Abstract

Innovation in sports learning is increasingly important to enhance athlete performance through advanced technologies and personalized training methods. Research in this area explores effective strategies to integrate technology for optimized sports education. This study aims to investigate the role and impact of technology-based innovations in sports learning to improve athlete performance. The study employed a library research approach, which involves systematically collecting and analyzing existing literature, journals, and academic sources related to sports learning innovation. Library research enables a comprehensive review of current knowledge and trends without new experimental data collection. Findings indicate that technological tools such as video analysis to virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and mobile applications significantly enhance athletes learning experiences and performance outcomes by enabling personalized and accessible training. The integration of technology also fosters interactive and immersive learning environments supporting better skill acquisition and motivation. The study highlights the necessity of adopting innovative technological methods in sports education to meet athletes individual needs and improve training effectiveness. It also emphasizes library research as a critical method to synthesize existing knowledge for advancing sports learning innovation. However, challenges such as the availability and accessibility of technology and complex data management still need to be addressed. Thus, technology will continue to drive progress in sports training and help athletes and coaches in the future.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to raise public awareness, especially among the younger generation, about the importance of preserving local wisdom and developing character through educational visual campaigns on social media. The activity was motivated by the declining interest of young people in regional cultural values due to the strong influence of globalization and digital media. The implementation method consisted of several stages: identifying local wisdom values, creating educational visual content (infographics, posters, and short videos), publishing the content on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, and evaluating audience engagement. The results showed that using social media as an educational tool effectively attracted public interest and participation in understanding and appreciating local culture. The high level of audience engagement indicated that visual approaches are effective in delivering moral messages and character values. Through this activity, social media proved to function not only as a means of entertainment but also as a medium for education and cultural preservation. Therefore, the educational visual campaign serves as an innovative form of community service in the digital era, relevant to current developments and supporting the formation of Pancasila Student Profiles who are characterized, cultured, and nationally minded.

Abstract

This community service is motivated by the low utilization of the Social Studies/Civics Laboratory as a learning support facility in the Elementary School Teacher Education Program VI Bone at Makassar State University. The problems identified include the minimal use of the laboratory in lectures, students' limited understanding of the laboratory's functions, and the suboptimal condition of the facilities and infrastructure. This community service aims to optimize the use of the Social Studies and Civics Laboratory in an effort to improve the quality of student learning. The method employed is an educational participatory approach, consisting of three stages: observation, planning, and implementation. The results of the activity showed students' enthusiasm for using the laboratory; moreover, students were able to understand the functions and usage of the laboratory. Optimization of laboratory use provides a more concrete and meaningful learning experience, thereby having a positive impact on the quality of student learning. This activity is expected to encourage the sustainable and integrated use of laboratories in the lecture process
