Abstract

Convection Astaprint is a company engaged in the trousers textile industry which operates in Majalengka Regency. So far, Astaprint's convection in determining the sale of its products is only based on a benchmark from past sales data. In order to optimize the number of pants sales at Astaprint convection, a forecasting method is needed that can be used as a benchmark to determine the volume of products the company will sell in the future. There are several forecasting methods used, which are simple moving average, exponential smoothing and linear trend. The results of calculations that have been done using the simple moving average forecasting method, exponential smoothing and linear trend turned out to get the most accurate and accurate forecasting method to be applied by Astaprint convection is the linear trend forecasting method. Linear trend method has the lowest forecast error value compared to other forecasting methods, where the value of forecast error obtained is the mean absolute deviation (MAD) = 763.73, mean square error (MSE) = 963116.6, mean absolute percent error (MAPE) = 14,539%.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the implementation of integrated marketing communication conducted by private universities in Kuningan Regency and analyze the influence of integrated marketing communication performance which includes advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, public relation, and direct marketing on private university image. The method used was descriptive and verificative method conducted by collecting primary data in the field from private university students in Kuningan Regency. Based on the results of data processing and hypothesis testing, it was known that integrated marketing communication consisting of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relation, and direct marketing simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant impact on private university image. The simultaneous influence is 38.7%, which meant there was still much influence outside the implementation of integrated marketing communication that affected private university image. The biggest influence was sales promotion.

Abstract

This research aims at investigating the influence of e-WOM and product quality on buying interest through the customers’ trust. This research used a quantitative research design with survey method. This research employed descriptive and verification research methods. A path analysis was conducted to analyze the interval data in this research. The result of data analysis and hypothesis testing revealed that e-WOM and product quality had an influence on customers’ trust in online shops, e-WOM had an influence on the customers’ trust in online shops, product quality had an influence on customers’ trust in online shops, while e-WOM, product quality, and the customers’ trust had an influence on buying interests in online shops, e-WOM had an influence on buying interests in online shops, product quality had an influence on buying interests in online shops, and the customers’ trust had an influence on buying interests in online shops.

Abstract

Along with the proliferation of smartphone manufacturers, the latest innovations and fascinating features are presented, such as selfie cameras, VOOC flash charge (the best fast charging) on their products, providing that selfie cameras accommodate people who love to upload their photos to social media. Nowadays, consumers’ needs have called attention to a lifestyle that requires them to make choices on goods or services that are compatible with their needs. This study employed a survey method, with samples comprising millennials in Kuningan Regency with a total of 283 respondents, in which the data collection was done using questionnaires, validity and reliability tests were conducted. Multiple linear regression was used in data analysis. The results showed that product features, lifestyle, and price had a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially on brand switching decisions. However, price had a greater influence on consumers’ decisions to switch brands.

Abstract

The short-term and long-term effects of ROI, EPS, PER Inflation, SBI, Exchange Rate, and GDP on the stock price are the focus of this study. The study's data came from company financial statements, including the Indonesian Stock Exchange Index LQ45. The stationarity test, the classical assumptions test, the cointegration test, and the error correction model test was utilized in this study's statistical analysis. KURS and SBI had a positive effect on stock prices in the short term, but there is no effect in the long term, and inflation and GDP do not affect the stock price both in the short term and in the long term, according to this study. As a result, investors and businesses can use this study's contribution as a point of reference when considering factors that have a short-term and long-term impact on stock prices.

Abstract

Agriculture is one of the important sectors in Indonesia, so it needs special attention from the government. However, farmers often face several problems such as low prices at harvest, so they experience losses and do not know for sure the costs that have been incurred during the production process. This study aims to analyze the production costs of agricultural commodities on the slopes of Gunung Ciremai National Park. The collection was done by interviewing the farmers about the components and the amount of costs incurred during production. Research has found that the average cost of all commodities is Rp. 6,921,104.00 (S = 8,265,418.07; n = 230). The commodity with the highest cost was potatoes (Rp. 13,703,868.00) and the lowest was celery (Rp. 1,562,000). Celery is also the type that has the highest efficiency value (10.24), then eggplant (3.62), chili (3.52), and cabbage (2.92); while the potato is 1.55. The types that provide the largest net income are chili (Rp. 16,286,592,00) and celery (Rp. 14,550,500.00). This study also shows that celery is more suitable to be developed for farmers who have limited capital, while potatoes are for farmers with large capital. Keywords: agriculture, ciremai mountain, production costs, vegetables

Abstract

Research objectives: 1)to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance. 2) to determine the effect of competence on the. 3) to determine the effect of work culture on the performance. 4) to find out whether leadership can moderate the relationship between work motivation and the performance. 5) to find out whether leadership can moderate the relationship between competence and the performance . 6) to find out whether leadership can moderate the relationship between work culture and the performance. The study population was all private madrasa teachers in Ciawigebang District, Kuningan Regency, totaling 127 Madrasa teachers. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. The data analysis method uses SEM analysis with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of the study: 1) work motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. 2) competence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. 3) work culture has a positive and significant on teacher performance. 4) leadership cannot moderate the influence of work motivation on teacher performance. 5) leadership cannot moderate the influence of competence on teacher performance. 6) leadership is unable to moderate the influence of work culture on teacher performance.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low interest in revisiting tourist objects Kuningan Botanical Gardens. The research objectives are: (1) to analyze the effect of image destination for repeat visits; (2) analyzing the effect of perceived value on the image of the destination; (3) analyze the effect of satisfaction on destination image; (4) analyzing the effect of experience quality on perceived value; (5) analyze the effect of experience quality on satisfaction; (6) analyze perceived value and image of the destination in mediating the influence of experience quality to interest in repeat visits; (7) analyze the satisfaction and image of the destination in mediate the effect of experience quality on intention to revisit. The research population includes all tourists who have visited the object Kuningan Botanical Garden Tourism (starting as a tourist attraction until now) namely as many as 87,288 visitors. The sampling technique uses sampling incidental (visitors encountered by chance). Determination of the number of samples using the slovin formula with an error rate of 5% so that samples are found as many as 400 tourists. Methods of data analysis using SEM analysis with analysis tool in the form of SmartPLS. The results of the study: (1) destination image has a significant positive effect on interest revisit; (2) perceived value has a significant positive effect on image destination; (3) satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on destination image; (4) experience quality has a positive and significant effect on perceived value; (5) experience quality has a significant positive effect on satisfaction; (6) perception the value and image of the destination are able to mediate the effect of experience quality on interest in repeat visits; (7) satisfaction and destination image are able to mediate influence experience quality on intention to revisit. Abstract

Objectives of the study: 1) Knowing the influence of Locus Of Control on the performance of Grand Yogya Majalengka employees. 2) Knowing the effect of Self Efficacy on the performance of Grand Yogya Majalengka employees. 3) Knowing the effect of Locus Of Control on the performance of Grand Yogya Majalengka employees with Employee Engagement as a moderation variable. 4) Knowing the effect of Self Efficacy on the performance of Grand Yogya Majalengka employees with Employee Engagement as a moderation variable. The sample in this study was 150 employees of Grand Yogya Majalengka using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data was analyzed by Moderated Regression Analysis using SPSS 25. The results of this study: 1) Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) Employee engagement can moderate the effect of Locus of control on employee performance. 4). Employee engagement can moderate Self Efficacy of employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze job burnout on employee performance; to determine and analyze organizational commitment to employee performance; to find out and analyze job burnout regarding cyberloafing; to determine and analyze organizational commitment to cyberloafing; to find out and analyze cyberloafing on employee performance; to find out and analyze cyberloafing mediating the relationship between job burnout and employee performance; to find out and analyze cyberloafing mediating the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance. The research approach used by researchers in this research is a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods to prove the research hypothesis. The population used is all staff as total of 112 employees of PT. Shou Fong Lastindo. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. Convenience sampling is a collection of information from members of the population that is easy to obtain and is able to provide that information. The analysis tool used is SEM-PLS. The research results show that there is a negative influence of job burnout on employee performance; there is a positive influence of organizational commitment on employee performance; there is a positive influence of job burnout on cyberloafing; there is a positive influence of organizational commitment on cyberloafing; there is a positive influence of cyberloafing on employee performance; cyberloafing mediates the effect of job burnout on employee performance; cyberloafing mediates the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance.
