Abstract

Background: Low achievement and poor learning skills among current students. Research Objectives: This research analysed the project-based blended learning model on cognitive learning achievement and sports massage skills. Methods: This research is a quasi-experiment. The population was 9 classes (180 students) in the Department of Physical Education. There were 4 classes (80 students) of the samples in this study. A random sampling technique was utilised in this study. A post-test-only control group design was used. Learning achievement was measured by multiple-choice tests, and the skills were measured by a massage skills test. The data were analysed using MANCOVA with SPSS at a 5% significance level. Finding/Results: The research finding showed that (1) there was a difference in massage learning achievement and massage skills between students who studied with project-based blended learning assisted by interactive multimedia and those with direct instruction with a significance number of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05, (2) there was a difference in massage learning achievement between students who studied with project-based blended learning assisted by interactive multimedia and those with direct instruction, with a value of F = 8.400 and (3) there was a difference in massage skills between students who studied with project-based blended learning assisted with interactive multimedia and those with direct instruction, with a value of F = 13.817. Conclusion: It can be summarised that the project-based blended learning model could improve learning achievement and massage skills. The level of digital literacy has not been considered in this research; it is recommended that future research pay attention to this variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan spike dari suatu umpanan dan spike dari umpanan ke belakang terhadap teknik spike. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan spike dari suatu umpanan berpengaruh, dengan hasil thitung = 11,419> ttabel = 2,024, (2) pelatihan spike dari umpanan ke belakang berpengaruh dengan hasil thitung = 14,888 > ttabel = 2,024, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan spike dari suatu umpanan dengan spike dari umpanan ke belakang terhadap teknik spike bolavoli thitung = 2,930 > ttabel = 2,024. Disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh pelatihan spike dari suatu umpanan dan spike dari umpanan ke belakang mengalami peingkatan yang signifikan terhadap teknik spike bolavoli. Disarankan untuk pelatih bolavoli dapat menerapkan pelatihan spike dari suatu umpanan dan spike dari umpanan ke belakang untuk meningkatkan teknik spike bolavoli.Kata Kunci : spike dari suatu umpanan, spike dari umpanan ke belakang, teknik spike bola voli. Aim of this research is to know the influence of spike training from a feed and spike from back feed to spike technique. Research subjects amounted to 40 people. This study used the modified pre-test post-test group design. Data analysis using t-test at 5% significance level. The result of data analysis (1) spike training from an influential feed, with tcount = 11,419> ttable = 2,024, (2) spike training from backward feeding effect with tcount = 14,888> ttable = 2,024, and (3) Between spike training of a feed with a spike from back feed on spike bolavoli technique thitung = 2,930> ttable = 2.024. It was concluded that the effect of spike training on a feedback and spike from the back feed experienced significant improvements to the bolavoli spike technique. It is advisable for the bolavoli trainer to apply the spike training of a feed and spike from the feed backward to improve the bolavoli spike technique.keyword : spike of a feed, spike from feed backward, spike volleyball technique.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan tepukan dribble dan slalom dribble terhadap teknik dribbling. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 36 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t pada taraf signifikansi α =0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan tepukan dribble berpengaruh terhadap teknik dribbling sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 9,628 > ttabel = 2,10. (2) pelatihan slalom dribble berpengaruh terhadap teknik dribbling sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 10,720 > ttabel = 2,10, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh tepukan dribble dan slalom dribble terhadap teknik dribbling sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 3,511 > ttabel = 2,03. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pelatihan tepukan dribble dan slalom dribble terhadap teknik dribbling sepakbola Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Buleleng tahun 2017 mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Dengan demikian disarankan untuk pelatih sepakbola dapat menerapkan pelatihan tepukan dribble dan slalom dribble untuk peningkatan teknik dribbling sepakbola. This study aimed to know the influence coaching dribble tap and slalom dribble toward dribbling technique which amounts 36 persons. This study was experiment with design The Modified pre-test post-test group design. The data was analyzed by uji-t on significant level α = 0,05. The results of analysis data were (1) coaching dribble tap was influence toward soccer dribbling technique with the resultcount= 9,628>ttabel= 2,10. (2) Coaching slalom tapwas influence toward soccer dribbling technique with the resultcount= 10,720>ttabel =2,10, and (3) There was the difference influence between coaching dribbling tap and slalom dribble toward soccer dribbling technique thitung= 3,511 > ttabel= 2,03. Can be concluded that there was the difference betweencoaching dribbling tap and slalom dribble toward soccer dribbling technique Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Buleleng year 2017 experienced a significant increase. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kelincahan melalui pelatihan footwork maju mundur depan belakang dan footwork perintah pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan Uji-t dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0 For Windows. Pada kelompok eksperimen I nilai pretest diperoleh dengan rata-rata nilai 20.38, dan nilai posttest eksperimen I 19.57. Sedangkan pretest eksperimen II diperoleh dengan rata-rata nilai 20.38, dan nilai posttest eksperimen II diperoleh dengan nilai rata-rata 19.99. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa, pelatihan footwork maju mundur depan belakang berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan, pelatihan footwork perintah berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan, dan kedua pelatihan tersebut berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan. Disarankan untuk pelatih ekstrakurikuker bulutangkis agar dapat menerapkan pelatihan footwork maju mundur depan belakang dan footwork perintah untuk meningkatkan kelincahan.Kata Kunci : pelatihan, footwork,maju mundur depan belakang, perintah. This study aims to improve agility through front and backward footwork backward training and command footwork at students badminton extracurricular. This research is a quasi-experimental study with the modified pre-test post-test group design. Research subjects amounted to 30 people. Data were analyzed using T-Test with the help of SPSS 16.0 For Windows. In the experimental group I the pretest value was obtained with an average value of 20.38, and the experimental posttest value I of 19.57. While pretest experiment II was obtained with an average value of 20.38, and the experimental posttest value II was obtained with an average value of 19.99. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that, footwork training back and forth adversely affects agility, command footwork training affecting agility, and footwork training back and forth backward is more improved compared to command footwork training. It is recommended for badminton extracurricular trainers to be able to apply front and backward footwork front footwork training and command footwork to improve agility.keyword : training, footwork, back and forth backward, command.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan floating overhand service terhadap ketepatan service, (2) pengaruh pelatihan hook service terhadap ketepatan service dan, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan floating overhand service dan hook service terhadap ketepatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t yang dibantu dengan SPSS 16.0 pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Subyek penelitian peserta ekstrakurikuler berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) pelatihan floating overhand service berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan service, dengan hasil thitung = 5,451 ttabel = 2,145, (2) pelatihan hook service berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan service, dengan hasil thitung = 9,563 ttabel = 2,145 dan, (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan floating overhand service dan hook service terhadap ketepatan service, dengan hasil thitung = 3,522 ttabel = 2,048. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan floating overhand service terhadap ketepatan service, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan hook service terhadap ketepatan service dan, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan floating overhand service dan hook service terhadap ketepatan service dimana pelatihan hook service lebih baik memberi pengaruh terhadap ketepatan service. Disarankan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan penelitian dengan variabel yang sama baik itu dari variabel bebas maupun variabel terikat. Selain itu, peneliti selanjutnya juga dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh ketepatan service bola voli yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : ketepatan, floating overhand, hook service This research aims to identify the effect of 1) floating overhand service training method towards service accuracy, 2) hook service training method towards service accuracy, and 3) the difference between those two methods towards service accuracy. In the study, a modified pre-test and post-test group experimental design are used as research methodology. The data obtained from the research are analyzed through the t-test in SPSS 16.0 at the significance level of 0.05. The samples for this study are all the 30 students who are currently in the extra-curricular group activity for volleyball. The result showed that 1) floating overhand service training affected the accuracy, with a t test= 5.451 t table= 2.145, 2) hook service training affected the accuracy, with a t test= 9.563 t table= 2.145, and 3) the difference between those two training is significant with a t test= 3.522 t table= 2.048. With the result, we can conclude that 1) there is an impact from floating overhand service training method towards service accuracy, 2) there is an impact from hook service training method towards service accuracy, and 3) there is a difference between floating overhand service training method and hook service training method towards service accuracy at the significance level of 0.05. Suggested results of this study can be used as reference research with the same variable either from the independent variable or dependent variable. In addition, further researchers can also develop research with different training to obtain better volleyball service accuracy.keyword : accuracy, floating overhand , hook service

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing drop pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing wall pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing drop pass dengan passing wall pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola. Subjek berjumlah 30 orang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut (1) pelatihan passing drop pass berpengaruh terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 6,09 > ttabel = 2,145, (2) pelatihan passing wall pass berpengaruh terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung = 5,29 > ttabel = 2,145, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing drop pass dan passing wall pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola dengan hasil thitung = 0,79 < ttabel = 2,048. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing drop pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing wall pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing drop pass dengan passing wall pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola. Disarankan peneliti selanjutnya juga dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh teknik passing sepakbola yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : drop pass, wall pass, passing This study aims to determine (1) the effect of passing drop pass training on football passing technique, (2) the effect of passing wall pass training on football passing technique, and (3) the difference of influence between passing drop pass training with passing wall pass to football passing technique . The result of the research as follows: (1) passing drop pass training have an effect on football passing technique, with tcount = 6,09> ttable = 2,145, (2) passing wall pass training influencing footballing technique, with tcount = 5,29> ttabel = 2,145, and (3) there is no difference of influence between passing drop pass and passing wall pass training on football passing technique with tcount = 0,79

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pelatihan ladder drill terhadap kelincahan pemain sepakbola, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill terhadap kelincahan pemain sepakbola, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan ladder drill dan three corner drill terhadap kelincahan pemain sepakbola. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen, subyek penelitian dengan jumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes kelincahan Illinois agility. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan ladder drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan sepakbola, dengan hasil thit = 15,448 > ttab = 2,145 , (2) pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan sepakbola, dengan hasil thit = 14,189 > ttab = 2,145 dan (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan ladder drill dan three corner drill terhadap kelincahan sepakbola. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan ladder drill yang signifikan terhadap kelincahan, (2) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill yang signifikan terhadap kelincahan dan (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh kelincahan antara pelatihan ladder drill dengan pelatihan three corner drill. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik. Kata Kunci : Peningkatan kelincahan, pelatihan ladder drill dan three corner drill. This study aims to determine (1) the influence of ladder drill training on improving the agility of football, (2) the influence of three corner drill training on improving the agility of football, (3) the difference of ladder drill and three corner drill on the increase of football agility. The research method used experiments, research subjects with a total of 30 people. This research uses the modified pre-test - post-test group design. The test used is the agility Illinois agility test. Data analysis used t-test statistic (t-test) at significance level 0,05%. The result of data analysis (1) ladder drill training has an effect on the increase of football agility, with result of thit = 15,448> ttab = 2,145, (2) training of three corner drill influence to increase football agility, with result of thit = 14,189> ttab = 2,145 and (3 ) There is no difference in influence between ladder drill training and three corner drill against football agility. It was concluded that (1) There is significant influence of ladder drill training on significant agility, (2) There is influence of three corner drill training on significant agility and (3) There is no difference in the effect of agility between ladder drill training and three corner drill training. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pelatihan passing pasif segitiga terhadap teknik passing futsal (2) Pengaruh pelatihan passing sambil bergerak terhadap teknik passing futsal, dan (3) Perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing pasif segitiga dan passing sambil bergerak terhadap teknik passing futsal. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test-design. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes passing control (passing stoping) 30 detik. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Pelatihan passing pasif segitiga terhadap teknik passing futsal, dengan hasil thit = 10.78 > ttabel = 2,15, (2) Pelatihan passing sambil bergerak terhadap teknik passing futsal, dengan hasil thit = 10,47 > ttabel = 2,15, dan (3) Pelatihan passing pasif segitiga dan passing sambil bergerak terhadap teknik passing futsal, dengan hasil thit =0,72 < ttabel =2,05. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing pasif segitiga terhadap teknik passing futsal dengan peningkatan sebesar 3,47%. (2) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing sambil bergerak terhadap teknik passing dengan sebesar 2,87%, dan (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing pasif segitiga dan passing sambil bergerak terhadap teknik passing futsal. Saran bagi peneliti untuk dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berberbeda untuk memperoleh hasil teknik passing futsal lebih maksimal. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kelincahan melalui pelatihan footwork dengan pola dan footwork berdasarkan perintah pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 34 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan Uji-t dengan bantuan SPSS 17.0 For Windows. Pada kelompok eksperimen I nilai pretest diperoleh dengan rata-rata nilai 19.85, dan nilai posttest eksperimen I 19.66. Sedangkan pretest eksperimen II diperoleh dengan rata-rata nilai 20.24, dan nilai posttest eksperimen II diperoleh dengan nilai rata-rata 19.77. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa, pelatihan footwork dengan pola berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan, pelatihan footwork berdasarkan perintah berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan, dan kedua pelatihan tersebut berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan. Disarankan untuk pelatih ekstrakurikuker bulutangkis agar dapat menerapkan pelatihan footwork dengan pola dan footwork berdasarkan perintah untuk meningkatkan kelincahan. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan footwork, dengan pola, berdasarkan perintah *This research aims to increase agility through training with footwork pattern and footwork on the orders on extracurricular student badminton. This research was quasi experimental research with the design of the modified pre test post test-group design. The subject of the study amounted to 34 people. The data were analyzed using t-Test with the help of SPSS 17.0 For Windows. On the experimental group I pretest values obtained with an average value of 19.85, and posttest experimental I 19.66. While the pretest experiments II obtained an average value, and the value of 20.24 posttest experimental II obtained with an average score of 19.77. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that training, footwork pattern effect on agility, footwork training based on the command effect on agility, and both the training effect agility. It is recommended to coach ekstrakurikuker badminton footwork training in order to be able to apply the pattern and footwork on the orders to increase agility.keyword : *Training in footwork, with patterns, based on the command

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan triangle pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan switch pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan triangle pass dan switch pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja Tahun 2019 dengan sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 bantuan computer program SPSS 16,0 For Windows. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut (1) pelatihan triangle pass berpengaruh terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dengan hasilthitung= 5,90> ttabel = 2,14, (2) pelatihan switch pass berpengaruh terhdap teknik passing sepakbola thitung= 3,69> ttabel = 2,14. (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan triangle pass dengan switch pass terhadap kemampuan passing sepakbola sebesar thitung= 10,20% > ttabel = 2,04. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan triangle pass terhadap passing sepakbola, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan switch pass terhadap passing sepakbola, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan triangle pass dan switch pass terhadap passing sepakbola dimana pelatihan switch pass memberikan pengaruh lebih sigifikan sebesar 10,20% dibandingkan dengan pelatihan triangle pass sebesar 9,07%.Kata Kunci : teknik passing sepakbola, pelatihan triangle pass, pelatihan switch pass. The subjects in this study were male students of football extracurricular in Singaraja State Middle School 3 in 2019 with 30 samples used in this study. This study used an experimental method with the design of the modified pre-test post-test group design. The results of the study were as follows (1) 'triangle pass' training affected soccer passing, with the results of tcount = 5.90> ttable = 2.14, (2) 'switch pass' training influenced the technique of the soccer passing in which The result was thitung = 2.71> t table = 2.04. (3) there was a significant difference in effect between 'triangle pass'training and 'switch pass' training on football passing ability and the resultof t count = 10,20% > t table = 2.14. From the results of the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that (1) there is an effect of 'triangle pass'training on soccer passing, (2) there is an effect of 'switch pass'training on football passing, and (3) there is a significant difference between 'triangle pass' and 'switch pass'training on soccer passing while the training switch pass contributet more than 10,20% compared to the triangle pass training of 9,07%.keyword : football passing techniques, triangle pass training, switch pass training.
