Abstract

This study examines the effect of strategic financial planning on company resilience in an uncertain market environment in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 55 companies through a structured questionnaire. Strategic financial planning was assessed through budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and resource allocation, while company resilience was measured by adaptability, sustainability, and financial stability. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25, incorporating descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results indicate a strong positive relationship (r=0.72,p<0.01r = 0.72, p < 0.01r=0.72,p<0.01) between financial planning and resilience. Regression analysis confirmed the significant impact of financial planning (β=0.68,p<0.001\beta = 0.68, p < 0.001β=0.68,p<0.001), explaining 52% of the variance in resilience. These findings highlight the critical role of financial planning in enabling companies to adapt and thrive in uncertain markets. The study concludes with practical recommendations for enhancing financial planning practices to strengthen resilience.

Abstract

This study examines the optimization of Sharia fintech in the development of green bonds and sustainable investments in Indonesia, using a qualitative analysis based on interviews with five key informants from various sectors, including fintech, finance, and regulatory bodies. The findings highlight the significant role of Sharia fintech in promoting sustainable investments, especially in the context of green bonds, by democratizing access to investment opportunities and aligning financial products with ethical, Sharia-compliant principles. However, challenges such as unclear regulatory guidelines and the need for technical expertise in ensuring Sharia compliance were identified. The study also underscores the potential for synergy between Sharia finance and sustainable investment goals, with recommendations including the creation of standardized regulatory frameworks, the promotion of financial literacy, and the use of advanced technologies like blockchain to enhance transparency. The results suggest that while the integration of Sharia fintech with green bonds holds great promise, further collaboration among stakeholders and a clear regulatory approach are essential for its successful implementation.

Abstract

Changes in the composition of political party seats in the Bungo Regency Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) over the past three periods reflect local political dynamics that directly influence the legislative function, particularly in Commission I, which oversees governance, law, and legislation. This study aims to analyze the development of political party seat distribution in the 2014-2019, 2019-2024, and 2024-2029 periods, and examine its implications for the implementation of strategic management in the legislative function. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, utilizing legislative election results data from official sources and a review of Bungo Regency DPRD documents. The results show a significant shift in political power, with several parties experiencing an increase in the number of seats, such as NasDem, Demokrat, Gerindra, and PKB, while other parties such as Golkar, PKS, PPP, and PBB experienced a decrease. The number of parties holding seats decreased from 13 to 10 in the last period, indicating a consolidation of political power. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing strategic management that includes coalition-based legislative planning, strengthening legislative capacity, and effective political coordination mechanisms to ensure that legislative products are more responsive, inclusive, and oriented towards the public interest.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of IoT integration in energy management systems (EMS) and network responsiveness on energy efficiency and cost reduction in DKI Jakarta government buildings. A quantitative analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3. Survey questionnaires were administered to building managers, energy engineers, and facility maintenance personnel, while energy consumption data were obtained from relevant authorities. The results demonstrate a significant positive impact of both IoT integration and network responsiveness on energy management outcomes. Specifically, Energy Management System (EMS) and Grid Responsiveness were found to significantly influence both Cost Reduction and Energy Efficiency within government buildings. These findings have important implications for policymakers, building managers, and stakeholders involved in energy management decision-making. By leveraging advanced energy management technologies and practices, DKI Jakarta government buildings can achieve significant cost savings, improve energy efficiency, and advance environmental sustainability.
