This research departs from the problem of discussions on Foreign Workers (TKA) and China's claims to parts of the North Natuna Sea (LNU) area. Actively several parties who are considered state actors, such as government officials and non-state actors such as politicians, academics, and also ordinary people shape this discourse. The research method used integrates text semiotic methods with post-structuralist securitization concepts. Semiotics is used to select and analyze signs in text and non-text form as well as post-structuralist securtization as a model in analyzing these signs.These actors produced a number of signs (signs) in the form of indices, icons and symbols which were narrated both orally and in writing to represent the discourse of the "Chinese Threat" in the Natuna and Foreign Workers (TKA) cases. The results of the analysis show that the signs produced in the Natuna case by government elites (state actors) are the same as non-government elites (non-state actors). The government is directing the Natuna case as a securitization issue. Different facts were obtained in the case of Chinese foreign workers. Non-government elites (non-state actors) have the same view that this problem must be considered as a threat and included in the securitization process. Several social signs such as the death of Indonesian workers, wage discrimination, and arbitrary treatment should be used by the government to frame the case of foreign workers as a discourse of securitization. On the other hand, government elites (state actors) construct a narrative that Chinese foreign workers are in accordance with statutory regulations.

Abstrak Salah satu mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam yang dipelajari siswa mulai dari Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI), MTS, MA hingga perguruan tinggi adalah pembelajaran SKI. Mempelajari SKI bermanfaat agar siswa dapat mengenal, memahami dan menghayati berbagai kisah sejarah kebudayaan Islam. Tujuan mempelajari SKI adalah untuk membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan tentang sejarah Islam dan budaya Islam. Dengan cara ini, menanamkan dan membina penghayatan, nilai dan makna yang ada pada sejarah sehingga siswa mamput menerapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang berkaitan dengan ajaran Islam berdasarkan pengetahuan berbagai fakta sejarah yang ada, membentuk kepribadian dan karakter yang baik dalam diri siswa dengan mencontoh tokoh-tokoh teladan sejarah Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu “analisis isi” dengan data-data yang diambil dalam kisah-kisah teladan Nabi Muhammad yang terdapat pada pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di MI Kelas 5. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu agar dapat mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai moderasi agama apa saja yang dapat diambil dari kisah teladan pada buku Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam MI.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pembiasaan baik di Madrasah berperan dalam pembentukan karakter religius dan toleransi siswa di jenjang madrasah ibtidaiyah. Penelitian ini akan mengeksplorasi bagaimana pembiasaan yang dilakukan di Madrasah dan juga bagaimana dampaknya terhadap peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Etnografi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek yang digunakan adalah para peserta didik di MINU KH Mukmin Sidoarjo. Teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwasanya MINU KH Mukmin menanamkan nilai karakter religius dan toleransi kepada peserta didik melalui pembiasaan di madrasah. Pembiasaan tersebut diantaranya yakni pembacaan kitab sulam safina, pembiasaan sholat jum’at bagi laki-laki, dan mengaji kitab akhlaqul banat untuk perempuan pada kelas 4,5, dan 6. Selain itu, terdapat kegiatan lain yang menunjang pembentukan karakter tersebut seperti kegiatan belajar mengajar dan ekstrakurikuler.

Kurikulum merdeka memiliki makna sebagai kurikulum yang mana dapat membuat siswa untuk menentukan minat serta bakat mereka, dalam hal pembelajaran beriferensiasi contohnya yang mana guru akan mengelomokkan secara sendiri dengan melihat bagaimnaa gaya belajar siswa. Analisis dengan nilai karakter kreatif pada buku ajar Bahasa Indonesia kelas 2 di Sekolah Dasar ini adalah tujuannya agar mengetahui bagaimana nilai kreatif yang dimiliki masing-masing siswa dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas 2 ini. Dalam hal artikel penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu dengan menemukan buku Bahasa Indonesia kelas 2 Sekolah Dasar dengan mengumpulkan suatu data-data yang ada. Hasil dari adanya penelitian analisis nilai karakter pada buku Bahasa Indonesia ini adalah bagaimana dengan siswa yang diharapkan untuk dapat berkreatif dengan apa yang mereka bisa, dalam artian setiap bab pada buku Bahasa Indonesia kelas 2 Kurikulum merdeka ini menghimbau untuk siswa memiliki karakter yang kreatif karena dengan memiliki nilai karakter tersebut pula akan menjadikan siswa menjadi pemikiran yang luas dan menciptakan ide-ide yang baru. Dan dengan memiliki karakter kreatif pula semakin banyak manfaat yang dapat dipetik oleh para peserta didik, dengan mereka dapat melakukan sesuatu yang nantinya akan mendatangkan suatu kemanfaatan di masa mendatang bagi mereka sendiri

This study analyzes social cognition on TSM (structured, systematic, and massive) narrative created by the lawyers of the presidential election pair (paslon) 2 during the 2019 presidential election dispute hearing at the Constitutional Court (MK). The representation of social cognition is in the form of knowledge which includes the principles of "substantive justice". The research method used refers to linguistic forensics based on Teun A. van Dijk's Critical Discourse Analysis (AWK) approach. The data were transcripts of court conversations made by the Constitutional Court (MK). This study found that the social cognition of the team of lawyers for the 2nd presidential candidate pair is a representation of the principle of substantive justice. This principle consists of four pieces of knowledge, namely the rationality of substantive courts, honesty and abuse of power by government officials, the objectivity of the constitutional court, the impartiality of the government and election organizers. This principle was used by the team of lawyers for the presidential election pair 2 to encourage MK judges not only to recount the votes but also to investigate TSM violations that were allegedly committed by the presidential election candidate pair 1.

This study aims to analyze the moral education values contained in the literacy comic “Bahagianya Saling Memaafkan”. This comic combines visual appeal with a compelling narrative to effectively deliver moral messages. The research employs a library research method and content analysis to explore moral themes in the story and illustrations. The findings reveal that the comic encapsulates moral education values, including sincerity, affection, empathy, self-control, and social harmony. These values are conveyed through a family-centered narrative that resonates with local culture and illustrations that visually reinforce moral messages. The comic is relevant to moral education in Indonesia as it reflects Pancasila values, such as humanity and social justice. Additionally, it serves as an innovative and engaging learning medium to boost youth literacy and reading interest. With its attractive format and educational content, this comic supports not only theoretical moral teaching but also facilitates readers in internalizing these values into their daily lives.

Elections are among the most significant political events in a democratic country, where the legitimacy to exercise power is granted to elected political officials. The mass media can serve as an arena where various political actors compete for public attention and seek to influence public opinion. This study aims to identify conceptual metaphorical elements in the opinion columns of the online mass media platform JawaPos.com. The research is situated within the field of linguistics, as discourse and mass media both utilize language as an instrumental tool. This study employs a linguistic approach, utilizing note-taking techniques for data collection and referential methods for data analysis. The research concludes that the syntactic elements of discourse within opinion columns contain conceptual metaphorical elements that function as a form of mind control. The audience, as listeners and readers, negotiates with their thoughts, experiences, and intuitions in response to opinions written by experts and published in particular mass media.

This study analyzes woman discrimination in Oscar Wilde’s The Picture of Dorian Gray and finds that the role of women has been marginalized in the eyes of men. Using a descriptive and dramatic method through which the researcher takes a look at the action as well as speech of the characters in the novel, the study finds that women are discriminated against because of objectification of women, oppression of women’s voices, emotional abuse as well as manipulation, and society's expectations and standards. Through this study, the researcher is in considerable hope that it will contribute to the development of literary studies, especially in the area of feminism.

Kolaborasi Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Timur dengan World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH) dalam penanganan kesehatan ikan di tahun 2022 membawa pertanyaan mengapa kolaborasi itu dilakukan antara DKP Jatim dan organisasi yang memonitor Kesehatan hewan di dunia agar terbebas dari wabah dan penyakit. Kolaborasi ini diinisiasi oleh kesepakatan Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia dengan WOAH dalam rangka Performance Veterinary Services (PVS) pathway. Kolaborasi ini juga dilaksanakan karena potensi perikanan yang besar di Jawa Timur baik itu secara budidaya maupun industrinya. Kolaborasi ini membawa dua tujuan yakni kesehatan dan pembangunan sektor perikanan yang berkelanjutan. Dengan pendekatan One Health yang selaras dengan SDG ’s 3 Good Health & Well Being. Diharapkan kolaborasi ini dapat menjaga kesehatan yang mencakup kesehatan ikan, manusia,dan lingkungan. Di sektor ekonomi, Pembangunan sektor perikanan yang berkelanjutan selaras dengan blue economy yang mendukung SDG’s 14 life below water yang mana memanfaatkan potensi kelautan yang ada secara berkelanjutan.

This article identifies digital citizenship texts on the web www.c2o-libarary.net. These texts are analyzed using the concept of digital citizenship which was conceptualized by Westheimer and Kahne (2004), namely “personally responsible citizens”, “participatory citizens”, and “justice-oriented citizens”. These digital citizenship texts are narratives about individual and community activism in cyberspace which are uploaded via www.c2o-libarary.net. Each subject of the author tries to construct activism as a form of critically disseminating information and knowledge to other communities but with a narrative that is easy to understand and digest. The writer's knowledge and interaction in the Surabaya space is a determining factor in the narratives that are published in the media. In the end, the published narrative becomes a collection of concepts and ideas that can guide the government and the people of Surabaya to move forward and better life.
