Abstract

This research was conducted at the Kragan II Rembang Community Health Center. The aim of this research is to prove and explain the influence of work discipline, organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of employees at the Kragan II Rembang Community Health Center. The population in this study were employees of the Kragan II Rembang Community Health Center. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to 88 respondents. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research are that work discipline, organizational culture, work motivation partially have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at the Kragan II Rembang Community Health Center. The adjusted R-square value is 0.634, meaning the contribution of work discipline, organizational culture and work motivation is 63%, while the remaining 37% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in supporting Indonesia's economy. However, MSMEs often face various challenges that hinder their growth, including limitations in production development, lack of effective promotional strategies, and absence of business legality. In the digital era, there are numerous new opportunities that can be leveraged for MSME development. To address these challenges, concrete steps and appropriate assistance are required. This study discusses the assistance provided to Donutte_Al, an MSME engaged in donut production and sales in Plawangan Village, Kragan Sub-district, Rembang Regency, through the Business Work Study Program (KKU) of YPPI Rembang University. The aim of this assistance is to optimize potential and overcome challenges through creative and digital support, including the creation of MSME banners and brochures, preparation of risk-based business licensing documents to obtain a Business Identification Number (NIB), as well as marketing assistance and training using the canva application. The objective of this collaboration is to provide strategic and effective steps for MSME development, create positive synergy, and contribute to local economic growth and community welfare improvement.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini dimaksudkan untuk mempelajari bagaimana likuiditas, perputaran modal kerja, serta pertumbuhan penjualan berdampak pada profitabilitas bisnis pada perusahaan consumer goods yang tergabung di BEI selama periode 2020–2022. Variabel terikat profitabilitas perusahaan dan variabel independennya adalah likuiditas, perputaran modal kerja, dan pertumbuhan penjualan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 35 perusahaan konsumen barang di BEI dalam kurun tahun 2020–2022, yang diperoleh dari www.idx.com. Metode dokumentasi digunakan untuk pengumpulan data, dan metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk penentuan sampel. 23 perusahaan termasuk dalam sampel penelitian, dan ada 69 observasi. Analisis linier berganda adalah metode analisis data yang akan dipratikkan. Sebelum uji regresi, diuji dengan uji asumsi klasik untuk mendapatkan data linier terbaik atau Best Linier Unbias Estimate (BLUE). Pada hasil uji hipotesis memperlihatkan hasil dimana likuiditas dan  perputaran modal kerja memberikan dampak negatif pada profitabilitas perusahaan, sementara pertumbuhan penjualan mampu memberikan dampak positif pada profitabilitas perusahaan. Hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan nilai R2 yang disesuaikan sebesar 28,1%; namun, 71,9% disebabkan oleh sebab lain yang tidak terkait dengan penelitian ini. Kata Kunci :    Profitabilitas Perusahaan, Likuiditas, Perputaran Modal Keja, Pertumbuhan Penjualan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove the influence of liquidity, company size, and leverage on the financial performance of coal mining manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2022. This research uses financial performance as the dependent variable and liquidity, company size, and leverage as independent variables. The population used in the study consists of all coal mining manufacturing sector companies consistently listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2020-2022, with a sample of 24 companies. The sampling method used in the study is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the liquidity variable has a non-significant positive effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, the company size and leverage variables have a non-significant negative effect on financial performance. From the determination test, the Adjusted R square value is obtained at 0.055 or 5.5%, which can be interpreted as liquidity, company size, and leverage in this regression model are able to explain 5.5% of the dependent variable financial performance within the model

Abstract

Studi ini mempunyai tujuan membuktikan serta menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh variabel independen kemampuan kerja, fasilitas kerja serta disiplin kerja bagi peningkatan kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kecamatan Kragan. Populasinya adalah 37 responden pegawai. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Untuk analisis data digunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil kajian dalam disimpulkan bahwa variabel kemampuan kerja serta disiplin kerja mampu memberikan prngaruh positif signifikan bagi peningkatan kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Kragan. Adapun variabel fasilitas kerja juga memberikan pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan bagi peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Hasil pengujian determinasi memberikan hasil ketiga variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 55,8% variabel kinerja pegawai, sedangkan 44,2% sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dimasukan pada model penelitian ini.

Abstract

In this community service activity as a partner is Batik Tulis Asri Anna Budaya. Batik Tulis Lasem Asri Anna Budaya is one of UMKM in Rembang Regency that produces Batik Tulis Lasem. The results of interviews by the YPPI Rembang University Service Team with partners obtained data that in managing their business they had not carried out administration well. Beside that, partners also have not utilized information technology in marketing. This is due to limited knowledge about the benefits of information technology for product marketing. The agreed solution as a form of service activity is business management training (creativepreneurship): training in motivation, creativity and innovation, administration and e-marketing. The aim of service activities is to improve partners' business management capabilities so that they can develop creativity and innovation in running the business. Activities are carried out in three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of the activities that were successfully achieved were that partners' motivation to develop their business increased along with the growth of creativity and innovation in developing their products. Partners have also begun to realize the importance of e-marketing in increasing their sales. Keywords: creativepreneurship, improving, business management

Abstract

Koperasi di Indonesia, seperti yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 25 Tahun 1992, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya dengan prinsip kekeluargaan. Kinerja karyawan, yang dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja, memainkan peran penting dalam keberhasilan koperasi. Penurunan kinerja yang tercermin pada Koperasi Mitra Lestari Kabupaten Pati, yang diindikasikan oleh rendahnya pendapatan dan absensi yang buruk, menunjukkan perlunya evaluasi terhadap faktor-faktor ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di koperasi tersebut. Menggunakan metode survei dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 32 karyawan, penelitian ini mengaplikasikan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. Secara keseluruhan, kepuasan kerja terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan di Koperasi Mitra Lestari, dibandingkan dengan motivasi dan disiplin kerja. Temuan ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan melalui peningkatan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Sendangasri Village is one of the tourist villages in Rembang Regency, Central Java. As a tourism village, Sendangasri Village has a variety of handicraft and culinary products that can be developed to support the development of a tourism village. The results of observations made by the Service Team found the fact that the marketing of these handicraft and culinary products was manual, that is, the public or tourists had to come directly to Sendangasri Village. Based on the analysis conducted by the Service Team, it can be seen that the problems faced by the Sendangasri Tourism Village are: (1) The lack of knowledge of the tourism village manager about e-commerce, (2) Human resources who lack skills in managing information systems as a Products marketing media on Sendangasri Tourism Village, (3) There is no information system that serves the public or potential tourists to shop online. The solution offered is the implementation of e-commerce in the form of a Souvenir Information System and training that can improve the skills of tourism village managers in serving online transactions. The result of community service in the Sendangasri Tourism Village is that the tourism village manager has been able to use the Souvenir Information System to support the development of the Sendangasri Tourism Village.Key word : Ecommerce, Souvenir Information System,Development

Abstract

This research aims to test the relationship between working spirit, working discipline, and job satisfaction on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Pamotan. This study's participants are the high school teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pamotan, totaling 32 civil servant teachers. Data was obtained from respondents with the research instrument using a questionnaire. Sampling techniques using saturated sampling or census. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The study's results show that working spirit and working discipline have a non-significant positive impact, and the study’s findings indicate that teachers' performance is significantly improved by job satisfaction. The results of the determination test for the variables working spirit, working discipline, and job satisfaction were able to explain variations in teacher performance variables of 70.1%. Abstract

Semenjak pandemi Covid-19 sebagian besar aktivitas bisnis bergeser ke arah digitalisasi, terutama para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). UMKM yang telah bertransformasi digital berpengaruh pada perubahan model ekonomi baru yaitu digitalisasi ekonomi kreatif. Digitalisasi memaksa para pelaku UMKM untuk beradaptasi secara cepat agar dapat bertahan dan meningkatkan kinerjanya. Namun, keterlibatan UMKM dalam digitalisasi tersebut akan mengalami beberapa permasalahan yaitu kurang siapnya UMKM terkait skala produksi dan konsistensi menjaga kualitas, seperti banyak UMKM yang masih belum siap menghadapi lonjakan produksi ketika pesanan meningkat. Maka, hal ini dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang memadai, terutama pada pemimpinnya. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kepemimpinan yang berorientasi digital dengan meningkatkan kinerja organisasinya dibutuhkan skill khusus yaitu kemampuan dalam berinovasi dan teknologi informasi (TI). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa tingginya peningkatan organizational performance yang dipengaruhi oleh digital leadership yang dimediasi innovation capability dan IT capability. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 70 UMKM bidang fashion di Kabupaten Rembang yang telah beroperasi minimal 1 tahun serta menggunakan teknologi digital. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui kuesioner dan kemudian akan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis statistik Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital leadership setelah dimediasi oleh innovation capability dan IT capability memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational performance.
