Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is entitled "The Method of Learning Morals According to K.H. Ahmad Dahlan and Its Relevance to Moral Learning in Islam Review of Indonesian Language Discourse". The purpose of this study is to find out and understand the concept of morals and the method of learning morals taught by K.H. Ahmad Dahlan, and to explain the relevance between the concept and method to moral learning in Islam. The method used in this study is library research, by collecting data from primary and secondary sources, including books and articles about K.H. Ahmad Dahlan. The results of the study show that K.H. Ahmad Dahlan emphasized the importance of adhering to the Qur'an and Sunnah in everyday life, and used the habituation method in teaching morals to his students. The concept of morals and the method of learning morals according to K.H. Ahmad Dahlan are relevant to the principles of morals in Islam, which shows the harmony between his teachings and broader Islamic values. This research is expected to contribute to the understanding of morals and moral learning methods in the context of Islamic education, as well as adding to the intellectual treasury of K.H. Abstract

Abstract This research was motivated by 2 (two) things, namely the decline in character education (exemplary) of PBSI FKIP Pasundan University students and students' difficulties in writing essays. So, the aim of this research is to re-build the foundation for character education for PBSI FKIP students at Pasundan University in the fifth semester through the example of K. H. Ahmad Dahlan in learning to write essays. The research method used is an experimental method in the form of a quasi experimental design (quasi experiment). The research design used was the matched-only pretest-posttest control group. The results of this study showed that the average score of the experimental class before using the Jigsaw type cooperative learning method, the pre-test score was 64, the quality score was B-, between 2.41 to 2.41. 2.70, and good category. After using the Jigsaw type cooperative learning method, we got a score of 86, a quality score of A-, between 3.41 to 3.41. 3.70, and very good category. Meanwhile for the control class, before using the conventional method, the pre-test score was 61, the quality score was B-, between 2.71 to 2.71. 3.00, and good category. After using the conventional method, we got a score of 70, a quality score of B, between 2.71 to 2.71. 3.00, and good category. Next, in the experimental class, refer to the results ttable = 2.045, it turns out that tcount > from ttable, namely 11.64 > 2.045. Meanwhile, in the control class, the result was ttable = 2.045, it turned out that tcount > ttable, namely 5.60 > 2.045. So, it can be concluded that learning to write essays in the experimental class which contains the example of K. H. Ahmad Dahlan using the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model is very significant, successful and more effective than using conventional methods in the control class. Abstract

This study analyzes the use of diction in da'wah writings delivered by two great scholars in the history of Islam in Indonesia, namely Ahmad Hassan and Ahmad Dahlan. The writings studied are Ahmad Hassan's writing entitled “High Modesty in Islam” and Ahmad Dahlan's writing entitled “The Unity of Human Life”. This research is focused on diction which is specialized again on the study of standard and substandard language, scientific words and popular words. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method that examines based on the phenomena written in the works of the two figures and described as a description of the results of the analysis. The results of this study indicate that the diction used by the two figures reflects differences but is still correlated because Ahmad Hassan uses more standard and scientific language diction so that the spread of da'wah can only be done to educated people or certain groups who study the science. Meanwhile, Ahmad Dahlan prefers standard and popular language diction so that the da'wah given through his writings can be accepted by all levels of society from the top to the bottom. This is evidenced by Ahmad Hassan Dahlan's use of popular words 10 diction while Ahmad Dahlan up to 18 diction but Ahmad Hassan's use of scientific words reached 5 diction while Ahmad Dahlan did not use scientific words.Keywords: Diction, Ahmad Hassan, Ahmad Dahlan, Da’wah.

Abstract

Malware is intentionally designed to damage computers, servers, clients or computer networks. Malware is a general term used to describe any program designed to harm a computer or server. The goal is to commit a crime, such as gaining unauthorized access to a particular system, so as to compromise user security. Most malware still uses the same code to produce another different form of malware variants. Therefore, the ability to classify similar malware variant characteristics into malware families is a good strategy to stop malware. The research is useful for classifying malware on malware samples presented as bytemap grayscale images. The malware classification research focused on 25 malware classes with a total of 9,029 images from the Malimg dataset. This research implements the VGG-16 and InceptionResNet-V2 architectures by running 2 different scenarios, scenario 1 uses the original dataset and the other scenario uses the undersampled dataset. After building the model, each scenario will get an evaluation form such as accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score. The highest score was obtained in scenario 2 on the VGG-16 method with a score of 94.8% and the lowest in scenario 2 on the InceptionResNet-V2 method with a score of 85.1%.

Abstract

Identify banana plant diseases using machine learning with the CNN method to make it easier to identify diseases in banana plants through leaf images. It employs the CNN method, incorporating ResNet50 because ResNet50 is one of the best models and a suitable model for the data set used, and the VGG-19 model is used because VGG-19 was one of the winning models of the 2014 ImageNet Challenge and is a model that also fits the data set used. The research objectives encompass data set processing, model architecture development, evaluation, and result reporting, all aimed at improving disease identification in banana plants. The ResNet50 model achieved impressive 94% accuracy, with 88% precision, 91% recall, and an F1 score of 89%, while the VGG-19 model demonstrated strong performance with 91% accuracy, surpassing previous research and highlighting the effectiveness of these models in identifying banana plant diseases through leaf images. In conclusion, the exceptional accuracy positions it as the preferred model for CNN-based disease identification in banana plants, offering significant advances and insights for agricultural practices. Future research opportunities include exploring alternative CNN models, architectural variations, and more extensive training datasets to improve disease identification accuracy.

Abstract

The Babak River is located in Bagu Village which is part of the Administrative Region of Pringgarata District, Central Lombok Regency, which is one of the areas where river flooding and drainage systems frequently occur. In analyzing the planned flood discharge of the Babak river by evaluating several parameters including daily maximum rainfall, planned rainfall, effective rainfall, planned flood unit hydrograph. The purpose of the planned flood discharge analysis is to evaluate the magnitude of the planned flood discharge at various return periods. Based on the background, the problem formulation in this research is to find out the magnitude of the base flow in the river basin and the magnitude of the planned flood discharge at various return periods of T years. After analyzing the rainfall data obtained at the BMKG (Meteorology and Geophysics Agency) West Lombok Regency office, the rainfall plan for various return periods using the Gumbel method is as follows: 2 years = 444,687; 5 years = 477,295; 10 years = 498.909 mm; 20 years = 519.342 mm; 25 years = 526.192 mm; 50 years = 546.424 mm; 100 years = 566.542 mm. Based on the Babak Watershed Characteristics data and data analysis, it was obtained that the base flow discharge in the Babak Weir River Gebong River area, Central Lombok Regency was = 5,289 m3/sec

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi keanggotaan berbasis web untuk Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah (PDM) Kota Batu. Sebelum implementasi, pengelolaan data keanggotaan dilakukan secara manual, yang menyebabkan ketidakkonsistenan, kesalahan, serta keterlambatan dalam pembaruan data. Sistem yang dikembangkan menawarkan solusi dengan mengintegrasikan pendaftaran, pembaruan data, manajemen anggota, serta penyajian informasi melalui dashboard. Pengujian User Acceptance Testing (UAT) menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang tinggi, terutama dalam aspek keandalan dan kemudahan penggunaan sistem. Pelatihan yang diberikan kepada pengurus juga berhasil meningkatkan literasi teknologi di kalangan pengguna. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi berbasis web ini mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan data keanggotaan serta meningkatkan partisipasi anggota dalam kegiatan organisasi.

Abstract

Research evolution and trends in computer vision (CV) are important for understanding the field’s land-scape. Trends show which topics are gaining attention, while evolution reveals how those topics change over time. Understanding both helps researchers gain insight into CV and anticipate emerging areas of focus. How-ever, the rapid growth of publications makes such detection challenging. This paper aims to detect research evolution and trends in CV using topic modeling (TM) and large language model (LLM) techniques. The study applies TM and LLM approaches to papers from leading CV conferences, Computer Vision and Pattern Recog-nition (CVPR), International Conference on Computer Vision (ICCV), and Winter Conference on Applications of Computer Vision (WACV), published between 2013 and 2023, totaling more than 21,000 papers, using only abstracts and titles. The TM methods used are Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) and Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers for Topic Modeling (BERTopic), which generate keywords that represent topics. LLMs then refine these topics to support better analysis. The results show that research evolution and trends are easier to identify from abstracts than from titles, with BERTopic outperforming LDA in internal va-lidity based on coherence metrics and external validity based on human judgment. In addition, the topics evolved from traditional image processing tasks in earlier years to a stronger focus on deep learning and, more recently, generative approaches. Integrating TM techniques with LLMs enhances the detection of evolving re-search themes and trends in CV. This approach provides a clearer understanding of the field's development and helps anticipate future directions.

Abstract

Study this aim for analyze and identify vulnerability existing security on AB and XY Service Websites in East Java. Contribution study this is give more understanding deep about type vulnerability specific security and its impact to field website security. Method research used involve data scanning, analysis vulnerabilities, and Brute Force experiments. A total of 2 samples of AB and XY Service Websites were analyzed For identify existing vulnerabilities the data. However so, necessary noted that method study this own a number of limitations. First, size sample used possible limited to AB and XY Service Websites in East Java only, so generalization results study against other websites needs done with be careful. Second, analysis statistics used only covers analysis descriptive, so study this not yet investigate linkages between existing variables. Although thus, results study show exists necessary weaknesses and vulnerabilities corrected on AB and XY Service Websites. A number of findings covers problem website configuration and handling vulnerability that is not adequate. With highlight specific susceptibility, research this give more understanding deep about threat security faced by AB and XY Service Websites. In context field website security, research this own implication important. With understand existing vulnerabilities on AB and XY Service Websites, steps repair proper security can take for protect sensitive data and improve protection security in a manner whole. Kindly whole, research this identify and analyze vulnerability security on AB and XY Service Websites, as well give more understanding Specific about type existing vulnerabilities. Although there are limitations in method study this is the result still give valuable insight in field website security and can become base for repair more security effective and more data protection on both the AB and XY Service Websites.

Abstract

Lingkar Sosial Indonesia, as a partner in this social service program, is a non-profit organization partner working on disability empowerment. The partner's main problem is the manual and illogical recording of data on Individuals with Special Needs (ISN) at the Disability Posyandu, which causes data to be easily lost and difficult to use for further planning programs. Posyandu activities have not been systematically structured, cadres' knowledge of promotive and preventive programs is limited, and socialization of job vacancies for people with disabilities is less than optimal. This program aims to develop technology-based solutions through the creation of a Disability Information System (Si-DIFA) that supports ISN data management, posyandu program development, educational information provision, and access to job vacancies specifically for people with disabilities. Program implementation includes five stages: (1) socialization and communication of needs, (2) training and application planning with technology experts, (3) creation and implementation of the Si-DIFA website, (4) mentoring and evaluation of cadre skills, and (5) continued planning through documentation and socialization. The results of the activity include the creation of a website-based application, namely, Si-DIFA, with features for ISN data collection, posyandu schedules, educational information, job vacancies, and statistical reports. A user manual has also been developed, tested with cadres, and socialization of its use has been conducted. This program has resulted in improved cadre skills, simplified recording and reporting, and expanded access to education for the community. Si-DIFA provides a strong managerial foundation for integrated health posts (Posyandu) for people with disabilities and has the potential to be replicated in other regions. The program has high potential for replication at other Posyandu for people with disabilities.
