Abstract

PT. X is a company engaged in the manufacture of the doll house. Its various daily production processes in each work station are performed on the floor by squatting for long hours. There are seven work stations, namely pattern making, pattern cutting, pattern assembly, caulking, sanding, painting and accessory installation. The study aims to know the risk level of working posture of operators and to suggest improvements to very risky work stations. The method used in this research is Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) based on nordic questionaire on pains suffered in the back, waist, hip, right hand and foot. From the results of the collection and processing of the data, the risk of injury in an actual working system based on REBA score shows a high risk level, with the highest risk level is in caulking working station of 9 for the left side and 8 for the right side. Further, the suggested working system improvement using a chair and table results in a decrease in the risk of injury with low REBA score, the average of which is 5 for all improved work stations. It shows that the suggested working system improvement is really necessary to reduce the work risks during the doll house production.

Abstract

Practicum Design of Industrial Engineering (DIE) I was one of the existing courses in Industrial Engineering University X. One of which is discussed in DIE I is Biomechanics. Biomechanics is one branch of ergonomics that discussed about body mechanics for doing a job. In practicum of DIE I included in biomechanics is the Recommended Weight Limit (RWL), Lifting Index (LI), Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). During this time, the calculation method of RWL, LI, RULA, and REBA on practicum DIE I still manually which causes the calculation becomes longer further practicum be delayed. This research aims to make the Software of calculation biomechanics by using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Software that is made just for calculating RWL, LI, RULA and REBA. Based on testing by respondents as many as 21 people found the average time of manual calculation and software calculation. In completing the calculation, manual calculation takes an average of 297.246 seconds, while calculation with Software takes an average of 32.584 seconds. So that with the completion of the software, the calculation of biomechanics can be quickly resolved.

Abstract

The decline in employee performance at UP PTSP Makasar District is characterized by a decreased level of service time efficiency in the area of KRK and IMB licensing. In addition, the cause of the decline in employee performance is due to the behavior of employees who like to postpone work and come late to work intentionally, and also employees lack the determination of high morale at work. The achievement of the duties of UP PTSP employees in Makasar Sub-District was not in accordance with the determined time standard. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and workload on the performance of UP PTSP Makasar District employees and to know the factors that had to be prioritized to become better. The data used for research is questionnaire data which is processed by the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. This study analyzes the factors of work environment and workload using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS applications. Based on SEM output regression weights value states that there is no significant effect between work environment on employee performance. While there is a significant effect between workload on employee performance. The main priority in improving employee performance through the work environment is cleanliness in the workplace. The main priority in improving employee performance through better workloads is with work conditions at the workplace.

Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan konstruksi yang bergerak dibidang pembangunan infrastruktur Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Elpiji (SPBE) sedang menjalankan banyak proyek pada beberapa wilayah di Indonesia. Dengan jadwal proyek yang begitu padat, maka perlu adanya manajemen proyek yang baik dalam menjalankannya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada para karyawan perusahaan mengenai manajemen proyek dengan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) agar karyawan dapat menyelesaikan seluruh proyek yang sedang berjalan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dibagi menjadi dua tahap, pada tahap pertama dilakukan observasi langsung, yaitu: tim abdimas datang ke lokasi dalam rangka memperoleh data. Hal ini dilakukan pada saat menjelang maupun pada saat kegiatan berlangsung. Tahap kedua adalah pelatihan, yaitu: tim memberikan materi tentang manajemen proyek dengan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) sekaligus memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah para karyawan dapat merencanakan dan menjalankan proyek sesuai target dengan metode Critical Path Method (CPM).

Abstract

PT RB merupakan perusahaan UMKM yang memproduksi rumah boneka berbahan dasar kayu. Posisi kerja seluruh operator dilakukan dengan kondisi jongkok, duduk di lantai dan duduk di kursi roda tanpa meja. Semua akivitas operator tersebut mengakibatkan kelelahan dengan tingkat denyut jantung yang tinggi. Kegiatan produksi di PT RB dilakukan sekitar 8 jam/hari. Operator yang mengalami kelelahan secara fisiologi (fisik) dapat menyebabkan penurunan pada produksi, sehingga perlu dilakukan pengukuran beban kerja secara fisiologi dan analisis terhadap proses produksi perusahaan. Adapun data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data pengukuran metabolisme tubuh untuk menilai beban kerja. Adapun data Primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari: 10 denyut nadi pada pekerja produksi rumah boneka kepada 8 operator dengan 6 stasiun kerja. Konsumsi energi terbesar dialami oleh operator pada stasiun kerja pengamplasan (41Kkal/jam). Sedangkan nilai yang paling rendah terdapat di stasiun kerja pembuatan pola (2 Kkal/jam). Pekerjaan ini tergolong kedalam beban kerja ringan dikarenakan lebih kecil dari 100-200Kkal/jam.Kata Kunci:Beban Kerja Fisiologi, Rumah Boneka, Disabilitas

Abstract

On the production floor CV. There are 6 work stations that produce wooden dollhouses. All activities carried out by workers are carried out simply with irregular production floors where workers put the tools and materials used out of place which causes the workspace to be more narrow and work risks arise. To correct this, an analysis of the work environment will be carried out using 5S. The formulation of the problem is done through observations made on the production floor CV. RB. The review is carried out on the current work environment layout and the problems that occur in it. The identification results are used as a basis for compiling the concept of applying 5S in accordance with the characteristics of the production floor CV. RB. Analysis of the impact caused by the existing conditions is the result of observations and interviews with relevant parties. Furthermore, this research will give a proposal to solve the problems in the production of dollhouses using 5S. One of the improvements made is the provision of training on the basic concepts of 5S. By using 5S there will be improvements where workers will become disciplined, reduce waste and work risks.

Abstract

Standards that generally must be owned by companies in order to achieve a good management system are ISO 9001 international standards, these standards govern the company's quality management system. PT XYZ is a printing company, this company has obtained the ISO 9001 certification version in 2008. However, there are the latest developments where in September 2015, ISO issued the latest revised standard so that the ISO 9001: 2008 standard is no longer valid. Therefore, PT XYZ is obliged to migrate or change its standards following the latest revised standard requirements, namely ISO 9001:2015 no later than 2018. The method of risk management analysis is carried out by entering identified risks into the risk management form. Furthermore, the risk of failure and its effect is determined by two factors, namely: the magnitude of the impact if a failure occurs, the second is the probability and frequency of failure. After the classification is carried out, the weighting calculation is performed for all identified risks (risk assessment). Identified risks and their weights are entered into the risk register according to priority, where the risk with the highest weight is placed in the top position. Based on the results of high-risk research (H), namely the production process inspection process and the final inspection QC process. For medium risks, there are 3, namely the process of making COAs, the Incoming Material Inspection process, and the process of handling complaints.

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine the effect of operating profit margin, return on equity and return on assets to changes in earnings in multi-finance companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study is used a secondary data from financial statements on 12 multi-finance companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 until 2015. This study uses panel data regression of a combined cross-section data and time series.The result of this study showed that operating profit margin, return on equity and return on assets simultaneously have a significant influence on changes in earnings. The result of F-test showed that the significant level is 0,00 < 0,05. The result of the t-test, operating profit margin (OPM) has a negative and no significant influence on changes in earnings. Return on equity (ROE) has a positive and significant influence on changes in earnings. Return on asset (ROA) has a positive and significant influence on changes in earnings.Keywords: Operating Profit Margin, , Return on Equity, Return on Asset, Changes EarningsABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh operating profit margin, return on equity dan return on assets terhadap perubahan laba pada perusahaan lembaga pembiayaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa data laporan keuangan 12 sampel perusahaan pembiayaan yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011-2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi data panel yaitu gabungan data cross section  dan time series.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa operating profit margin (OPM), return on asset (ROA), dan return on equity (ROE) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perubahan laba. Hasil uji F menghasilkan tingkat signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. Hasil uji-t, operating profit margin (OPM) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap perubahan laba. Return on equity (ROE)  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perubahan laba. Abstract

ABSTRAKIndustri grafika/percetakan di Indonesia sampai saat ini masih belum mampu menyetarakan diri dengan standar mutu industri grafika internasional, khususnya Asia dan Australia. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah karena masih belum terpenuhinya sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang kompeten. Perubahan teknologi grafika terutama di pracetak sangat revolusioner. Dengan berkembangnya bisnis percetakan sehingga dibutuhkan juga tenaga kerja yang siap untuk kerja di perusahaan tersebut. Hal ini menjadi tantangan khususnya buat SMK Grafika dimana di sekolah ini yang bertugas menyiapkan lulusan-lusan siap kerja di industri printing. Kegiatan pelatihan proses produksi printing ini dilaksanakan di SMK Grafika Kahuripan 2 Jakarta. Kegiatan abdimas ini dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan, diskusi, dan juga tanya jawab oleh siswa-siswi. Hasil pelatihan proses produksi printing bagi siswa SMK Grafika Kahuripan 2 Jakarta menunjukkan kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata post test yaitu sebesar 71,2. Hal ini juga dapat dilihat dari semangat para siswa pada saat pemberian materi yang diberikan oleh team abdimas. Dengan pelatihan ini siswa-siswi SMK Grafika Kahuripan 2 dapat lebih memahami proses produksi printing, dengan materi-materi yang dilengkapi dengan foto-foto dan tambahan penjelasan kendala-kendala proses cetak, serta penjelasan persiapan memasuki dunia kerja sehingga para siswa lebih percaya diri  setelah lulus nantinya.Kata Kunci: Proses Produksi Printing, Industri Grafika, Digital Print ABSTRACTThe graphic/printing industry in Indonesia until now has not been able to equate itself with the quality standards of the international graphics industry, especially Asia and Australia. One reason is that there are still not yet fulfilled competent human resources (HR). Changes in graphics technology, especially in preprints are very revolutionary. With the development of the printing business, we also need workers who are ready to work at the company. This is a challenge especially for Graphic Vocational Schools where the school is in charge of preparing graduates ready to work in the printing industry. This printing production process training activity was held at the Grafika Kahuripan 2 Vocational School in Jakarta. This community service activity is carried out using counseling, discussion, and question and answer methods by students. The results of the training of the printing production process for students of Grafika Kahuripan 2 Jakarta Vocational School show a good category with an average post-test score of 71.2. This can also be seen from the enthusiasm of the students at the time the material was given by the Abdimas team. With this training, the students of Grafica Kahuripan 2 Vocational School can better understand the printing production process, with materials that are equipped with photographs and additional explanation of the constraints of the printing process, as well as an explanation of preparation for entering the workforce so that students are more confident after graduating later.Keywords: Printing Production Process, Graphic Industry, Digital Print

Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepemimpinan dan pelatihan mengenai pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan usaha ekonomi produktif kepada pemuda Karang Taruna Desa Sukamanis, Kecamatan Kadudampit, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pertama dengan observasi langsung yaitu: pengabdi langsung datang ke lokasi pengabdiaan untuk memperoleh data. Hal ini kami lakukan pada saat menjelang maupun saat kegiatan berlangsung. Observasi berguna untuk mengetahui kondisi dan kebutuhan yang diperlukan oleh Karang Taruna terutama untuk peningkatan sikap leadership dan juga kewirausahaan bagi para anggota Karang Taruna. Observasi sangat penting untuk mewujudkan kesuksesan kegiatan pengabdiaan masyarakat itu sendiri. Metode kedua adalah melakukan pelatihan mengenai kepemimpinan dan juga kewirausahaan, memberikan cara-cara untuk membentuk sikap kepemimpinan yang baik, memberikan tips untuk menjadi seoarang wirausahaan yang sukses. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan kepemimpinan dalam kewirausahaan ini sangat bermanfaat karena dapat menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan para pemuda Karang Taruna, ditambah dengan dukungan dari Kepala Desa Sukamanis sehingga para pemuda Karang Taruna sangat antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan kepemimpinan dan kewirausahaan.ABSTRACTThis activity aims to provide leadership training and training on community empowerment through the development of productive economic enterprises for youth youth in Sukamanis Village, Kadudampit District, Sukabumi Regency. The method used in community service is first by direct observation, namely: servants directly come to the service location to obtain data. We did this before and during the activity. Observation is useful to find out the conditions and needs needed by  youth, especially for improving leadership and entrepreneurial attitudes for members of youth organizations. Observation is very important to realize the success of community service activities themselves. The second method is conducting training on leadership and entrepreneurship, providing ways to shape good leadership attitudes, giving tips for becoming a successful entrepreneur. The results of leadership training activities in entrepreneurship are very useful because they can add insight and knowledge to youth youth organizations, coupled with the support of the Village Head Sukamanis in providing support so that youth youth are very enthusiastic in participating in leadership and entrepreneurship training.
