Abstract

Background: Reflecting on the previous Covid-19 pandemic obtained from the results of the situation analysis, the author concludes that the  Depok City Health Office must be able to conduct data analysis spatially, thus causing a lack of information about the spread of cases based on specific places such as villages and  coordinate points (GPS), this data is useful for measuring how much disease spreads in an area and can support policy making and intervention quickly and appropriately. In addition, unlucky spa data is also useful for seeing the density of vectors in an area. Methods: The research method was Quasi Experimental using the One Group Pre-Test and Post-Test research design, with  a sample size of 40 people. The data collection technique uses pre-test and post-test questions,  spatial mapping practice exercises and  data  analysis and interpretation exercises. The training will be held from 19 to 20 November 2021 at the Depok City Health Office hall. The data analysis test used the Paired T-Test, because the data was not normally distributed, it was continued using Wilcoxon analysis. Results: The results of the study obtained a Z value of -5.581 with an Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) by 0.000. Because this value is < alpha (0.05), it can be concluded that there is a significant increase in knowledge by 5.6 times after receiving training. Conclusion: To improve the performance of officers in terms of spatial mapping of infectious diseases, it is expected to conduct evaluations every 3-6 months and transfer knowledge from old officers to new officers if there is a change of officers

Abstract

Abstract

Background: Individual responses to developmental tasks and demands vary. Some individuals feel ready to face change, while others experience confusion and anxiety. This phenomenon is known as a quarter life crisis which describes a condition of uncertainty, hopelessness, and confusion in determining the direction of life, which is often experienced by university students. Stress, anxiety and loss of direction can have a negative impact on physical and psychological well-being, particularly in dealing with academic and social demands. Previous research shows that anxiety that arises during this phase can be reduced through non-pharmacological therapies, one of which is through nature music therapy. Purpose: To determine whether there is an effect of natural music therapy to reduce anxiety in the quarter life crisis phase for ners professional students. Method: A quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test nonequivalent control group approach. The number of respondents 68 consisted of 34 intervention groups and 34 control groups. The research used quarter life crisis and SAI instruments. Results: Age characteristics more than half of the respondents were 22 years old and for gender more than half were female. For the results of the average anxiety level of the intervention group 47.24 to 36.56 and the control group 44.56 to 40.97 for the statistical test results obtained p value 0.001 <0.005 then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Conclusion based on the research results is that there is an effect of natural music therapy to reduce anxiety in the quarter life crisis phase for Ners Profession students. Keywords: Anxiety; College Students; Nature Music therapy; Quarter Life Crisis. Kata Kunci: Anxiety; Mahasiswa; Quarter Life Crisis; Terapi Musik Alam

Abstract

One of the best approaches to stop the COVID-19 pandemic is vaccination. In Indonesia, the first round of vaccinations was prioritized for health workers on January 14, 2021 (first dose) and March 1, 2021 (second dose). However, some health workers who have been vaccinated were found to be reinfected after receiving the second dose. This cross-sectional study examined the risk factors for COVID-19 infection among health workers after vaccination using secondary and primary data. The data analysis was carried out in univariate (examining the frequency distribution and proportion of independent variables), bivariate (Chi-square test to explore the relationship between independent and dependent variables), and multivariate (Logistic Regression to assess the strength of the relationship between independent and dependent variables). The results showed that the variables associated with post-vaccination infection included COVID19 infection history (PR: 2.16, p-value <0.05), age (PR: 0.64, p-value <0.05), hypertension (PR: 1.52, p-value <0.05), direct contact with patients (PR: 2.02, p-value <0.05). It is recommended that health workers aged >37 years with a history of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, or previous COVID-19 infection, working directly with patients, and using Personal Protective Equipment level 1 daily should be prioritized for booster vaccinations.
