Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that support the increase in online purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace. These factors consist of Online Customer Rating, Online Customer Review, Price, and Free Shipping. The population in this study were all Shopee user consumers with an unlimited number. While the sample used was all Shopee user consumers in the Gunungpati area and its surroundings which were calculated using the lemeshow formula and obtained 100 respondents. The results of hypothesis testing state that the four variables (Online Customer Rating, Online Customer Review, Price, and Free Shipping) have an influence on online purchasing decisions in the shopee marketplace both partially and simultaneously. Testing the coefficient of determination produces findings where the variables online customer rating, online customer review, price, free shipping are able to influence online purchasing decisions in the Shopee application by 89.5%. While the remaining 10.5% is influenced by other variables. Keywords : , , , ,

Abstract

Plastic bottles are a problem in society because every bottled drink after drinking, will become bottle waste. Bottle waste takes a very long time to decompose with the soil. So it needs to get special treatment so that it can be useful. Family Empowerment and Welfare Wonolopo village have a program to collect plastic waste for environmental cleanliness. Behind this environmental cleanliness, it turns out that plastic bottles can be used as a medium in planting plant seeds such as chili seeds, eggplant seeds, and tomato seeds. This community service activity is expected to be able to increase the spirit of independence and economy in Family Empowerment and Welfare to be able to utilize bottle waste so that it can be useful both in planting plants and reducing waste. The results of this activity are expected to increase self-awareness of plastic bottle waste pollution to be utilized for useful things. In addition, Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) can also reduce the kitchen shopping budget by utilizing bottle waste as a medium for planting chili, eggplant, and tomato plants.

Abstract

This research aims to test how much influence factors have in increasing consumers' decisions to buy original shoes at the After-Disc Shoe Shop. The population in the research is all customers who buy Skechers shoes at the After store with unlimited consumers. The research sample consisted of 100 people who were calculated using the Lames haw formula, and the sampling method used the Accidental Sampling method. The data was processed using the SPSS version 22 application. The test results show that price plays a significant positive role in purchasing decisions. Additionally, store image has been proven to have a significant positive role in buying decisions. Product quality also plays a significant positive role in influencing purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination value is 73.7%, which means that purchasing decisions in this study are influenced by price variables, store image, and product quality. The remaining 26.3% is the influence of other variables. Simultaneous testing produces price, store image, and product quality, which together play a role in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

MSMEs have an important role in the Indonesian economy, but many have difficulty in effective digital promotion. The Canva application offers a practical solution for MSME players in creating attractive and professional visual content without requiring special design skills. This community service activity aims to train MSME players in Sambiroto Village, Tembalang, to utilize the Canva application as a promotional tool to increase sales. This training includes an introduction to Canva features, the use of templates, and basic design techniques that support product branding and marketing. The results showed that the training participants successfully understood and applied Canva in creating effective promotional content, increasing the visual appeal of products on social media. This increased understanding is expected to help MSME players expand their market and significantly increase the competitiveness of their products.

Abstract

This research tries to solve problems about the decision to use the Shopee application. This research reviews why students use the Shopee application for online transactions. Factors of ease, security, and trust influence the decision to use Shopee. This research is included in descriptive quantitative where the population is 5th and 7th semester students who use Shopee in management study programs on the ITESA Muhammadiyah Semarang campus, Karya Husada University, and Pandanaran University. Random sampling determined the sample, and 100 respondents were obtained. Data processing using SPSS v.25. The results of this study state that the three variables influence the decision to use Shopee. This research implies that the decision to use Shopee is very appropriate because it is easy to use, safe when transacting, and has high trust. As the marketplace leader in Indonesia, many students certainly use Shopee as their first choice.

Abstract

Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital is a business charity of Muhammadiyah Association in the field of health that was established and at the same time managed by the Regional Leaders of Muhammadiyah Semarang City.  In addition to having received many awards, the existence of this hospital was in a relatively short time known to the wider community, it was because of this trust that this medical center developed and turned into a type C hospital (RS. Roemani Muhammadiyah, 2022). Like a hospital as a public service facility in general, the purpose of its development is to improve the quality of public health, so it is not surprising that the quality of service is very concerned by every related party who visits. The method used is T2 Hotelling to see the process of controlling the quality of service services represented by five dimensions of quality such as physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy with 57 indicators and 240 respondents. The results obtained from the analysis are that there are no attributes that come out of the upper control limit or UCL.  Keywords: Quality control of service quality, T2 Hotelling.AbstrakRumah Sakit Roemani Muhammadiyah adalah sebuah badan usaha milik Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah di bidang kesehatan yang didirikan dan dikelola oleh Pimpinan Daerah (PEMDA) Muhammadiyah Kota Semarang. Selain telah mendapatkan banyak berbagai penghargaan, keberadaan rumah sakit dikenal luas oleh masyarakat di kota Semarang yang awalnya merupakan Balai pengobatan dan berubah bentuk menjadi Rumah Sakit tipe C (RS. Roemani Muhammadiyah, 2022). Layaknya rumah sakit sebagai sarana pelayananan publik pada umumnya tujuan pembangunannya dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat maka tidak heran pasti kualitas pelayanannya sangat diperhatikan oleh setiap pihak terkait yang berkunjung. Metode T2 Hotelling digunakan untuk mengukur pengendaliankualitas layanan jasa yang terbentuk dari indikator seperti bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati jasa dengan 57 indikator dan 240 responden. Hasil yang didapat dari analisis tersebut yaitu tidak ada atribut yang keluar dari batas pengendali atas atau UCL.  Kata kunci: Pengendalian mutu kualitas pelayanan, T2 Hotelling.

Abstract

Lele adalah ikan yang sering dikonsumsi masyarakat yang mudah dilakukan budidaya karena mampu bertahan dalam kondisi apapun. Sedangkan kangkung merupakan tanaman yang mudah dibudidayakan didalam air dan bisa dikonsumsi sehari-hari. Lele dan kangkung dapat dibudidayakan dalam satu tempat yang nantinya akan memiliki nilai ekonomis dan bisa menjadi konsumsi rumah tangga juga. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keilmuan kepada para warga RT 01 RW 03 Kelurahan Kedungmundu tentang bagaimana budidaya lele dan kangkung di lahan yang sempit dengan menggunakan ember. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan ekonomi warga RT 01 RW 03 Kelurahan Kedungmundu untuk dapat membudidayakan lele dan kangkung yang nantinya bisa dikonsumsi sendiri maupun dijual di sekitar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini warga RT 01 RW 03 Kelurahan Kedungmundu dapat mengaplikasikan dalam kehidupan karena tidak memerlukan lahan yang luas hanya memakai ember. Pelaku budidaya juga bisa memantau perkembangan lele dengan memberikan vitamin dan makanan agar pertumbuhan lele sehat dan cepat. Tanaman kangkung juga akan dapat nutrisi dari air tempat lele tersebut. Hal ini merupakan terobosan yang mutualisme.

Abstract

Canva and PIXLR are applications that can be operated through computers and smartphones. Many people have not been able to maximize the potential of this application to become a support in creating content in entrepreneurship. MSME players in the Ngaliyan Kendal urban village area, on average, have not used a combination of Canva and PIXLR applications in creating content to promote their products on social media and marketplaces. The Canva application in maximum use must be paid (pro) so that by combining the combination with the PIXLR application can get maximum results without having to pay (pro). This community service activity aims to provide knowledge to MSME players in the Ngaliyan village area on how to maximize the Canva application with PIXLR to produce good content without having to pay (pro). This community service activity is expected to be able to improve the skills of MSME players so that they can create the right content so that they can minimize costs and improve the performance of both themselves and their businesses. The results of this activity are that MSME players install and operate the Canva and PIXLR applications for every content creation. MSME players feel very helped because without having to subscribe to pay (pro) it turns out that they can get results almost equivalent to subscribing (pro).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Trinity Prima Abadi Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV Trinity Prima Abadi Semarang yang berjumlah 40 orang dan sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan CV Trinity Prima Abadi Semarang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh (sensus). Hasil pengujian hipotesis dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa ketiga variabel (gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja) memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengujian secara simultan menyatakan ketiga variabel secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ketiga variabel ini memiliki pengaruh sebesar 69,3% terhadap kinerja karyawan, sisanya 30,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
