Abstract

Online learning is an alternative learning that is carried out during the Corona pandemic season. Although not as unbalanced as expected, this learning needs to be done, in order to reduce the number of corona patients. The aim of this research is to describe the effectiveness of the learning of the junior high school students' counseling guidance subject. The method used is a qualitative method. Researchers take data from students through online interviews, photos, and questionnaires. The data is processed by sorting the data, and analyzing the data. The data were taken from SMP Bani Taqwa Bekasi. A total of 21 junior high school students grade VII and VIII The results showed that online learning guidance counseling online learning in BK subjects at Bani Taqwa Middle School went quite well, 74% of students were happy to follow online, learning had used the right online application, students could argue constraints well ,. There is a good two-way communication. However, there are still some obstacles and problems. There are 26% who do not feel happy learning darng, this is due to several factors such as boredom, readiness to use applications, internet networks and the ability to use online applications. The author suggests that online application training is needed, additional rest hours, increased interesting learning as well as a continuous learning program.

Abstract

Students were said to have been able to learn independently if they have been able to carry out learning tasks without dependence on others. Basically, independence was the behavior of individuals who are able to take the initiative, able to overcome obstacles or problems. Likewise, digital literacy was needed for online learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of independence on learning outcomes. The effect of digital literacy on online learning outcomes and the influence of independence and digital literacy on online learning outcomes for Object Oriented Programming (PBO) subjects in SMK students. The method used is a quantitative method. The data is processed with SPSS 22. The results of the study, there was an influence of independence on learning outcomes, there was an influence of digital literacy on online learning outcomes and there was an influence of independence and digital literacy on online learning outcomes for Object Oriented Programming (PBO) subjects in vocational students

Abstract

Lifestyle and achievement motivation is very important in the advancement of one's academic achievement then this study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle and the simultaneous of an academic achievement teachers who became a master student of XYZ University Jakarta. The samples in this research is a master student  of XYZ University Jakartathe profession as a teacher has a population of 90 people.  This study uses a quantitative research approach by means of two questionnaires distributed to spread the lifestyle questionnaire and achievement motivation. While the students' academic achievement measured by IPK. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis obtained by the regression equation Y = 0264 + 0721 X1 X2. With R2 = 0778, Fhitung = 66.6944; at 0:00 significance level <0.05 indicating that simultaneous lifestyle and achievement motivation affects academic achievement.Key Word: Life Style, Achievement Motivation, Academic Achievement.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilatarbelakangi pentingnya pendidikan karakter para siswa, agar mereka dapat mencapai tujuan hidupnya kelak. Penyuluhan ini dirasakan penting, sebab masih banyak karakter menyimpang yang dilakukan oleh anak dibawah umur. Baik itu nilai – nilai kesusilaan dan moral. Tujuan penyuluhan ini, untuk meningkatkan dan memperkuat pola pendidikan karakter pada guru SMP dengan cara pembiasaan dan menjadi tauladan bagi para siswa. Data dikumpulkan dalam catatan harian/jurnal harian. Sedangkan contoh tauladan dapat dicatat dalam RPP dan buku laporan harian guru. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan tatap muka berbasis protokol kesehatan, pemberian materi, praktik dan pendampingan, serta evaluasi dan wawancara tiap semester Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 16 guru bidang studi dan staf tata usaha sebanyak 4 orang pada SMP Yadika 4 Kota Bekasi. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan new normal dimana diterapkan protokol kesehatan yang ketat, agar pelaksanaan berjalan dengan baik dan aman. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berlangsung dari bulan Agustus sampai dengan September 2020. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan pada hasil soal studi kasus yang telah diberikan oleh tim kepada para guru, nampak rata-rata hasil dari evaluasi sebesar 78 (kategori baik), dari hasil wawancara menunjukkan para guru kurang konsisten dalam menanamkan karakter, namun setelah diadakan kegiatan ini, mereka lebih percaya diri dan termotivasi. Para orang tua juga harus membantu pembentukan karakter para siswa, agar siswa merasa diperhatikan dan selalu membiasakan karakter dirumah maupun disekolah.

Abstract

This study discusses the difference between thesis and dissertation according to various sources. Then how to determine a good title, especially for a thesis title. Furthermore, based on a sample of 1052 titles in a graduate program in Jakarta XYZ studied with methods of descriptive findings indicate that the initial tendency to use the word, then the dependent variable and the independent variables are in use. Besides, there is a tendency that is less varied methodologies, and new allegations of an error derived sequentially. There are still relatively thin presence of plagiarism that marked the memorable quote rewrite its source in the bibliography. However, they all meet the weight requirements assessed as scientific papers thesis. Based on the interim findings made several suggestions for improvement in order to improve the quality of the content of the research on the above thesis.

Abstract

Literasi keuangan mempunyai peran penting dalam isu strategis ekonomi pada era digital. Pemahaman masyarakat terhadap literasi  masih minim. Begitu pula dengan para siswa SMK. Pembelajaran literasi keuangan di sekolah masih berkisar tentang teori dan sedikit praktek. Untuk itu kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam penguatan literasi keuangan sangat penting. Metode pengabdian masyarakat menggunaka metode penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Adapun mitra pengabdian maysrakat adalah SMK Insan Mulia Kota Bekasi, khususnya program studi teknik kendaraan ringan. Jumlah siswa yang ikut program ini sebanyak 42  siswa. Kegiatan berlangsung dari bulan april sampai dengan Juni  2021. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah nilai praktek  66.2 dan nilai teori 73. siswa sudah merasa lebih percaya diri dalam mengelola keuangan, khususnya pada dana usaha. Para siswa lebih hati-hati dalam penerapan usaha. Lebih banyak memperhitungkan resiko dan dampaknya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of digital literacy and motivation in increasing employee productivity at PT. Cahaya Abadhi Sedjahtera Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. The research method used is qualitative. By means of observation, documentation, and interviews. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. Cahaya Abadhi Sedjahtera. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that based on the results of the study, it can be obtained that work motivation is a stage of increasing work productivity where employees are actually more productive at work. With work motivation and digital literacy, employees get more enthusiasm and encouragement to work so that employees can do their work more productively. By working more productively, it will increase income both for the company and for the employees themselves. The income in question is the result of cooperation between the company and the employees who are increasingly improving their skills at work..

Abstract

Talents and interests are things that are not easy to formulate for the development of high school students. Grade 12 students who are ending their studies need basic referrals for parents and students. The purpose of this study is to map the intelligence and talents possessed by students before graduating from high school (SMA), and to analyze the interests possessed by students. The respondents of this study were 12th grade high school students in the city of Tangerang. The number of respondents was 102 students. The research method used is descriptive statistical method. Based on the results of the study, students who have multiple intelligences of mathematical logic as many as 30 students achieve a percentage of 28.8%, while the smallest is interpersonal as many as 3 students by 2.5%. The implication of this research is that schools and teachers and parents of students can use these results as a reference for learning styles and specializations in a particular field, when they continue their studies and the field of work they will be involved in

Abstract

Menulis masih merupakan kegiatan yang memerlukan tuntunan dan penyuluhan. Para siswa masih merasa belum optimal dalam menulis. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan keteramplan menulis cerpen pada siswa SMPN Terbuka 23 Bekasi. Metode kegiatan meliputi teori dan praktek. Siswa diberikan pendampingan selama proses penulisan. Proses dilakukan selama 3 bulan. Siswa yang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 19 siswa. Evaluasi berdasarkan kualitas penulisan, jumlah kata dan ketuntasan menulis. Terdapat 14 siswa yang mampu menuntaskan penulisan cerpen. Hasil penulisan cerpen mampu membawa siswa menjadi insan yang berbakat dalam menulis. Siswa tidak ragu dan malu untuk menulis cerpen. Sekolah dapat memberikan program lanjutan dan pelatihan lain seperti membaca puisi, agar siswa lebih unggul dalam penulisan cerita pendek. Writing is still an activity that requires guidance and counseling. The students still feel not optimal in writing. The purpose of this activity is to provide counseling and short story writing skills to students of SMPN 23 Bekasi Open. Activity methods include theory and practice. Students are provided with assistance during the writing process. The process was carried out for 3 months. Students who participated in this activity as many as 19 students. Evaluation based on the quality of writing, the number of words and the completeness of writing. There were 14 students who were able to complete short story writing. The results of writing short stories are able to bring students to become talented people in writing. Students do not hesitate and are embarrassed to write short stories. Schools can provide advanced programs and other training such as reading poetry, so that students excel in writing short stories

Abstract

The rapid development of technology makes students have to continue to adapt to various things related to digital. Digital abilities (digital skills) and digital literacy if they are not properly prepared will affect the psychology of students both directly and indirectly. The research method used is a quantitative method. Respondents were 142 junior high school students who attended 2 junior high schools in Bekasi district. The assumption test used is the normality test and homogeneity test. The data is processed with SPSS 20, using tests, and tests. The results of the research are that there is an influence of digital skills on student psychology. There is an influence of digital skills on student psychology and there is an influence of digital skills and digital literacy together on the psychology of junior high school students in Bekasi district, West Java. Children's psychology can be maintained by means of active dialogue and discussion between teachers and children, and parents and students.
