Abstract

Pergeseran lanskap kerja menuju Gig Economy, ditambah disrupsi otomatisasi dari Artificial Intelligence (AI) Generatif, menuntut kesiapan karir non-tradisional dari mahasiswa (Generasi Z). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan membangun model prediktif untuk Kesiapan Karir Gig Economy (Y) berdasarkan tiga kompetensi mutakhir: Literasi AI Generatif (X1), Kecerdasan Adaptif (AQ) (X2), dan Efikasi Diri Personal Branding Digital (X3). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan pendekatan survei cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 350 mahasiswa tingkat akhir di lima universitas besar di Indonesia, dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen (X1, X2, X3) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan (p < 0,05) dan positif terhadap Kesiapan Karir Gig Economy (Y), dengan nilai adjusted R² sebesar 0,618. Secara parsial (Uji t), Kecerdasan Adaptif (AQ) (β = 0,472) terbukti menjadi prediktor paling dominan, diikuti oleh Efikasi Diri Personal Branding Digital (β = 0,298), dan Literasi AI Generatif (β = 0,165).  Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa kemampuan teknis AI (X1) tidak mencukupi jika tidak disertai adaptabilitas yang tinggi (X2) dan keyakinan mengelola reputasi digital (X3). Model prediktif ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa kurikulum pendidikan tinggi harus berevolusi dari sekadar keterampilan teknis, menuju pengembangan adaptabilitas dan manajemen branding digital mahasiswa secara strategis agar sukses di Gig Economy.

Abstract

Waste management problems in schools remain a significant challenge that requires educational and participatory approaches. Students’ low awareness of 3R-based waste management (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) can negatively affect the cleanliness and environmental quality of the school environment. This community service program aimed to improve students’ environmental awareness through the implementation of a 3R-based waste management program integrated with digital education at SMP Integral Luqman Al-Hakim. The implementation method employed educational and participatory approaches through several stages, including preliminary observation, development of digital educational media, material presentation, practical activities on 3R-based waste management, and program evaluation. The digital media utilized included interactive presentations, educational videos, and digital posters to enhance students’ interest and participation. The results showed an improvement in students’ understanding and environmental awareness, as reflected in their habits of disposing of waste properly, sorting organic and inorganic waste, and actively participating in simple recycling activities. Furthermore, the implementation of the 3R-based waste management program through digital education successfully fostered a culture of environmental awareness within the school and dormitory environment. Therefore, this program can serve as an educational effort to sustainably enhance students’ environmental awareness.

Abstract

Waste management issues in boarding school environments represent one of the environmental challenges that require educational, participatory, and sustainable solutions. Students’ activities that take place continuously throughout the day within the school and dormitory areas contribute to the increasing generation of domestic waste, including plastic waste, disposable sanitary pads, cosmetic packaging, and other household waste. On the other hand, waste management practices in schools are still predominantly conducted manually, resulting in less effective and poorly organized environmental management systems. This community service program aimed to support sustainable environmental education through the digitalization of the school waste bank assistance program at SMA Putri Luqman Al-Hakim. The program was implemented using participatory and educational approaches consisting of observation and problem identification, socialization and education, implementation of waste bank digitalization, as well as monitoring and evaluation stages. The activities included waste segregation education, the application of the 3R concept (reduce, reuse, recycle), and assistance in using a digital-based waste deposit recording system through online spreadsheets and simple applications. The results demonstrated an improvement in students’ understanding and participation in school waste management activities. Furthermore, the implementation of the digital system contributed to a more organized, transparent, and easily monitored waste bank administration process. The program also played a role in fostering environmentally responsible behavior and improving students’ digital literacy. Therefore, the digitalization of school waste banks can serve as an alternative strategy to support environmental education and sustainable school environmental management.
