Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of free shipping promos, ease of payment, and ease of use on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang class of 2019 and Shopee users. This research includes explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 90 respondents. The data collection technique uses questionnaires through Google Form. The results of this study partially show that free shipping promos, ease of payment, and ease of use influence purchasing decisions. All independent variables simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Keywords: free shipping promos, ease of payment, ease of use, on purchase  decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of association, fashion trends, and financial literacy on consumptive lifestyles. This research method uses quantitative methods. With the data collection technique by distributing questionnaires to students of the 2019 class of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNISMA. The results of this study used SPSS. The results of this study indicate that: social influence has a positive effect on consumptive lifestyles. fashion trends have a positive effect on consumptive lifestyles financial literacy has a positive effect on consumptive lifestyles. The significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05, meaning that the variables of social influence, fashion trends, and financial literacy simultaneously influence consumptive lifestyles. Keywords: Influence of Association, Fashion Trend, Financial Literacy, Consumptive Lifestyle.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify and analyze beauty vloggers, brand image, prices and halal labels that simultaneously and partially influence the purchase decision of Make Over cosmetic products. This research is located in the Arum Beauty Shop Lawang cosmetic shop. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. The data used is primary data, obtained from interviews and questionnaires filled out directly by respondents who are consumers of the Arum Beauty Shop cosmetic shop. The sample used is 100 respondents.Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS 26 program. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that beauty vlogger, brand image, price and halal label have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for Make Over cosmetic products. Keywords: Beauty Vlogger, Brand image, Price, Halal Label.

Abstract

Abstract  The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the recruitment process, selection and job training on the performance of online drivers of PT Gojek Indonesia Malang City Branch. The data source of this research is primary data obtained from answers to questions when distributing questionnaires to online drivers of PT Gojek Indonesia Malang City Branch. The sample method used is Accidental Sampling. The number of samples in this study were 92 respondents. The data analysis method is using multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumption tests and statistical tests. The results showed: (1) the recruitment process has a significant effect on the performance of online drivers, (2) selection has a significant effect on the performance of online drivers, (3) job training has no significant effect on the performance of online drivers. Keywords: Recruitment Process, Selection, Job Training, and  The Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of free shipping, discounts and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions of consumers of the TikTok Shop study on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business class of 2019, Islamic University of Malang. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling technique with the Malhotra formula used to take the sample, namely the number of items x 5 so that the total sample is 85 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is testing the simultaneous hypothesis (Uji F) and testing the partial hypothesis (Uji t). The results of his research show that free shipping has a significant and positive influence on the purchasing decisions of TikTok Shop consumers, discounts have a significant and positive influence on the purchasing decisions of TikTok Shop consumers and online customer reviews partially have no effect on the purchasing decisions of TikTok Shop consumers. In addition, simultaneously free shipping, discounts and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions of TikTok Shop consumers. Keywords: Free Shipping, Discounts and Online Customer Reviews and Consumer Purchase Decisions TikTok Shop.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted tofind out the preferences of female students in choosing hijab case study on studentsi Islamic University of Malang. The population in this study was 2,071 female students. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling and obtained 95 female students. The data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires. The results showed that, female students tend to choose Pasminah hijab with a utility value of when compared to four other attribute levels, namely quadrilateral hijab, triangle hijab, plisket hijab, h ijab shiria, khimar hijab. Keywords: Preferences, Hijab Model, Hijab Material, Hijab Color, Hijab Motif, Hijab Price, Hijab Quality.

Abstract This study aims to learn about and examine Dinoyo ceramic industry artisans' financial management practices in Malang City in 2023. Financial Knowledge and Internal Locus of Control are the independent variables influencing this study. The kind of examination utilized is clear with a quantitative methodology, and that implies making sense of the connection between the free factors and the reliant variable. Quantitative The SPSS program is used to conduct multiple linear regression analysis on the data. Through the distribution of questionnaires and direct observation, primary data were obtained directly. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling technique with the Malhotra formula used for sampling, namely the number of items x 5 so that the total sample is 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data carried out is testing the simultaneous hypothesis (Test F) and testing the partial hypothesis (Test t). Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to determine "The Effect of Impulse Buying, Price, and Use of Shopee Paylater on Purchasing Decisions (Case Study on Students of the Islamic University of Malang, Faculty of Economics and Business, Class of 2019-2020)". This study is classified as quantitative research. The researchers employed purposive sampling, employing the Slovin formula to determine the sample size, resulting in 95 respondents. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, while data analysis involved the use of multiple linear regression analysis.
