Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin, stres, lingkungan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian hubungan kausal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 40 karyawan yang dipilih menggunakan metode analisis multivariete. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungani secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin, stres, dan lingkungan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh punishment, kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 51 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 23. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, memperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal tersebut terbukti bahwa punishment, kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan tolak ukur mengevaluasi perusahaan terkait punishment, kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terkait dengan kinerja karyawan. Disarankan agar pihak perusahaan lebih memperhatikan lagi untuk pemberian punishment kepada karyawan, karena punishment yang baik dan tepat dapat memberikan motivasi dan dorongan kepada karyawan untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kinerjanya. Pemberian kompensasi dalam memberikan bonus agar karyawan tetap semangat dalam bekerja serta gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan dengan mengurangi tingkat kesalahan atau penyimpangan kerja dari karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the benefits of social media in supporting the implementation of sustainable tourism in the Puthuk Sempu hiking tourism area. This study aims to explore the role of social media in the sustainability of Puthuk Sempu hiking tourism based on the location of Puthuk Sempu hiking tourism between two other hiking tourism, but Puthuk Sempu hiking tourism has been able to survive until now. This study uses qualitative methods through observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain narrative data. The results show that social media has been proven to support promotion, communication, and digital mapping. This study also emphasizes the importance of integrating local resources and simple digital utilization to maintain the sustainability of hiking tourism, by showing the correlation between obstacles and supporting factors for the sustainability of Puthuk Sempu hiking tourism.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of participative leadership style on cooperative member loyalty with trust in leaders and helping behavior as mediating variables. Cooperatives, as pillars of the Indonesian economy, require effective leadership to strengthen member commitment and sustainability. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on cooperative groups whose members join voluntarily, and in integrating social exchange theory to explain leadership dynamics. Using a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected from 217 respondents representing groups of the Setia Bhakti Wanita Cooperative in Surabaya. Data analysis was conducted with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3. The results show that participative leadership has a significant positive effect on trust in leaders, helping behavior, and member loyalty. Helping behavior was also found to significantly mediate the relationship between participative leadership and loyalty, while trust in leaders did not play a significant mediating role. These findings highlight that loyalty is better fostered through collective prosocial actions rather than solely relying on trust in leaders. Practically, cooperative leaders are encouraged to apply participative leadership that emphasizes member involvement in decision-making, open communication, and a culture of mutual assistance to build sustainable loyalty. Future research is recommended to expand the object of study across different cooperative contexts and include other mediating variables such as member satisfaction or organizational commitment to enrich the understanding of member loyalty.

Abstract

This study examines the mediating role of digital engagement in the relationship between social media use and innovative work behavior among employees of Perumda Air Minum Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya, specifically within the context of promoting the Customer Information System (CIS) application. Using a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were obtained from 70 eligible employees after the data screening process. The findings reveal that social media use positively and significantly influences both innovative work behavior and digital engagement. Furthermore, digital engagement itself demonstrates a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior. Crucially, digital engagement proves to be a significant mediator in the relationship between social media use and innovative work behavior. These results underscore that active digital engagement via social media platforms can effectively foster employee innovation, particularly in supporting organizational digital product promotion. The study strengthens the theoretical framework of Uses and Gratifications (U&G) by highlighting psychological engagement as a key mechanism. Practically, it offers organizations a blueprint for designing digital engagement strategies that enhance employee-driven innovation for digital product advancement.
