Abstract

Organizational culture is something that affects all components of the organization, determines its identity, and can be used by members of the organization to guide their behavior. This study has a purpose, namely to determine the correlation between organizational culture, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of PDAM Nganjuk Regency employees. The type of quantitative research is the type of research used and the method used is the main data collection method. The main data obtained from the questionnaire. The number of samples used in this study were 40 employees of PDAM Nganjuk Regency using non-probability sampling. The analysis of this research was conducted using SPSS IBM 23 software. This study used data analysis techniques in the form of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and work motivation variables do not has a significant effect on the performance of some employees, while work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture, work motivation, and work discipline all have a significant effect on employee performance productivity.

Abstract

One of the important skills that must be possessed by HR in organizational life is interpersonal communication. In interpersonal communication, the relationship takes place face-to-face, so that feedback and responses from the interlocutor can be known. What is to be achieved in this study is to find out how important interpersonal communication is in building commitment, performance, and teamwork in farmer groups. As well as to determine the ability and willingness of the role of human resources in farmer groups to establish interpersonal communication in building commitment, performance, and teamwork.The research used is descriptive qualitative using case study method. Case study data can be obtained intensively from the parties concerned, and collected from various sources directly. The result is that understanding the meaning of interpersonal communication in building commitment, performance, and teamwork in Rosan Jaya farmer groups is very important. The ability of farmer groups and farmers to establish interpersonal communication so that each party can hold fast to the commitment, performance, and teamwork as a common goal has become a habit for a long time. The willingness of farmer groups and farmers to make sacrifices in order to maintain commitment, performance, and teamwork is quite good.

Abstract

The background of this research is that buying decision research needs to be done to find out how much influence the use of social media, discounted prices and excellent service have. So that it can be used to reach the target market and increase sales. This study uses a sample of 40 people who make up the whole population. The source of the data used is primary data obtained directly by giving questionnaires to buyers of Canon brand cameras at RCK Stores as respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis method in SPSS for windows version 25. The conclusion of this research is (1) The use of social media partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Canon brand cameras. (2) The partial price discount has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Canon brand cameras. (3) Partially excellent service has no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Canon brand cameras. (4) The use of social media, discounted prices and excellent service simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Canon brand cameras.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze whether the variables of product quality, quality place, and brand image have an effect on purchasing decisions at Peh Kopi Kediri. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach using the type of causality associative research technique. The data was collected using a questionnaire which was distributed directly to 40 consumers of Peh Kopi Kediri using accidental sampling technique. This study was analyzed using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with SPSS For Windows Version 21 software to process the data. This study found that the variables of product quality, quality place, and brand image had a positive and significant partial and simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at Peh Kopi Kediri.

Abstract

The background of this research is an institution of State Senior High School 2 Pare, Kediri Regency, on average with graduates from Teacher Education and employees it must be required to have at least a State High School/Equivalent to Bachelor Degree with the major required by the agency. The success and success of school staff at the 2 Pare State Senior High School, Kediri Regency, is an appreciation for employees and not far away from the favorite schools in Pare and its surroundings. Apart from that, the school has a good performance of staff and teaching staff. In this approach available is quantitative. This is used because the data obtained is in the form of numbers. The quantitative method is research that is guided by the philosophy of positivism to examine a certain population or sample and take a random sample by collecting data using statistical data analysis tools. Further research, it is necessary to conduct further research on factors other than educational background, work experience, and work ethic because these three factors in carrying out the employee performance variable get a result of 87% so there is still 13% of employee performance in senior high schools 2 Pare This is because in this study there are still variables or other aspects that can affect employee performance. And I suggest choosing the factors of work loyalty and work motivation.

Abstract

 In facing competition in this era of globalization, companies are required to work more efficiently and effectively in order to maximize the expansion of the business world and improve employee performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze (1) Incentives have a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Shop employees. (2) Discipline has a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees. (3) Work experience has a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees. (4) Incentives, Discipline, and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees. The population in this study were the employees of the Friends of Nganjuk Building Materials Store. Respondents in this study were 40 using the total sampling method. And analyzed by Multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS Version 29 application. The conclusions from this study are (1) Incentives partially have a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees. (2) Discipline partially has a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees. (3) Work experience partially has a significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk Anyar Store employees. Abstract

Abstract

This paper explores the Tarek Pukat Culture from Aceh to interpret local wisdom-based leadership performance practices for coastal communities in Indonesia. The informants were five fishermen on Ujong Blang Beach, Lhokseumawe, North Aceh. Alfred Schutz's phenomenological research approaches through in-depth interviews. This study shows that fishermen consider the meaning of loyalty not limited to material gain or position at work, but also presents a new view of the values of wisdom in human resource management strategies. Tarek Pukat's dance and poetry represent a strategy to maintain their enthusiasm and loyalty based on spiritual values. The unique character which is not included in conventional leadership concepts recommends increasing leadership strategies with the meaning of Tarek Pukat Culture to the community, especially coastal communities in Indonesia. Community groups can achieve sustainable performance as large as transformational leadership even though pursuing material gain is not their main goal to maintain their loyalty to community groups, especially in coastal areas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pada Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Karya Utama yaitu adanya kuantitas karyawan yang masih dinilai kurang untuk menunjang penyelesaian tugas pekerjaan agar sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditetapkan sehingga pekerjaan menumpuk di akhir bulan, ditemukan redahnya kualitas kerja yang dihasilkan karyawan yaitu ada beberapa pekerjaan yang dihasilkan masih kurang optimal. Agar KPRI Karya Utama dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya maka pihak koperasi harus memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan KPRI Karya Utama Kecamatan Tarokan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 32 karyawan dianalisis menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis dengan software SPSS for windows 26. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu, (1) motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) motivasi kerja disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan KPRI Karya Utama Kecamatan Tarokan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh: 1) kedisiplinan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai. 2) kemampuan kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai. 3) kompensasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai. 4) kedisiplinan, kemampuan kerja, dan kompensasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian korelasi pendekatan kuantatif.  Sampel sebanyak 40 pegawai, teknik total sampling.  Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yaitu regresi linear berganda uji-t dan uji-F. Hasil penelitain disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai sig. 0,005 < 0,05 atau Ha diterima. 2) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai sig. 0,006 < 0,05 atau Ha diterima. 3) Tidak ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai sig. 0,093 > 0,05 atau Ha ditolak. 4) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kedisiplinan, kemampuan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 atau Ha diterima.
