Abstract

In the new normal era, the use of video conferencing technology has increased and become a new habit among Indonesians. However, despite a significant increase, the factors influencing the interest in reusing video conferencing technology after the new normal era are still in question. Thus, this study aimed to create a research model to explain factors influencing the interest in reusing video conferencing technology, including perceived ease of use, usefulness, self-efficacy, enjoyment, social influence, facilitating conditions, and user satisfaction. The population in this study was people who live in the Greater Jakarta area, with a total of 320 samples collected using the purposive sampling method through questionnaires on google forms. Then the data was processed using PLS. The results of data analysis using the structural equation modeling method show that self-efficacy and facilitating conditions have a positive effect on perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment and social influence have a positive effect on perceived usefulness, system quality has a positive effect on user satisfaction, perceived ease of use has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness has a positive effect on continuance intention, perceived usefulness has a positive effect on user satisfaction, and user satisfaction have a positive effect on continuance intention. However, perceived ease of use has an insignificant effect on continuance intention in reusing video conferencing technology.

Abstract

The recovery of culinary MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) due to the pandemic is still in the process of moving towards stability. Many MSMEs in Bandung, especially in the culinary sector, have experienced a decline in their business turnover. This research aims to analyze efforts to increase purchase satisfaction in the culinary sector in the city of Bandung based on consumer taste perceptions of purchase satisfaction which have an impact on repeat purchase decisions. The results of this research prove that consumer taste perception has a significant effect on purchase satisfaction. Apart from that, consumer taste perception has quite an influence on repurchase decisions, while purchase satisfaction has a significant influence on repurchase decisions. Consumer taste perception was found to have an indirect influence on purchasing decisions through purchase satisfaction. Overall, the results of this research indicate that consumer taste perception is able to influence repurchase decisions, both directly and indirectly through purchase satisfaction.

Abstract

The development of times and technology has driven the business ecosystem to become more dynamic. The ease of carrying out operations and business activities is a great opportunity for companies and entrepreneurs. A sustainable strategy is needed to ensure the long-term sustainability of business activities. The findings from this study are expected to determine whether there is influence of knowledge management, non-physical work environment, and organizational culture on business performance in the MSME industrial sector. From the results of this study, as for what the authors can conclude from several discussions, partially there is a significant influence and a very low relationship between Knowledge Management (X1) on Business Performance (Y), which is equal to 0.0650 or 6.5%, between Work Environment (X2) and Business Performance (Y), which is 0.0936 or 9.36%, between Organizational Culture (X3) and Business Performance (Y), which is 0.1705 or 17.05%. Simultaneously there is a significant influence and a strong relationship between Knowledge Management (X1), Non-Physical Work Environment (X2) and Organizational Culture (X3) on Business Performance (Y) with a contribution of 0.701 or 70.1%, and the rest has an influence other factors that can affect business performance is equal to 29.9%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of perceived usefulness and ease of use on interest in using the OVO digital wallet. This research uses associative research methods with data collection through surveys and non-probability sampling techniques. A total of 100 respondents were taken as samples in this research. The data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis for goodness of fit tests such as the t test, f test, and R2. The research results show that perceived usefulness and ease of use have a positive and significant influence on interest in using the OVO digital wallet. These findings indicate that perceived usefulness and ease of use are the factors that most influence interest in using the OVO digital wallet. Apart from that, the appearance of the features also has an important influence on application usage. An attractive appearance can increase consumer satisfaction and encourage further application use. Therefore, companies must continue to innovate to improve the appearance of application features and beautify them. Apart from the display features, the company must issue various promos, discounts and free vouchers to attract consumers to use the OVO digital wallet application. This can increase interest in using the application and strengthen the company's brand image. Apart from that, companies must consider good quality customer service and ensure that the application can always be used smoothly. Overall, this research provides useful information for companies in developing OVO digital wallet applications. By paying attention to perceived benefits, ease of use, feature display, and promotions, companies can increase interest in using the application.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the description and influence of Debt to Equity ratio, Price Earning Ratio, and Price to Book Value on Stock Returns. The object of this research is PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, the method used is descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were ten financial reports of PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk for the 2013-2022 period using a sampling technique, namely non-probability sampling, a saturated sample type. The results of this research show that the Debt-to-Equity Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value, Stock Returns fluctuate, tend to decrease, and are below standard. Based on the results of the determination test, it is known that partially the influence of the Debt-to-Equity Ratio is 13.4%, the influence of the Price Earning Ratio is 5%, the influence of Price to Book Value is 15.7% and the influence of the Debt-to-Equity Ratio, Price Earning Ratio and Price to Book Value simultaneously affect share returns of 58.8%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dan hubungan e-lifestyle, reuse intention pada pengguna Swork out di Bandung . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dekriptif dan kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Kriteria populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu berusia minimal 17 tahun, pengguna aplikasi work out dengan minimal 1 kali pemakaian berdomisili di Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan purposive sampling dan pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner offline dan online melalui google docs yang melibatkan 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yaitu regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa, e-lifestyle berpengaruh secara positif terhadap reuse intention dengan hasil skor sebesar 84,%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the state of work overload, work stress, and employee performance and to find out the magnitude of the influence of work overload, work stress, on employee performance in Public Sector Organizations, Health Sub-Sector, UPT Padasuka Community Health Center, Bandung City, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is a descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The population used in this research were all employees of the UPT Padasuka Health Center, Bandung City, totaling 62 people using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling by determining the sample based on the criteria for employees as medical personnel, amounting to 40 samples. Based on the research results, it was found that work overload and work stress were in the high category and employee performance was in the low category. Based on the results of the determination test, work overload has a 42.3% effect on employee performance, work stress has a 32.0% effect on employee performance, work overload and work stress have a 50.3% effect on employee performance. The partial research results have a tcount value of -4.043 > ttable -2.026 and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05 shows that work overload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, the tcount value is -2.870 > ttable -2.026 and the sig value. 0.007 < 0.05 indicates work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the Fcount value is 20.702 > Ftable 3.25 and the sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 indicates work overload and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study identifies the influence and measures the influence of marketing mix on student decisions to choose management study programs. The sample selected is random sampling of 76 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis. Partial results of Product, Price, Place & Promotion have no influence on student decisions in determining the choice of management study programs it can from the t-count < t-table. Proccess has a positive influence on the student decision in choosing management study programs from the t-count > t-table. The simultaneous results of Product, Price, Place, Promotion & Process, simultaneously have a positive influence on student decisions in determining the choice of management study program from the f-count > f-table. Adjusted R2 value is 0.184 or 18.4$, it means the marketing mix component affects the component of student decisions in choosing management study programs is 18.4%, while the remaining 81.6% of other things have not been studied.

Abstract

This research is motivated to help MSMEs to further advance their businesses by explaining how to sell through e-commerce and other social media, because initially business owners only sold at home and promoted orders only through the WhatsApp application. The method in this study consists of 5 stages, by understanding and carrying out each stage that has been made, it is expected to make better decisions and measure success that can be used as evaluation material. The results of this study can be conveyed by MSMEs Artflower by using the tokotalk application here business actors can be more free to market their products, one of which is to sell in their own store and can also use e-commerce media, one of which is the Shopee and Tokopedia applications.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaterbelakangi untuk membantu membuatkan strategi program pemasaran jasa pada TPA Al Hikmah Kampung Gunung Leutik Ciparay Kabupaten Bandung agar lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan ialah dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Wawancara yang dilakukan dalam mengumpulkan data penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara terstruktur. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disampaikan bahwa dengan adanya blueprint pelayanan Jasa, maka TPA Al Hikmah menjadi memahami proses bisnis dari kegiatan Jasanya, sehingga TPA AL Hikmah menjadi satu langkah lebih maju untuk mencapai servie excelent. Selain itu pengoptimalan sosial mediapun menjadi bagian dari proses bisnis.
