Abstract

Pembangunan jalan terus berkembang seiring dengan tuntutan zaman, hal ini terjadi di kampus Unisnu Jepara yang kepadatan lalu lintasnya semakin meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah mahasiswa setiap tahun. Akses jalan yang hanya tersedia satu, membuat lalu lintas bertabrakan. Kebutuhan jalan alternatif sangat diperlukan guna mengatasi kemacetan dan ketidak teraturan lalu lintas. Penulis mengevaluasi permasalahan tersebut dengan merencanakan perbandingan perkerasan jalan (kaku, lentur, paving), sebagai bahan pertimbangan. Dalam perbandingan perencanaan ini metode yang digunakan untuk perkerasan kaku dan lentur menggunakan Metode Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga 2017 dan perkerasan paving menggunakan Metode Analisa Komponen 2002. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan dengan pertumbuhan lalu lintas (i) 1% dan umur rencana 20 tahun diperoleh hasil pertama perkerasan kaku tebal pelat beton 175 mm (dapat diakses oleh truk), lapis pondasi atas (kelas A) 125 mm dan lapis pondasi bawah (kelas B) 160 mm. Kedua perkerasan lentur tebal lapis AC WC 40 mm, AC BC 60 mm, AC Base 80 mm dan LPA Kelas A 300 mm. Ketiga perkerasan paving tebal perkerasan paving 80 mm (dengan frekuensi terbatas pada pick up, truk dan bus), lapis pondasi awal 100 mm, lapis pondasi akhir 236 mm. Sedangkan berdasarkan rekapitulasi hasil analisa didapat biaya struktur perkerasan kaku senilai Rp 2.718.646.898, biaya struktur perkerasan Lentur senilai Rp 2.112.631.770 dan biaya struktur perkerasan Paving senilai Rp. 902.412.387. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa perkerasan paving blok lebih hemat, namun struktur perkerasan paving blok sangat tidak nyaman untuk kendaraan dengan kecepatan tinggi dan kendaraan berat.

Abstract

The Demak – Kudus highway, precisely at KM 03 – 05, is one of the roads connecting two important cities, namely Demak and Kudus, which are included in the Collector road classification type. Bina Marga and PCI will be used as references in this study. Based on the results of the analysis when reviewed using the Bina Marga Method, the average Priority Sequence value was obtained of 5.96 which is included in the Priority B class category, while from the results of the analysis Based on the results of the analysis when reviewed using the PCI (Pavement Condition Index) Method, the PCI value was obtained of 54 which is included in the moderate (fair) category. The highest percentage of damage occurred in Patch damage, namely with a result of (56.279%), then the second percentage occurred in Crocodile Crack damage of (26.455%), Grain Release obtained results of (14.462%), Hole damage obtained results of (0.848%), Elongated Damage obtained results of (0.795%), Block Cracks obtained results of (0.661%), Sungkur obtained results of (0.485%) and the lowest percentage occurred in the Jembul type of damage with a result of (0.015%). The results of the analysis of both methods from Bina Marga and PCI (Pavement Condition Index) concluded that the Demak - Kudus highway has a moderate level of damage (fair) and for the type of road maintenance or road maintenance actions, a routine/periodic maintenance program can be carried out.

Abstract

Demak - Jepara Highway is one of the roads that plays an important role as the main route for the mobility of people and goods in the northern coastal area of ​​Central Java. The research method in this analysis uses the Bina Marga method, Pavement Condition Index (PCI), and Surface Distress Index (SDI). After obtaining data related to vehicle load and flexible pavement damage, the data is then analyzed using the Bina Marga method, Pavement Condition Index (PCI), and Surface Distress Index (SDI). And also calculate the vehicle load to determine the effect of vehicle load on flexible pavement damage (asphalt). From the calculation of the Truck Factor value, the Truck Factor value is 1.995 1, where this value indicates damage caused by traffic load factors. Based on the results of the analysis of the type of damage using the Bina Marga method, the Road Condition Value on the Demak Jepara highway section Km 37 - Km 39 with a length of 2.1 km is 5. So it is included in the category of Good road conditions (B) or 6% with a routine Maintenance handling program. While the results of the calculation of the priority order on Jl. Raya Demak Jepara Km 37 - Km 39 are 6. which is included in the priority class category "B" or Periodic Maintenance. For the results of the analysis of the type of damage using the PCI method, the PCI value for the Demak Jepara highway section Km 37 - Km 39 is 43.904, so it can be concluded that the condition of the road pavement on the Demak Jepara highway section Km 37 - Km 39 is Fair (fair) with a road length of 2.1 km which is divided into 21 STA segments and is included in the Routine Maintenance type. Meanwhile, for the results of the analysis of the type of damage using the SDI method, the average value of SDI (Surface Distress Index) on the Demak Jepara highway Km 37 - Km 39 for all road segments was 30.47, which is included in the (Good) category with a routine maintenance program type. Damage handling measures are needed at the points where the damage occurs. In order to minimize accidents and provide a sense of security and comfort for road users. And to prevent the spread of damage even wider.

Abstract

The problems that often haunt radicalism among the younger generation are a serious challenge to the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia. With the form of actions to separate themselves from the nation, create their own group alliances, and others that cause the integrity of the state and religion to be at stake. Character education based on Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah (Aswaja) offers a peaceful prevention approach through the values of moderation in religion, tolerance, and nationalism. This study aims to analyze and understand in depth the Role of Aswaja-Based Character Education in Preventing Radicalism. The method used is qualitative descriptive with case studies in educational institutions that implement the Aswaja curriculum. The steps taken in using literature studies, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis method in this study uses steps, namely data reduction, data display (presentation) and conclusions. While checking the validity of the data using triangulation. strategies to prevent students' understanding of radicalism, The results of the study show that the integration of Aswaja values in intracurricular and extracurricular activities is effective in forming moderate and tolerant student characters. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of Aswaja-based character education as a deradicalization strategy in the educational environment. First, by increasing the religious rituals of Ahlusunah waljamaah. and forming positive habits in teaching Aswaja values. While the implication is to develop Aswaja learning and instill the noble values of Aswaja to students. So that they are able to fortify themselves from the influence or invitation of radical groups.

Abstract

This research is an experimental study on porous concrete and the use of fly ash as a binder for concrete to analyze the effect of compressive strength and porosity. The research method used in this study is the experimental method which is a research method used to find the effect of certain treatments on concrete. In this research, the concrete mix design uses a ratio of gravel and geopolymer paste as a binder, namely 4: 1 and uses a molarity ratio of 10M with differences in grading of coarse aggregate using sieves number 4, 1/2 ", and 3/8". The optimum compressive strength value was obtained in mix design 1 using sieve gradation no.4 which was 4.25 MPa at 28 days old. While the results of the highest porosity value were found in mix design 1 which was 7.15% at 28 days old

Abstract

This research utilizes waste from PLTU Tanjung Jati B Jepara, namely FABA (Fly ash Bottom Ash) as an alternative to fine and coarse aggregate. From this research, the physical properties of faba aggregate can be seen from the results of the faba aggregate sieve analysis test, which obtained a fineness modulus value of 1.74, which is included in the medium aggregate type. The water content of fine aggregate (fly ash) obtained a value of 3.63% and coarse aggregate (bottom ash) obtained a value of 1.5%. The fine aggregate sludge content (fly ash) obtained a value of 0%. The fine aggregate organic substance (fly ash) acquires a reddish brown NaOH color, therefore it must be washed before being used as a concrete mixture. The face dry specific gravity of fine aggregate (fly ash) obtained a value of 2.63 gr/cm2 and coarse aggregate 2.52 gr/cm2. From the data that has been obtained, faba aggregate is considered to have physical properties that meet the requirements for fine aggregate and can be used as a substitute for sand. The results of the final compressive strength of faba concrete and normal concrete at the age of 7 days and 28 days showed that the compressive strength of normal concrete (control) was higher than that of faba concrete. The standard deviation values ​​at the ages of 7 and 28 days are included in perfect working conditions because they have a standard deviation value of less than 3 MPa. From the results of the concrete flexural strength test, only the control concrete was 1;1.5 with a flexural strength of 4.18 MPa, which is close to SNI 2847:2013, namely with a minimum flexural strength of fs = 4.4 MPa. Normal concrete has a higher flexural strength than faba concrete. Based on tests carried out with the planned mix design, the 1:1.5 variation obtained the highest results.

Abstract

Watuaji Village has several tourism pioneers, but they are not yet organized, have no visitors, and are not yet known by outsiders. The priority problem in Watuaji village is the management and marketing aspects of tourism. So the service team partnered with BUMDes Sae and GAPOKTAN Sidodadi Makmur Watuaji to overcome these problems. The goals of this community service program is to improve partner empowerment in the aspects of knowledge and skills related to management, and improve partner skills in making Watuaji tourism promotion. This community service program uses some methods, they are discussion method at the preparation stage with coordination and socialization. The training stage with tutorial methods, lectures, discussions, and practice. The mentoring stage with practice and project methods. Evaluation stage with questionnaire, test and discussion methods. The results of this community service program are improving the management aspect, partners have increased knowledge with an average post-test score of 80. Partner empowerment, 80% increased their skills in managing and innovating tourism services. Tourism is managed together, and there is an innovative outbound package service. In the marketing aspect, there was an increase in partner knowledge at an average of 80. Partner empowerment in the marketing aspect, 80% of partners increased their skills in conducting online marketing through the website. The result is an increase in the number of tourist services, marketing media, and the number of tourist visitors in Watuaji Keling Jepara village.

Abstract

Air minum merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia yang harus dipenuhi. Di Kabupaten Jepara masih banyak desa yang belum terlayani 100% air minum layak sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya penanganan. Tujuan perancangan ini adalah menyusun DED Sarana penyediaan air minum layak di Desa Raguklampitan dengan mengacu pada Permen/PUPR/No.27/2016 terkait Perancangan SPAM dan SAP 2000 untuk perhitungan Struktur reservoir. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan terdapat 1.250 jiwa pada tahun 2021 di Desa Raguklampitan belum terlayani air minum layak yang tersebar di Dukuh Krajan dan Dukuh Gendolo. Potensi air baku yang cocok yaitu menggunakan Sumur bor dalam. Dari hasil analisis didapat spesifikasi sumur dengan kedalaman 120 m, pompa submersible daya 1,5 HP/1 Kwh, Head 65 m. Jaringan air menggunakan Pipa PVC sambungan rumah (SR) menggunakan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) dan reservoir berukuran 4x4x3,5 m menggunakan struktur beton bertulang dengan f’c 25 Mpa, fy 400 Mpa.

Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur berkelanjutan semakin berfokus pada daur ulang limbah industri, seperti Fly ash dan Bottom ash (FABA), menjadi bahan blok paving (paving block). Studi ini mengkaji kelayakan blok paving berbasis FABA melalui pendekatan metode campuran yang menggabungkan survei dan uji laboratorium. Survei menilai kesadaran pekerja konstruksi terhadap profesionalisme, etika, dan kepatuhan K3L, sementara uji laboratorium mengevaluasi kuat tekan dan penyerapan air. Survei menyelidiki kesadaran pekerja konstruksi terhadap profesionalisme, praktik etika, dan kepatuhan K3L, sementara pekerjaan laboratorium menentukan karakteristik mekanis blok paving berbasis FABA, seperti kuat tekan dan penyerapan air apung. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif bersama dengan regresi, ANOVA, dan uji korelasi. Ditemukan bahwa profesionalisme, etika, dan praktik K3L memengaruhi keberlanjutan proyek blok paving berbasis FABA. Analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang kuat antara Profesionalisme dan Keberlanjutan (r = 0,957) dan antara K3L dan etika (r = 0,998). Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme memiliki pengaruh positif langsung terhadap keberlanjutan (nilai R² 0,917 dengan nilai p 0,0426). Hasil uji laboratorium menunjukkan bahwa blok paving berbasis FABA memiliki kuat tekan sebesar 21,8 MPa pada umur 28 hari, yang termasuk dalam kelas mutu B dengan hasil penyerapan sebesar 6%.

Abstract

Selection of concrete specifications is something that must be done according to needs. The use of concrete as a building material is efficiency and effectiveness in terms of processing and supply. The increase in fly ash and bottom ash waste will affect new innovations for new materials in construction. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of the new material geopolymer binder course fly waste and bottom ash whether it complies with standards and is suitable for use as a construction material or for making roads. This research was carried out experimentally in the laboratory to check whether the characteristics of the material used met the standards or not. The results obtained were that the best mixture for the new material was between (FA+BA) with a compressive strength of 5.15 MPa and (FA+PS) with a compressive strength of 25.6 MPa at 28 days old with a mixture composition of 1 : 1.5. As for the mixed wear value (FA+BA) has a wear value of 76% while (FA+PS) has 39% wear. The new material resulting from the wear level can be used as a base course material.
