Abstract

Abstract The model of strength training that combines and varies from arm exercises on the success of South Sumatera rock climbing athletes. The subjects of this study were 30 rock climbing athletes participate in this study. The method used in this research is an experiment with a pre-post-test design (two-group pretest and posttest design). To determine the results of climbing, rock climbing athletes use climbing tests that have been validated by rock climbing experts, coaches, and academics. As the calculation results, it is shown that the value of Sig. group 1 (2-tailed) 0.00 < 0.05 then there is a remarkable difference between the pre-test and post-test strength training three push up movements. While the value of sig. group 2 (2-tailed) 0.00<0.05 thus there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test strength training three pull up movements. The variation of the three-movement push up strength training model and the three pull-up strength training model both provide a significant increase in the climbing results of rock-climbing athletes. The three push up and three pull up arm strength training model in this study provide a noticable contribution. Therefore, this study provides a scientific contribution and a reference for further research.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the free passing training model on down passing skills in male volleyball players aged 12-14 years at Permata volleyball Club. The method in this research is quantitative descriptive. This type of experimental research uses a one group pretest and posttest design research design. The sample in this study was 34 male volleyball players aged 12-14 years at Permata volleyball Club. The sample in this study was selected using a purposive sampling technique where players took part in performance coaching at the Permanta Volleyball Club. The instruments in this research were the Brumbach Forearms Pas Wall Volley Test and the AAHPER face pass wall-volley test. The data analysis technique uses the t test (paired sample t test). t Based on the t test results, the lower passing data has an Fcount of 13.265 and an Ftable value of 2.036 and a lower passing t sig of 0.000 < 0.05. These results mean that there is an influence of the free passing training model on the bottom passing skills of male volleyball players aged 12-14 years at Permata Volleyball Club. This free paasing training model is appropriate for coaches and the general public to implement for volleyball players aged 12-14 years.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the development of a game-based volleyball overhead passing training model. The method used in this study is ADDIE which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were 55 students with a small scale of 15 students from State High School 2 Plakat Tinggi, a large scale of 20 students from State High School 1 Plakat Tinggi and 20 students from State Vocational High School 1 Plakat Tinggi. Data collection was generated from interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The data that has been obtained was then analyzed by reducing the data and presenting it in descriptive form, categorizing it according to the Likert scale. The results of the study obtained 20 game-based volleyball overhead passing training models. Based on the results of validation from 3 experts, namely practitioner experts, academic experts, and trainer experts, an average score of 0.03 was obtained which can be stated as valid. Then the results of the questionnaire for students at State High School 2 Plakat Tinggi 2 were 89.91%, students at State High School 1were 91.75%, and State Vocational High School 1 were 91.41%. So, from the two large-scale trial scores, the final score was 91.58%. From these results, the volleyball overhead passing training model based on games is very good and can be used for volleyball extracurricular students at school.

Abstract

Background. the locomotor fundamental movement skills of deaf students are in the moderate category; students often lose focus and appear unmotivated to move. This study aims to develop a fundamental movement skills game model for children with impairment in Primary Extraordinary School. This model is designed to improve students' fundamental movement skills (FMS) through fun and interactive activities, involving locomotor movements such as forward jump, right jump, left jump and backward jump. Methods. This study employed a research and development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The primary instrument used was a questionnaire. Expert validity testing was conducted using the Content Validity Index (CVI) and Content Validity Ratio (CVR). Results. The validation process involved educational media experts, motor learning experts, and adapted physical education experts. Conclusions. Based on the CVR results, which showed an average score of 0.15, falling within the range of 1 to -1. The Silent Locojumpkids model was classified as valid. The findings indicate that the developed basic locomotor movement game model can enhance the motor skills of students with impairments.
