang cukup kuat antara kualitas produk dan harga bagi keputusan pembelian. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa keputusan pembelian merupakan faktor kunci keterlibatan konsumen pada batik kauman.   Dengan adanya temuan ini maka dapat meningkatkan peran pemasaran dalam mendukung kualitas produk dan harga  dengan  inklusif dalam menciptakan keputusan pembelian pada seluruh konsumen batik kauman solo.  Penelitian ini turut memberikan kontribusi dalam literatur bagaimana kualitas produk dan harga sangat bagus bisa memperkuat keputusan pembelian pada pelanggan batik Solo.

Abstract

This study maps the intellectual landscape of research at the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and knowledge management (KM) to clarify how the field has evolved, who shapes its development, and which themes dominate and emerge over time. A science-mapping study was conducted on 209 English-language journal articles indexed in Scopus (2015–2025). The dataset was analyzed using Biblioshiny to generate performance indicators, collaboration patterns, and thematic structures derived from keyword co-occurrence and factorial clustering. The results indicate a clear acceleration of KM–AI publications after 2020, signaling a shift from early exploratory work toward a rapidly expanding domain. Social-structure mapping shows that knowledge production is globally distributed but concentrated among a core set of countries, institutions, and author networks, with collaboration patterns shaping the diffusion of dominant topics. Conceptually, the field is organized around three interlinked streams: (i) AI-enabled decision support and analytics for KM, (ii) people- and leadership-related adoption dynamics influencing knowledge sharing and innovation, and (iii) governance and sustainability concerns associated with responsible knowledge processes and risk management. This study consolidates fragmented KM–AI scholarship into an integrated map, differentiates core versus peripheral streams, and proposes a focused research agenda that prioritizes mechanisms, boundary conditions, and evaluation approaches for AI-enabled KM in organizational settings.

Abstract

The research was conducted in an effort to develop the marketing with the aim of establishing pricing, place, and promotion in the industry. The methodology applied in this study is qualitative, using a case study framework that combines exclusive interviews with owners, managers, and employees. By focusing on these aspects of the marketing mix, batik entrepreneurs A comprehensive marketing plan allows businesses to effectively reach their target audience, drive sales and build a strong brand presence. Strategies include understanding customer needs through market research, using digital channels like social media for visibility, creating compelling content and messaging, investing in paid advertising to target specific demographics, and analyzing performance to refine the overall strategy for growth and customer loyalty. Therefore, based on considerations of competitive and sustainable prices, strategic and centralized location placement, and the implementation of targeted and comprehensive promotional activities, it is expected that the quality of marketing in the batik industry can run effectively and efficiently through strengthening the development of a targeted and centralized marketing mix carried out by business actors. This approach clearly involves market segmentation, targeting, and positioning in order to adjust strategies to meet and complement needs and preferences. By focusing on these aspects of the marketing mix, batik entrepreneurs can effectively reach their target audience, increase sales, and build a strong brand presence in the market. A strategy that is able to stimulate customer buying interest is a very essential part in creating a diverse buyer community that always becomes a sustainable customer who participates in building and developing segmentation and sales targets for batik products in the region. In this study it was found developing marketing built through price, place and promotion in industry as a very important strategy in efforts to design and effective marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
