Abstract

In a digital era like this that has a big impact on implementing work professionalism, it is necessary to organize apparatus resources that not only understand work but are also able to use digital well. This study aims to find out the picture of the professionalism of employees in the PUPR Secretariat of Gowa Regency. This research is descriptive by using qualitative methods and approaches to find out the picture of the professionalism of the work of employees in the PUPR secretariat of Gowa Regency. The number of informants in this study is 3 people, namely 1 Head of Service, and 2 from the Head of Sub-Division. The data collection techniques used are observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique in this study uses data collection techniques, condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing funds. The results of this study show that the professionalism of employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Gowa Regency is in the "Good" category, this can be seen in each dimension, namely indicators of employee skills, it is good to see from employees who have skills that help their work process such as communication skills, governance skills in working creatively and innovatively. Competency indicators are good as evidenced by the existence of training on knowledge in doing work and competence in running software such as Microsoft Word and Excel. The indicator of employee loyalty is good, as evidenced by the cooperation between employees and leaders is good without any distinction so that employees are loyal to their agencies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Application of Transformational Leadership Style of the Head of Apparatus Performance and Awards in the Regional Civil Service Agency of South Sulawesi Province. The approach and type of research used are qualitative approaches and descriptive research types, while the informants in this study are the Sub-Coordinator of each Apparatus Performance and Awards Division and employees of the Apparatus Performance and Awards Division at the Regional Civil Service Agency of South Sulawesi Province. The data collection techniques carried out are using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of this study show that all indicators used in the research on the Implementation of Transformational Leadership Style of the Head of Apparatus Performance and Awards at the Regional Civil Service Agency of South Sulawesi Province are classified as good. The indicators in question are Ideal Influence which is classified in the good category which is supported by always respectful behavior, more concerned with work than personal affairs, and communicating well in terms of making decisions. Inspirational Motivation is classified as a good category which is supported by consistent behavior in providing motivation, in conveying something achieved enthusiastically, an effective vision, and in building good cooperation with employees. Intellectual Stimulation is classified as a good category which is supported by the behavior of developing ideas from employees, providing solutions to problems, and encouraging employees to be creative and innovative. Paying Attention to Individuals is classified as good because of their behavior in giving advice, implementing a personal approach, listening to every suggestion or problem of subordinates well, and paying attention to the needs of employees

Abstract

Learning achievement is the outcome achieved by students consisting of knowledge, skills and attitudes as a result of experience and education received individually. Success can be achieved through the learning activities carried out. Learning achievement is the level of success in learning, it is one way to measure how well students participate in education in school. Learning and the environment are two things that cannot be separated from each other, the learning environment is the place where learning takes place and externally affects the continuity of activities. This study discusses how the learning environment affects the learning outcomes of SMK Negeri 1 Wajo students. This research is quantitative showing cause and effect. The sample in this study is 90 samples with a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques are carried out using questionnaires, observations and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study show that the learning environment in the teaching and learning process of SMK Negeri 1 Wajo is in the "Good" category with 3 indicators in it, namely the school environment, family environment and community environment. Meanwhile, student achievement is in the "adequate" category based on indicators, namely the average student report card score. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, the relationship between variables and the level of strong relationship
