Abstract

AbstractBelt handicraft industry developed in Sendangmulyo village is the result of village entrepreneurial management training held in 2012. The problems faced to develop this industry is production, marketing, business management and financial administration. The limited production is caused by lack of sewing machines and ability to print its own logo. Problem of promot ion field is caused by the simple way to do the promotion. In financial management, this industrial cluster has not done regular financial accounting. By IBM program, it will help to overcome these problems faced by belt handicraft industry. Developing of belt handicraft industry held using participation method by empowering communities potential, such as socialization, training or mentoring. The results of IBM program are (1) industrial cluster has blog, brochure and catalog as marketing media, (2) industrial cluster has simple organization, (3) industrial cluster has done recording transaction with computer (4) Belt handicraft industrial cluster has capability to print its own logo.Keywords: Belt handicraft, training, mentoringAbstrakIndustri kerajinan ikat pinggang dikembangkan di desa Sendangmulyo adalah hasil dari pelatihan manajemen kewirausahaan desa yang diadakan pada tahun 2012. Masalah yang dihadapi untuk mengembangkan industri ini adalah produksi, pemasaran, manajemen bisnis dan administrasi keuangan. Produksi terbatas disebabkan oleh kurangnya mesin jahit dan kemampuan untuk mencetak logo sendiri. Masalah bidang promosi disebabkan oleh cara sederhana untuk melakukan promosi. Dalam manajemen keuangan, klaster industri ini belum dilakukan akuntansi keuangan biasa. Dengan Program IBM, ini akan membantu untuk mengatasi masalah ini dihadapi oleh industri sabuk kerajinan. Mengembangkan industri kerajinan sabuk diadakan menggunakan metode partisipasi masyarakat memberdayakan potensi, seperti sosialisasi, pelatihan atau mentoring. Hasil program IBM yang (1) klaster industri memiliki blog, brosur dan katalog media pemasaran, (2) klaster industri memiliki organisasi sederhana, (3) klaster industri telah melakukan pencatatan transaksi dengan komputer (4) Kerajinan klaster industri memiliki kemampuan untuk mencetak logo sendiri.Kata kunci: Ikat pinggang, kerajinan tangan, pelatihan, mentoring

Abstract

This study aims to formulate the Quadruple Helix model in developing the Lasem Batik Tulis industry. The object of research is the Lasem Batik Industry, Rembang Regency. Methods of data collection used questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis used SWOT analysis and the Quadruple Helix concept. The results show that the formulation of the right combination of SWOT matrix strategies as an effort to develop the Batik Tulis Lasem industry is the Strenghts Opportunities (SO) strategy as many as 10 strategies, namely:  (1) Implementation of regulations for the preservation of Batik Tulis Lasem, policies and business empowerment of Batik Tulis Lasem, (2) Optimization of studies and research to support product, service and managerial creativity, (3) Improvement and facilitation of batik lover events, (4) Improving the quality of exhibitions for all batik entrepreneurs who already have new names and businesses, (5) Update designs and follow development of modes to compete with other products, (6) Improving the quality of facilities and services, (7) Utilizing loan facilities for business development, (8) Maintaining product quality, (9) Optimizing training and mentoring programs (10) Increasing the role of the Government in strengthening batik cooperatives and clusters. Furthermore, the 10 strategies are described in the Quadruple Helix model scheme for the Development of the Lasem Batik Handicraft Industry.

Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to prove motivation effect, education level and workdiscipline on the performance of village officials in Kaliori District. The sampling method usedthe saturated sample method. The data collection technique used a survey method bydistributing questionnaires to 184 respondents of village officials in Kaliori District. The dataanalysis technique in this research used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of theresearch prove that motivation, education level and work discipline have a significant positiveeffect on the performance of village officials in Kaliori District. The ability of the motivationalvariable, education level and work discipline explain the variation in the performance of villageofficials in Kaliori District is 30.8%, while the remaining 69.2% is influenced by other factorsoutside the research model.

Abstract

The research aims to prove and analyze the influence of current ratio, return on asset, debt to equity and earning per share towards share prices in textile and garment company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.  The population of the research is textile and garment factories listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 – 2017 periods. Technique selection sample used is purposive sample. Data analyzes method used is multiple linier regression analyzes. The research result shows that current ratio has insignificant negative effect towards share price. Return to asset ratio has insignificant positive effect towards share price. Debt to equity ratio has significant negative effect towards share price.  Earning per share has significant positive effect towards share price. Determination test result shows that variable current ratio, return on asset, debt to equity and earning to share are able to explain of 63,1% share price, while 36,9%  of the remaining is explained by other factors that are not included  in this research model.

Abstract

The Research is carried out to prove the influences of working capital, liquidity, activity ratio, the level of the companies and the sales’ growth toward the profitability in food and beverage companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of the research is all the food and beverage companies registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analyzing technique used is multiple linier regression analysis. The research result proves that the working capital gives negative influence not significant toward the profitability. Liquidity, ratio of activities, sales’ growth has positive influence toward profitability. While the independent variable ability of the regression model explains that dependent variable is 68,8%, while 31,2 % is explained by other variable that is not observed in this research.

Abstract

In the development of the world’s economy, business or entrepreneurial efforts are required to be able to make appropriate and effective decision making, especially in the financial sector. This research was conducted to analyze the factors that influence financial literacy in UMKM Batik Tulis Lasem in Rembang Regency. The variables used in this study are education level, gender, and income level. This has implications for good finance that will help MSMEs to take effective financial decisions for the sustainability of their businesses. This study uses binary logistic analysis to find the effect between variables with the level of financial literacy. The results of the study showed that none of the variables used in the study had a significant influence on the level of financial literacy at UMKM Batik Tulis Lasem.

Abstract

Performance improvement for both individuals and groups becomes the center of attention in a effort to improve organizational performance both in quantity and quality. This research was conducted on employees of Sluke District, Rembang Regency. The methode used to determine the sample is non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique, namely examining the entire population of 27 employess. Data was collected by means of questionnaires, interviews and observations. The data processing technique used SPSS 21, the fisrt step is so test the isntrument from the quetionnaire through validity test, reliability test, multiple regression test and determinations test. The result showed that: (1) work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) motivations has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) work culture and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policies and profitability partially on the value of the company. This study also aims to provide consideration for investors in making investments. The research population includes manufacturing companies of consumer goods industry sector which is and still listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2014 of 36 companies. The sample was chosen by purposive sampling technique and obtained by 10 companies with observation value 30. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of data analysis, it is concluded that investment decision has positive effect not significant to value, funding decision has positive effect not significant to firm value, dividend policy has negative effect not significant to firm value, while profitability have positive significant effect to firm value. The value of determination coefficient (R2) of 0.927 indicates that investment decision variable, funding decision, dividend policy and profitability able to explain change of variable of company value equal to 92,7%, while the rest equal to 7,3% influenced by other variable outside research. Keywords: Company value, investment decision, funding decision, dividend policy and profitability.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pegawai BPN Kabupaten Rembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel dependen kinerja pegawai dan menggunakan variabel independen budaya organisasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian yang dilakukan adalah seluruh Pegawai Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Rembang sebanyak 40 pegawai. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan sampel jenuh. Sehingga sampel pada penelitian yang dilakukan adalah seluruh Pegawai Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Rembang yang berjumlah 40 pegawai.Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Data diperoleh dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada 40 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja kegawai. Sedangkan variabel budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari uji determinasi didapatkan nilai Adjusted R square sebesar 0,596 atau 59,6%, dapat diartikan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja dapat menjelaskan kinerja pegawai sebesar 59,6% dan 40,4% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain. Kata Kunci:Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMPN 2 Kragan, Rembang Regency, with the aim of proving the influence of work discipline and work environment on the performance of teachers and employees of SMPN 2 Kragan, Rembang Regency. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a population of 55 people. The sampling technique uses the saturated sample method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22 software for data processing. The data type is subject data and the data source is primary data. The results of his research show that work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of teachers and employees of SMPN 2 Kragan, Rembang Regency, and the work environment has a significant positive effect on the performance of teachers and employees of SMPN 2 Kragan, Rembang Regency.The implication of the results of this research is that to improve employee performance as teachers, high work discipline and a supportive work environment are needed so that it can have a positive impact on teacher performance.
