Employee leadership is someone who is influential to be a role model and example for many employees who have positions below him, a company will definitely choose to increase employees to become employee leaders as a form of appreciation to employees who have quality and good work performance for their loyalty to their work towards a company and the importance of conducting employee leadership elections to motivate and fill vacancies caused by several factors, both internal and external factors. The owner of the company strives to avoid gaps in the rights of employees so that the owner of the employee must conduct an employee leadership election by utilizing the existence of technology in making a decision. In this study, the selection of employee leadership was carried out using a decision support system with the help of the ROC-SAW method so as to get the results of the candidate or alternative A4 which became the main choice for employee leadership with a value of 85%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah pemahaman konsep pada siswa kelas IV melalui pendekatan metode Student Active Learning (SAL). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 112 Pamoyanan Kota Bandung dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 30 orang yang terdiri dari 17 orang siswa laki-laki dan 13 orang siswa perempuan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi guru dan siswa, soal evaluasi matematika, serta angket guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran setelah menggunakan model SAL. Hal tersebut ditunjukan dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 78,33 yang tergolong dalam kategori baik, nilai tertinggi siswa sebesar 100 dan nilai terendah sebesar 60. Ketuntasan belajar siswa menunjukan 90,0% siswa mendapatkan nilai diatas kriteria ketuntasan minimum dan 10,0% masih mendapat nilai dibawah nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimum

Abstract: PT. Interyasa Mitra Mandiri Kisaran is a company whose products are engaged in trade that sells electronics and furniture in cash or credit. Granting crdit can provide relief to consumers, giving rise to the level of consumer interest in buying, which means the company’s sales turnover is higher and the company’s cash receipts will increase. Determining which consumers deserve credit is not easy. Companies need a Decision Support System (DSS) that can help determine the creditwhorthiness of potential customers. The decision making calculation method used in this study is a simple additive weighting method with 5 criteria, namely discipline, down payment, monthly income, credit guarantee, and residence of status. The system was built using the PHP MySQL language and Sublime Text as the programming code. And the object-oriented system modeling language used is UML (Unifed Modelling Language). By using this SAW Method, it is hoped that the final result will be obtained as a tool to determine the credit extension to potential consumers who are eligible to be given. Interyasa Mitra Mandiri Kisaran merupakan perusahaan yang produknya bergerak di bidang perdagangan yang menjual barang elektronik dan furniture secara cash maupun kredit. Pemberian kredit dapat memberikan keringanan kepada konsumen, sehingga menimbulkan besarnya minat konsumen untuk membeli, yang berarti omset penjualan perusahaan menjadi lebih tinggi dan penerimaan kas perusahaan akan meningkat. Menentukan konsumen yang layak diberikan kredit bukanlah hal yang mudah.Perusahaan membutuhkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan kelayakan pemberian kredit untuk calon konsumen. Metode perhitungan pengambilan keputusan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan 5 kriteria yaitu kedisiplinan, uang muka, penghasilan perbulan, jaminan kredit dan status tempat tinggal. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa PHP MySQL dan Sublime Text sebagai koding pemrogramannya.Serta bahasa pemodelan sistem berorientasi objek yang digunakan adalah UML (Unifed Modelling Language). Dengan menggunakan metode SAW ini, diharapkan mendapatkan hasil akhir sebagai alat bantu untuk menentukan pemberian kredit kepada calon konsumen yang layak diberikan. Abstract: Momy's Cake and Bread is one of the businesses engaged in the bakery and cake food industry that produces various types of bread, and cakes, ranging from Korean garlic bread, toasted brownise and others. All products have the same raw materials such as wheat flour, sugar, eggs, bananas, butter and others. There are times when there is excess raw material, but sometimes it is also lacking, a shortage of raw material supplies that a little will have an impact on the production process stopping which results in losing customers because they cannot meet their needs. Forecasting is a technique that aims to predict what will happen next based on pre-existing data. With this forecasting technique, it can provide predictions so that users can take effective steps that can be taken next. The ingredients to be predicted are wheat flour, sugar, eggs, bananas, coconut, white butter, cocoa, almonds, cocoa powder, vanilla. So that getting the forecast value in July 2021, the results Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) = 9,5874, Mean Square Error (MSE) = 18225,39162 and Mean Absolute Perentage Error (MAPE) = 30%, will be designed and built using the language PHP and MySQL programming so that it can be accessed using the internet and the system is based on a website. Abstrak: Momy’s Cake and Bread merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak di bidang industri makanan roti dan kue yang memproduksi berbagai jenis roti, dan kue, mulai dari roti korean garlic, brownise panggang dan lain-lain. Semua produk memiliki bahan baku yang sama seperti tepung terigu, gula pasir, telur, pisang, mentega dan lain-lain. Ada kalanya bahan baku berlebih, namun terkadang juga kurang, kekurangan persediaan bahan baku yang sedikit akan berdampak pada proses produksi yang berhenti yang berakibat kehilangan pelanggan karena tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya. Peramalan merupakan sebuah teknik yang bertujuan untuk melakukan prediksi mengenai apa yang akan terjadi selanjutnya berdasarkan data-data yang telah ada sebelumnya. Dengan teknik peramalan tersebut dapat memberikan prediksi sehingga penggunanya dapat melakukan langkah-langkah efektif yang dapat dilakukan selanjutnya. Bahan yang akan diramalkan adalah bahan tepung terigu, gula pasir, telur, pisang, kelapa, mentega putih, coklat, kacang almond, coklat bubuk, vanili. Sehingga mendapatkan nilai peramalan pada bulan juli 2021di dapat hasil Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) = 9,5874, Mean Square Error (MSE) = 18225,39162 dan Mean Absolute Perentage Error (MAPE) = 30%, akan dirancang dan dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sehingga dapat diakses dengan menggunakan internet dan sistem tersebut berbasis website. PERANCANGAN PROSES PRA PRODUKSI FILM ANIMASI 3D LEGENDA PUTRI MERAK JINGGA Neni Mulyani

Abstrack:To produce a 3D animated film requires a long process flow so that the processing time of manufacture is also prolonged. This is a constraint in the development of the local animation film in Indonesia for a long time will lead to high production costs making it difficult to compete commercially with animated films from abroad who have abundant funds and the support of various parties in the country. Therefore, efforts to improve the competitiveness of local animated film and one of these efforts is by analyzing the stages of the manufacturing process and apply it to the process of making the actual 3D animated film.In general there are three stages of the filmmaking process, namely the 3D animation pre-production, production and post-production. Although this time the animation industry in Indonesia has not been detailed separates each of these stages, but still be important for designing detail the activities of these stages, in order to see the strengths and weaknesses of each process that existed at that stage. Therefore, this study was conducted with the hope to provide recommendations to improve the local animation industry. Keywords: 3D Animation, Animation Film Pre-Production Stage, Princess Peacock Orange Abstak: Untuk menghasilkan sebuah film animasi 3D membutuhkan alur proses yang panjang sehingga waktu pembuatannya juga berlangsung lama. Ini yang menjadi kendala dalam perkembangan film animasi lokal di Indonesia karena waktu yang yang panjang akan mengakibatkan tingginya cost production sehingga sulit untuk bersaing secara komersial dengan film animasi dari luar negeri yang memiliki dana berlimpah dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak di negaranya. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing film animasi lokal dan salah satu upaya tersebut adalah dengan menganalisa tahapan-tahapan proses pembuatan dan menerapkannya pada proses pembuatan film animasi 3D yang sebenarnya.Secara umum ada 3 tahapan proses pembuatan film animasi 3D yaitu pra produksi, produksi dan paska produksi. Meskipun saat ini industri animasi di Indonesia belum secara detail memisahkan setiap tahapan tersebut, namun tetap menjadi penting untuk merancang detail aktifitas dari tahapan tersebut, dengan tujuan untuk melihat kekuatan dan kelemahan dari setiap proses yang ada pada tahapan tersebut. Abstract: Teachers And Staff Of Elementary School 010240 Pematang Cengkring, Medang Deras Subdistrict are required to be dynamic towards the development of technology that is developing so rapidly that their students are able to develop by using applications that are already available such as Powerpoint applications. In using the Microsoft Powerpoint application by using a sliding percentage at SD Negeri 010240 Pematang Cengkring, Medang Deras District, this is not optimal due to the lack of teachers and staff's ability to present presentations using media presentations. This is from the STMIK Royal Kisaran Community Service Team (PKM) providing training to teachers and staff as an addition to the deepening of Microsoft Powerpoint material in order to provide skills to this application. This activity is carried out by preparing material, ensuring the place and supporting facilities, explaining theories about the material by way of direct practice, making student learning media, and also this activity is carried out in the form of lectures, discussions, and questions and answers in the classroom.Keywords: computers; microsoft power points; presentations; teachers and staff; training Abstrak: Guru Dan Staf SD Negeri 010240 Pematang Cengkring Kecamatan Medang Deras dituntut bersifat dinamis terhadap perkembangan teknologi yang sangat berkembang pesat agar peserta didiknya mampu berkembang dengan menggunakan aplikasi yang sudah tersedia seperti aplikasi powerpoint. Dalam penggunaan aplikasi microsoft powerpoint dengan menggunakan slide presentase di SD Negeri 010240 Pematang Cengkring Kecamatan Medang Deras ini belum optimal dengan kurangnya kemampuan guru dan staf dalam menyajikan presentasi dengan menggunakan media presentasi. Hal ini dari Tim Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) STMIK Royal Kisaran memberikan pelatihan kepada guru dan staf tersebut sebagai penambahan pendalaman materi microsoft powerpoint agar memberikan skill pada aplikasi ini. Abstract: The design of the 12 V amplifier module which was held at SMK Negeri 5 in the city of Tanjungbalai, received from 80 students whose dedication was conducted, more than 75 students successfully completed the 12 V amplifier assembly project and the category was successful, and 3 students were only able to reinforce the transfer project. but it can not be lit and 2 more students can not finish to the end. The 12 V amplifier module design training aims to increase the capacity to increase the skills in the practicum field, especially in the field of audio video engineering which is pursued according to the existing majors. The subject matter in service at SMK 5 Tanjungblai, discussing the 12 volt amplifier work system, schematic designer to PCB board, testing electronic components using digital multitester and testing amplifiers using input from the mobile jack and oscilloscope.Keywords: 12 Volt Amplifier, Service, SMK 5 TanjungbalaiAbstrak: Perancangan modul amplifier 12 Volt yang diadakan di SMK Negeri 5 kota tanjungbalai, mendapatai dari 80 siswa yang mengikuti pengabdian yang dilakukan, lebih dari 75 siswa berhasil menyelesikan project perakitan amplifier 12 V dan tergologn kategori berhasil, dan 3 siswa hanya mampu menyelesaikan project amplifier, tetapi tidak bisa menyala dan 2 siswa lagi tidak bisa menyelesaikan sampai akhir. Pelatihan perancangan modul amplifier 12 V, ini bertujuan untuk menambah kompetensi siswa untuk meningkatkan hardskill dibidang praktikum, khususnya dibidang produktif jurusan teknik audio video yang ditekuni sesuai jurusan yang diambil. Pokok bahasan dalam pengabdian di SMK Negeri 5 Tanjungblai, membahas tentang sistem kerja amplifier 12 volt, perancangan scematik ke board PCB , pengujian komponen elektronik dengan menggunakan multitester digital dan pengujian amplifier dengan menggunakan input dari jack handphone dan oscilloscope. A scholarship is a gift given by the government or a university to help reduce the cost of education where the higher the level of education taken, the more money that must be provided to fulfill, the opportunity to be able to continue master's education is the dream of many young scholars. Every opportunity that is open to get a master's scholarship makes many prospective scholarship recipients compete to register themselves as participants, but not all participants who apply to receive scholarships get the same opportunity because the quota is limited. It is necessary to make a selection in determining the award of scholarships to the right people and avoid fraud in the selection process, this can be solved by using the application of computer science, namely a decision support system assisted by applying the SAW method in obtaining more systematic results based on previous research. the results obtained in this study

Abstrak: Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik di pemerintahan desa dapat dilakukan dengan tata kelola yang baik dengan melaksanakan program-program yangmendukung kinerja aparatur desa dalam melayani masyarakat. Pada Desa Guntung di daerah Batubara, dalam stata kelola administrasi dan pelayanan masyarakat masih secara manual sehingga proses pelayanan masyarakat lambat, sumber daya manusia berpendidikan relatif rendah, penguasaan teknologi yang kurang khususnya penguasaan penggunaan komputer sehingga perangkat desa masih memerlukan mendapat pelatihan tentang tatakelola administrasi. Tujuan dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah supaya dapat memberikan pengetahuan yang memadai mengenai administrasi desa kepada peserta, memberikan pelatihan berbasis komputer tentang tata kelola administrasi dan pelayanan masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang digunakan adalah dalam bentuk pelatihan, diskusi secara interaktif kepada seluruh perangkat desa yang berhubungan langsung dengan pengelolaan administrasi desa. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pengetahuan secara teori dan praktek di ruangan. Pelatihan ini memberikan penilaian kepada para peserta melalui tes tertulis menggunakan pretest dan posttest dengan banyak peserta yang ikut berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penilaian akhir kegiatan, para peserta dapat memahami materi yang disampaikan berdasarkan dari hasil angka penilaian hasil posttest, nilainya mulai dari 85 sampai 95 dengan nilai pencapaian 92 persen.Abstract: To improve public services in the village government, it can be done with good governance by implementing programs that support the performance of the village apparatus in serving the community. In Guntung Village in the Batubara area, administrative management and community services are still manual so that the community service process is slow, educated human resources are relatively low, technology mastery is lacking, especially mastery of using computers so that village officials still need to receive training on administrative management. The purpose of this service activity is to provide participants with adequate knowledge about village administration, provide computer-based training on administrative governance and community services. The method of implementing the activities used is in the form of training, interactive discussions with all village officials who are directly related to the management of village administration. This activity uses knowledge in theory and practice in the room. This training provides an assessment to the participants through a written test using a pretest and posttest with 30 participants participating. The results of the final assessment of the activity, the participants were able to understand the material presented based on the results of the posttest results, the scores ranged from 85 to 95 with an achievement value of 92 percent.

Employees of the Batubara District Social Service are not familiar with the many facilities provided in the Microsoft Word software. Because so far they have not been provided with direct training for the introduction of these functions. To need encouragement to improve the ability to operate office software, especially Microsoft Word software in processing information data. This community service activity aims to improve the ability of Social Service Employees to use Microsoft Office properly and improve skills in performing services and work in their workplace. The training method is by means of discussion and interactive in conveying knowledge to training participants. This activity uses knowledge in theory and practice in the classroom. The success of this training activity is measured by measuring the results of the participant's assessment through a written test. This training provides knowledge that can be implemented in the trainees' workplaces. Knowledge of this application is expected to contribute to improving the ability of information data which is very helpful in completing tasks in the agency. The results of the assessment in participating in this training used pretest and posttest tests. The participants were able to understand the training material based on the results of the pretest scores with an average score of 57.5 and posttest results with an average score of 87.5.
