The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Sarvent Leadership, trust in leadership and service quality on the satisfaction of members of the Marsudi Mulyo Patut Gunungkidul Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP). The population taken was the members of the cooperative savings and loan cooperative (KSP) Kopdit Marsudi Mulyo totaling 73 as samples. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The collection technique used SPSS 17. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that the sarvent leadership variable had a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction because it had a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The trust in leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on the Member Satisfaction variable because it has a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. And the variable service quality has a positive and significant effect on the variable member satisfaction. This can be seen from the significant quality of service because it has a significant value of 0.086 <0.05.

Tren bisnis saat ini salah satunya adalah digital marketing. Digital marketing itu sendiri merupakan suatu teknik pemasaran berbasis internet. Teknik ini digunakan oleh pelaku usaha skala kecil hingga perusahaan besar untuk memperluas pangsa pasar. Salah satu media online untuk digital marketing ini adalah pemanfaatan landing page. Desa Margosari, Kecamatan Limbangan, Kabupaten Kendal, Jawa Tengah, khususnya di Dukuh Cemangklek mempunyai sebuah produk, yaitu batik. Semenjak terjadi pandemi Covid-19, proses produksi dan pemasaran tersendat. Proses produksi di sana tergantung pada jumlah order dari konsumen. Sedangkan untuk proses pemasaran masih mengandalkan pemasaran secara door to door, hal ini terhambat karena minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat dengan teknologi informasi. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi tentang digital marketing khususnya mengenai pemanfaatan landing page. Masyarakat sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini, karena mengetahui besarnya manfaat digital marketing bagi usaha mereka, bahkan ada yang tertarik untuk membuka usaha bisnis digital. Digital marketing melalui pemanfaatan landing page ini juga dapat digunakan untuk proses pemasaran produk lain yang dihasilkan oleh masyarakat Desa Margosari selain produk batiknya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus pada Pegawai Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Daerah Regional 3 Jawa Tengah dan DIY. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Terdapat 30 responden dalam penelitian ini yang dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis hipotesis penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This reaserch aims to find out how much service quality is to the loyalty of BMT BIF Jeroni 62 Bugisan Yogyakarta members. This research is quantitative research, using questionnaire data collection methods, with simple regression analysis that tests the research hypothesis. Based on the results of the analysis of data in this study shows that the quality of service has a positive effect on member loyalty has a value of 0.605 and significantly has a value of 0.000 or <0.05. Value Fcounts 14,927 > 2.32, hypothesis test F quality of service has a positive effect and is accepted or there is an influence of service satisfaction on the loyalty of financing members at BMT BIF Jeroni 62 Bugisan Yogyakarta. The value of the coefficient of determination R which indicates the degree of relationship between free variables and bound variables is 0.558 means that there is a strong relationship. R2 determination shows a large contribution of 0.311 or 31.1% of the quality of service to member loyalty.

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, struktur aset dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal pada industri manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI. Variabel profitabilitas diproksikan dengan return on assets, struktur aset dengan tangibility assets, ukuran perusahaan diukur dengan Ln total assets, dan struktur modal diukur dengan debt to equity ratio. Periode penelitian dilakukan tahun 2017-2021, dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 179 perusahaan. Metode sampling dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling diperoleh jumlah sampel 74 perusahaan, pengujian dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa return on assets dan Ln_total assets tidak berpengaruh terhadap debt to equity ratio, sedangkan tangibility assets berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap debt to equity ratio.

This study aims to develop a leadership theory that builds innovative capabillity for organizations in the modern era. Innovative Capabillity is the mechanism that underlies the effect of transformational leadership on creativity. Innovative Capabillity aims to improve the performance of lecturer human resources who work in the education industry such as lecturers. This study involved 100 lecturer human resources. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Smart PLS analysis. The results showed that there is a significant positive influence between Transformaional leadership on lecturer human resource performance and individual performance. In addition, Innovative Capabillity is also proven to moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and lecturer human resource performance. The implication is that transformational leadership will be proven to increase the performance of lecturers' human resources, if organizational leaders are able to build lecturers' innovation capabilities.

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Know and analyze work discipline on employee performance. Knowing and analyzing motivation for employee performance. Knowing and analyzing employee incentives on employee performance. The population in this study were all cutting employees of PT. Garmindo District Success Core. Semarang. The research was carried out by sampling, using probability sampling techniques, obtaining a sample of 92 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results can be concluded that: Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style, work discipline, motivation and employee incentives together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Organizations, companies or government agencies basically need individuals who are capable and have high competence in creating success for an organization. Success in achieving goals depends on choosing goals to be achieved by using resources to achieve organizational goals in accordance with what is expected. The objectives of this research include: 1). The influence of work discipline on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 2). The influence of work motivation on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 3). What is the influence of work discipline and work motivation together on the work of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive format aimed at explaining and summarizing various conditions, various situations, or various variables that arise in society which is the object of the research based on what is happening. The research method used in this research is the survey method. This research uses samples from the entire research population at the Pati Regency National and Political Unity Agency office. Meanwhile, data collection is through a questionnaire that uses a design from a quantitative description survey method to describe various conditions or variables that are the object and focus of research in real terms. The results in this research include: 1). Work discipline (X1), has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 2). Work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 3). Work discipline and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy, risk tolerance, and freedom in work on the entrepreneurial interest of STIE SEMARANG students in the Management Study Program. The population in this study was STIE SEMARANG students from the Management Study Program while the sample in this study was 45 students or respondents. The results of the study based on the results of the t-test there was an effect of self-efficacy (significance value 0.001) on entrepreneurial interest. The results of the t test have the effect of risk tolerance (significance value 0.004) on entrepreneurial interest. And the results of the t test have the effect of freedom in work (significance value 0.003) on entrepreneurial interest. Based on the F test, it is obtained that the value of Fcount: 23,726 > Ftable 2.83 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the model is a fit model. The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that 63.5% variation in changes in the dependent variable (Interest in Entrepreneurship) can be explained by the independent variables (Self Success, Tolerance of Risk, and Freedom at Work).

Every company always wants to achieve its goals while maintaining its existence in society. A company needs humans as implementers to achieve its expectations. Behind the success of a company, it is actually inseparable from the role of leaders who contribute to it. In addition to the role of leaders, employees will be able to carry out their activities well, if supported by good working environment conditions. This study aims to determine and explain the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang. The object of this study is employees of PT Apparel One Indonesia 1, especially the production department with a total population of 1950 employees and a sample of 95. The data collection technique in this study uses random sampling, where everyone in the target population has an equal opportunity to be selected. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test. The research data processing used SPSS version 25. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang, 2. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang, 3. Leadership style and work environment together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang.
