Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai analisis perbandingan perencanaan 3D-CRT dan IMRT pada pasien kanker payudara berdasarkan hasil TPS. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Andalas, Padang. Tujuan penelitian membandingkan nilai Conformity index (CI) dan Homogeneity Index (HI), sehingga diketahui teknik yang lebih efesien digunakan. Penelitian menggunakan 15 data pasien kanker payudara dengan berkas foton 6 MV dan dosis radiasi yang diberikan bernilai 200 cGy dengan 25 kali fraksi sehingga total dosis radiasi bernilai 5000 cGy. Data yang digunakan yaitu dosis radiasi pada 2%, 50%, 98% volume kanker dan volume kanker pada 95% dosis radiasi yang diberikan. Hasil yang diperoleh untuk nilai CI pada teknik 3D-CRT 0,9157-0,9906 dan untuk teknik IMRT 0,9447-0,9987. Nilai HI untuk teknik 3D-CRT 0,1729-0,3954 dan untuk teknik IMRT 0,0385-0,1472. Dari hasil penelitian dengan membandingakan nilai CI dan HI dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik IMRT lebih efisien dibandingkan teknik 3D-CRT.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan perencanaan radioterapi pada pasien kanker nasofaring (KNF) stadium III menggunakan teknik Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai Conformity Index (CI), Homogeneity Index (HI), dan dosis radiasi Organ at Risk (OAR). Perencanaan IMRT dilakukan menggunakan Software Treatment Planning System (TPS) Eclipse pada 5 pasien laki-laki KNF yang berusia 8-65 tahun dengan dosis 2 Gy, 35 fraksi, 5 dan 7 lapangan radiasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 4 variasi perencanaan IMRT yaitu IMRT 5 lapangan manual (M5), IMRT 5 lapangan beam angle optimization (O5), IMRT 7 lapangan manual (M7), dan IMRT 7 lapangan beam angle optimization (O7). Total jumlah pasien yang memiliki nilai CI sesuai rekomendasi International Commision on Radiation Units and Measures (ICRU) Report 62 pada perencanaan M7 (4 pasien), O5 (3 pasien), O7 (2 pasien), dan M5 (1 pasien). Semua perencanaan memiliki nilai HI yang sesuai dengan rekomendasi ICRU Report 83. Nilai dosis OAR yang tidak sesuai dengan rekomendasi Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG) 0615 didapatkan hanya pada perencanaan M5 untuk 2 pasien. Perencanaan M7 (p-value<0,05) direkomendasikan sebagai perencanaan utama KNF stadium III karena memiliki rata-rata nilai CI (0.9573±0,01) dan HI (0,0651±0,01) yang lebih tinggi dari perencanaan lain.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai analisis distribusi dosis radiasi foton berdasarkan variasi kedalaman dan luas lapangan penyinaran pada fantom menggunakan pesawat Linac tipe Clinac CX. Pengukuran distribusi dosis radiasi dilakukan untuk menganalisis distribusi dosis radiasi foton pada tiap kedalaman dan luas lapangan penyinaran agar dosis pada target dan organ kritis dapat dilihat dan mendapatkan dosis yang optimal berdasarkan  kurva isodosis. Kurva isodosis dibuat menggunakan data Percentage Depth Dose (PDD) dan profile dose (PD) pada berkas foton 6 MV dan 10 MV pada  kedalaman 5 cm, 10 cm, 15 cm, 20 cm, 25 cm, 30 cm dan luas lapangan penyinaran 10x10 cm2, 15x15 cm2, 20x20 cm2, 25x25 cm2, 30x30 cm2, 35x35 cm2, 40x40 cm2. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data PDD dan PD menggunakan teknik interpolasi linear supaya memiliki interval yang sama yaitu 0,25, kemudian menggunakan teknik pembobotan untuk menghitung dosis radiasi di tiap titik menggunakan Matlab. Kurva PDD menunjukkan bahwa persentase dosis radiasi dipengaruhi oleh kedalaman dan  tidak dipengaruhi oleh luas lapangan penyinaran terhadap  nilai  dosis radiasi. Kurva isodosis yang terbentuk dipengaruhi oleh kedalaman, luas lapangan penyinaran dan energi radiasi. Semakin bertambah kedalaman, semakin menurun persentase dosis radiasi dan semakin datar kurva yang dihasilkan. Dosis radiasi meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya ukuran luas lapangan penyinaran

Abstract

The infection with the COVID-19 virus or better known as the Corona virus spread throughout China and other countries around the world until it was designated a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). Detection of patients infected with COVID-19 in the form of RT-PCR, CT-Scan images and Chest X-Ray (CXR). This study aims to analyze CXR images of COVID-19 patients based on age using Otsu Thresholding Segmentation. The image segmentation process uses the Otsu auto-tresholding method to separate objects from the background on the CXR image. The results show that the images of COVID-19 patients have pneumonia spots that are not visible on the original CXR image. The average value of the accuracy of the Otsu Thresholding results is 95.18%. Penunomia spots are mostly found in COVID-19 patients aged 50 to 70 years and over which cause severe lung damage.©2021 JNSMR UIN Walisongo. All rights reserved.

Abstract

Information technology is currently well known by many people, such as children, teenagers, adults, and even parents nowadays, they must follow the latest technology, one of which is Microsoft office technology. Everyone knows this in schools, offices, and institutions. One of them is the women of Family Welfare Development (PKK) in the Kavling Kamboja RT 02 RW 03, Sei Pelungut Village, Sagulung District. PKK women in this area are quite active in various ways, of course, in the administrative process implemented at the Microsoft office, these PKK women must be orderly such as the correspondence process, making activity announcements, and managing household budgets in the PKK environment. Currently Microsoft office always makes new breakthroughs by updating its application to Microsoft office 2013. However, PKK women in the Kavling Kamboja want to learn administration in a simple way, so I try to use Microsoft office 2013. I use the application, because currently the process is correspondence is still asking for typing services, many PKK women still don't understand how to use Microsoft office. So the servants tried from the simple ones first, and the continuity of this activity could be understood by the PKK women.

Abstract

Terdapat beberapa metode pada Fuzzy Logic diantaranya Mamdani dan Tsukamoto. Kedua metode ini memiliki hubungan yang menarik dimana output yang dihasilkan ditampilkan dalam bentuk grafik akan tetapi dengan kalkulasi yang berbeda. Artikel ini akan menjabarkan bagaimana perbandingan antar kedua metode tersebut dalam kasus penentuan tipe diabetes melitus. Diabetes itu sendiri terdiri atas dua tipe, dimana perbedaan antara kedua tipe tersebut sering terabaikan. Penggunaan fuzzy logic menggunakan metode Mamdani lebih optimal dalam kasus penentuan tipe diabetes dibandingkan dengan metode Tsukamoto. Hasil kalkulasi manual menunjukan bahwa metode Mamdani lebih mendekati keadaan yang sebenarnya. Berdasarkan kalkulasi yang telah dilakukan perbedaan hasil keluaran yang signifikan ini disebabkan oleh beberapa hal, yaitu Output yang ada pada Tsukamoto hanya berkisar pada nilai 45 sampai dengan 55. Hal ini membuat jika sedikit saja kalkulasi salah maka hasil yang diperoleh akan berdampak besar. Sedangkan hal ini tidak akan berlaku pada metode Mamdani.

Abstract

Learning media is an essential aspect in explaining or visualizing fundamentals of physics that are difficult to understand. Learning media with simulations is increasingly beneficial when Indonesia is affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, which requires distance learning or online education to be implemented. The community service of the Physics Department of Andalas University aimed to introduce PhET simulations as a virtual laboratory to improve understanding of Physics fundamentals for students at SMAN 3 Painan, Kab. Pesisir Selatan, West Sumatra in 2021. Preparation of community service begins with preparing a practicum module from a simulation of the topic of Physics. The assessment of increasing students' understanding of simulation is carried out in Hooke's law module. The number of participating students was grouped into control students (10 people) and students with Hooke's law PhET simulation training (10 people) by giving pre-test and post-test treatments. The t-test analysis shows that the control group and the PhET simulation produced the same output (p = 0.05) at pre-test. It means that the abilities of both groups were the same during the pre-test. In contrast to the post-test case, the PhET simulation group produced higher output than the control group. It means that students' ability in Hooke's law simulation PhET training experienced a significant increase in understanding (p < 0.05). This community service activity can help improve students' understanding to learn the physics fundamentals in SMAN 3 Painan.

Abstract

Breast cancer treatable while still stadium early. The first step in the treatment of disease breast cancer is detection by true that symptoms appearing on the body patient is really cancer cells. Stadium cancer is the result of diagnostic by physicians so that ease in understanding for patients . On this research used fuzzy logic as a method that helps in making the support system of decision in determining stadium breast cancer. today much android applications are made in the provision of information in the field of health. By combining knowledge in the health sector , fuzzy logic and android is expected to become an application latest supporters of intelligible decision by many people on the health sector. The support system decision stadium disease breast cancer using fuzzy logic android based was designed . We can conclude that the application apply calculation based on fuzzy logic method sugeno and has been tested by calculation on matlab and manually.

Abstract

Mellitus Diabetic already known since thousands of years before, where characterized by urine in the much amount. This leds serious investigation to heal patients. Fuzzy Logic is one of support system decision method that suitable for implementation at an election of diabetic type. It is because fuzzy logic is a system than can calculate and decided well. There are various methods in fuzzy logic such as Mamdani, Tuskamoto and Sugeno. In this article Sugeno Method is used because its calculation suitable in this case. The research is done by using MATLAB. It has been built an application in the health sector to choose type of mellitus diabetic using fuzzy logic Sugeno. The decision making of diabetic type needs input and output variables. The input variable consists of ages, levels of insulin and weights beside output variable consist of diabetic type using MATLAB. Variables produce 27 rules that used to determine of diabetic type. The support system decision for diabetic type with Sugeno method is used. A case obtained the very small difference value between using manual calculation and MATLAB.

Abstract

Batam city is one of the destinations for vacation. Its maked batam often visited by tourists. Strategic location became another reason, which is directly adjacent to Singapore and Malaysia. Based on the target of the government, who want to realize Batam as a city of tourism, so in the city of Batam there are various kinds of vacation spots such as beach with rides game, babana boat, etc. In addition to the holiday spot, Batam have various culinary and souvenirs. However, the location of tourism information is still very difficult to find. The information is only found in personal blogs that are rarely updated. The number of application development using a smartphone, then designed an application that can help tourists find the location they want while in Batam. This application is called mobile tourism information. Its contains tourist attractions, culinary, and souvenirs in Batam
