Abstract

The activity aims to introduce marketing strategies with the concept of school promotion through workshops (basic training) to increase students' interest in being creative through directed steps with strategic marketing concepts: awareness, interest, desire and action of customers or potential customers. The training activities were attended by 126 students of SMKN 2 Kalianda through product advertisement video sessions and digital marketing strategy sessions. The product advertising video training and digital marketing strategy went well and received a good reception from SMKN 2 Kalianda as a PKM partner at the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. The competencies expected after the training are knowledge, skills and attitudes for the knowledge, skill and attitude product advertisement video sessions sequentially with an average value of 88%, 88% and 81% respectively. It can be stated that the competence of students is good and good enough to master video product advertisements. As for the digital marketing strategy session after the training, namely knowledge, skills and attitudes respectively, the average values are 91%, 90% and 89%, respectively. It can be stated that the competence of students is very good for mastering digital marketing strategies. If we look at the enthusiasm of the participants, we conclude that students from vocational high schools have great potential for technology-based mastery and digital marketing systems

Abstract

Hard skills are one of the important things for Vocational High School Students (SMK), this is because high school students are prepared to be ready to work, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. One of the hard skills is being able to use certain applications or software. Hard skills can be obtained apart from the learning process in class, they can also be obtained through training that can improve hard skills. This Community Service activity was carried out at SMK N Candipuro Lampung Selatan, with the aim of providing training to students related to using the appsheet to make simple financial applications, with the aim that students can find out how to make simple financial applications using an appsheet so that it can be used as one of the hard skills in the field technology

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan pada mitra sekolah binaan di SMA Negeri 2 Gedong Tataan. Program yang dilakukan adalah In house training peningkatan kompetensi public speaking yang melibatkan semua pengurus OSIS dan perwakilan siswa kelas X dan XI sesuai program kerja yang disetujui oleh pihak sekolah.  Permasalahan yang dialami oleh mitra yaitu: belum optimalnya kemampuan public speaking untuk menunjang kepemimpinan yang berkualitas dalam organisasi di sekolah. Solusi yang diusulkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah peningkatan softskill bagi siswa terpilih untuk mengikuti bimbingan dan pelatihan public speaking dalam keterampilan berbicara. Target luaran dari kegiatan PKM Sekolah Binaan ini adalah 1) peningkatan kemampuan siswa yang diukur melalui kuesioner, 2) artikel publikasi di jurnal ABDIMAS terakreditasi nasional, 3) artikel berita kegiatan yang dishare di media massa online,  dan 4) video kegiatan di link youtube LPPM Teknokrat
