Abstract

 Desa Panji memiliki beragam produk usaha menengah dan kecil yang beberapa diantaranya sudah sampai tingkat nasional. Selain sebagai desa wisata, Desa Panji juga berhasil meraih juara 1 badan usaha milik desa tingkat nasional dan Desa Cemerlang terbaik se-Bali Nusra tahun 2022 dari 53 desa finalis. Potensi produk UMKM tersebut masih kurang terkelola dengan baik, terutama dalam berbagai event dan mendukung pengembangan pariwisata. Oleh karena itu, Program Studi Manajemen Event Politeknik Pariwisata Bali memberikan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan. Topik pelatihan tersebut adalah Pengelolaan UMKM dalam rangka Festival Desa. Peserta pelatihan adalah seluruh pemangku kepentingan Desa Panji, khususnya UMKM dan pelaku pariwisata. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta mampu membuat perencanaan bisnis UMKM, desain produk yang lebih menarik, serta pengelolaan pameran UMKM dalam suatu event. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan tata kelola produk UMKM dan bersinergi dengan pengembangan pariwisata Desa Panji.

Abstract

Purpose: This article aims to revive local cultural wisdom in the Kuta Traditional Village which has been eroded by the influence of globalization Research methods: This research uses an interpretive qualitative approach by collecting data through field observations, interviews and literature reviews Results and discussion: The Kuta Beach Mini Festival is able to create a space for the people of Kuta Badung Traditional Village to strengthen their sense of cultural identity, through dance, music, fine arts and various traditional activities and revive cultural elements that are in danger of being forgotten. Implication: This article has substantial cultural implications by illustrating how the representation of local cultural wisdom in festivals can influence cultural preservation, revolution, and understanding.

Abstract

Currently, the development of the business world in Denpasar City is very significant. Companies must have a strong strategy to attract consumers and their target market. Berbagi Kopi Denpasar designed a strategy through the implementation of the Berbagi panggung event in attracting visitors. The type of event implemented is an art event. This study uses a type of approach that collected by observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The problem that will be analyzed in this research is limited by analyzing three-event approaches in the form of entertainment, excitement, and effort in implementing marketing communications through the Berbagi Panggung event in attracting visitors' interest at Berbagi Kopi Denpasar. The results of this study were the entertainment approach that was carried out by Berbagi Panggung through performers, each of which was different. The joyous approach was taken by the Berbagi Panggung to provide a memorable experience for visitors with the interactions that occurred between the performers and visitors. Enterprise is the readiness of the Berbagi Panggung in the risk that will occur and dare to do something new. The implementation of marketing communication through the event has been well implemented so that the event plays a role in attracting visitors to come to Berbagi Kopi Denpasar.

Abstract

The quality of wedding organizer services on the level of customer satisfaction is a business effort in providing services in the world of weddings which is carried out to achieve customer satisfaction. Customers can assess the quality of wedding organizer services to determine the good and bad of the wedding organizer's business. By providing the best quality service, it will increase customer satisfaction at the Vowever Wedding Organizer Denpasar Bali. In this study the author aims to determine the quality of wedding organizer services to the level of customer satisfaction at the Vowever WeddingOrganizerDenpasarBali. This study usesquantitative descriptive data analysis techniques through a Likert scale approach that uses a questionnaire. The number of samples used in this study were 31 people consisting of all couples who got married in 2019-2021 at the Vowever Wedding Organizer Denpasar Bali.The results of this study indicate that the quality of wedding organizer services on the level of customer satisfaction at the Vowever Wedding Organizer Denpasar Bali is good or satisfactory with an average of 4.36. This is because there are several aspects of the service quality dimension that get quite low scores, such as: lack of communication with customers and the lack of options for selecting wedding vendors. So that the Vowever Wedding Organizer Denpasar Bali is expected to be able to provide better service quality to increase customer satisfaction, so that the Vowever Wedding Organizer Denpasar Bali is able to achieve the desired goals.

Abstract

This article discusses efforts to revitalize cultural heritage through a holistic approach in managing local wisdom, especially in the context of the Panji Festival Event in Panji Village, Buleleng. Cultural heritage is an important asset in maintaining the identity and cultural desires of a society. However, cultural heritage is often neglected and threatened with extinction due to modernization and social change. To maintain the sustainability of cultural heritage, a holistic approach is needed that involves various aspects such as community participation, environmental preservation, education and local economic development. This article aims to explore a holistic approach in managing local wisdom to revitalize cultural heritage, with a focus on implementation at the Panji Festival in Panji Village, Buleleng. This research methodology includes a qualitative approach with data collection through participant observation, in-depth interviews with local stakeholders, as well as document analysis related to festival activities and cultural preservation efforts at the local level. The research results show that a holistic approach in managing local wisdom through the Panji Festival event has succeeded in building awareness of the importance of cultural heritage for local communities. The active participation of the community in organizing the festival, the integration of modern technology to promote and preserve local culture, as well as efforts to preserve the environment as an important aspect of festival activities have increased appreciation of cultural heritage and improved local economic prosperity.

Abstract

The rapid adoption of digital communication tools, particularly WhatsApp Business, has transformed the event services industry by enhancing e-service quality and customer engagement. Despite its growing popularity, research on how WhatsApp Business influences e-service quality and purchase intention remains limited. This study examines the impact of e-service quality and brand reputation on purchase intentions for event services in Bali, addressing a critical gap in the literature. Using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with PLS algorithm and bootstrapping techniques, data were collected from 100 respondents who had previously purchased event services. The findings reveal a strong, statistically significant relationship between e-service quality and purchase intention (original sample value = 0.751, p-value = 0.000), highlighting the importance of responsiveness, efficiency, and personalization. However, brand reputation’s mediating role was weak (original sample value = 0.195, p-value = 0.030), suggesting it does not significantly alter the direct influence of e-service quality. These results underscore the primacy of e-service quality in driving purchase decisions, offering practical insights for event organizers to optimize WhatsApp Business for customer satisfaction and loyalty. The study contributes to the broader understanding of digital service quality in the event industry and provides actionable strategies for leveraging technology to enhance consumer experiences.

Abstract

Sustainable tourism is an important aspect in developing the tourism sector, especially for local tourist destinations which require increased human resource (HR) capacity to manage tourism potential independently and competitively. This community service activity aims to improve the skills of local human resources in the Surakarta City Tourism Village in preparing tour packages and digital marketing. Training is carried out through a participatory approach which includes the delivery of theory, practice of preparing tour packages, and digital marketing simulations. The results of the activity showed that participants were able to understand the basic principles of sustainable tourism, develop attractive tour packages, and utilize digital media for promotion. The evaluation also showed an increase in participants' confidence in developing and marketing tourism products independently. Thus, this training has a positive impact on increasing the capacity of local human resources in managing sustainable tourism. It is hoped that the results of this activity can increase the attractiveness of the Surakarta City Tourism Village and become a model for community empowerment in other tourist destinations.

Abstract

Consumer perception is important in the company. Consumer perception can be influenced by several factors, one of them is service quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the consumer perception towards wedding event quality services at Amankila Resort. The sample in this research are 32 respondents, which Amankila Resort wedding event consumers in period of time 2019 – 2022. This study used a quantitative descriptive analysis technique with SPSS version 25 through validities test and reliabilities test. Data collection techniques used are surveys, observation and documentation studies. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that regarding consumer perceptions towards wedding event service quality at Amankila Resort are considered very good with an average value of 4.48. The dimension of service quality that has the highest average value of 4.65 is the empathy dimension, while the dimension of service quality that has the lowest average value of 3.4 is the tangibles dimension.

The development of the event industry organizer in the City of Semarang is quite fast. One such company is Berlian Event Organizer company. The research aims to test the impact of workload and work stress on employee performance in Berlian Event Organizer company. The data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to 54 staff and interviews. The research method is descriptive quantitative. Testing instruments using validity tests and reliability tests. The data is analyzed using the classical assumption test, double linear regression. The results of the analysis can be seen that: 1) workload (X1) has a significant impact on performance of 37.5% on the performance of the employee event 2) work stress (X2) has no significant impact of 11.6% on the work performance of event employees . 3) workload (X1 and work stress X2) have a significant effect of 53% on work performance in event employees in CV. Berlian Event Organizer.
